I filled out a service request online and received a call back within the hour. The manager was polite and informative about my vehicle. I wasn’t sure if my windshield should be repaired or replaced. The manager stated I could bring my vehicle to the garage. A week later I brought my vehicle to Auto Glass and the manager came out to inspect the crack and explained my options. He told me the cost and explained I could get it done right then and that it would take 15-20 minutes. I agreed and waited in the lobby. While sitting, I noticed he became very busy with customers in person and on the phone. He was doing a two-person job and he did it professionally. I was so engrossed in my book, that I hadn’t noticed the amount of time I had been there which may have been 30-45 minutes. He called me to the garage and showed me the windshield and told me he wasn’t going to charge me due to the long wait. I was shocked and appreciative of his customer service. I wasn’t bothered by the time nor did I notice how long it took. Exceptional service!

Great experience getting my windshield replaced! I have only positive things to say! Derek and John were both professional and courteous, as well as the gentleman that did the actual installation. They had my windshield installed in about 45 minutes. I had been quoted a price by another auto glass place that was $140 higher than what Auto Glass Now was able to do it for, which made me very happy. These guys know what they are doing and I will give them my business again if I need auto glass in the future!

Well, this place is excellent, what can I say. When I called and talked to Kayleen about a quote she was great, gave me a quote that was half the price of other major auto glass replacement shops. So I said let’s do it when will the glass be in. Next day! I was shocked, so we set up a time from 1-3. I finished work early and called about coming in earlier, she said come on in.Check in was easy, JR came and explained to me where to drive up to the bay, opened the door and I pulled in. Left my front windows down and went to the waiting area.JR, Zach, and Robert went to work. Honestly did great work and I was in and out in 35 min!! I mean that’s better then waiting for safe lite to show up.Everyone was super nice, professional, and seemed to care about their work. Explained very well about the post care and when to remove the tape and all.I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. If I ever need any glass work I’ll be coming back.

Got my Windshield replaced but they scratched my driver side window in the process.

I came into the w 38th street location in Indianapolis sometime in September to get a windshield replacement and during the process of removing the old glass the interior of the vehicle was cut. I was told the part would be ordered and replaced at no charge. I wait one week and give them a call and was told I would be getting a call when it comes in. I waited 2 more weeks and heard nothing at all. So I decided to stop in and the manager did some phone call like he tried to help. Well I am on Jan. 7, 2021. And still have not had a replacement. At this point I don’t want one. I got it fixed for way cheaper than the windshield cost at this point I want my money refunded to me. I waited and waited and purposely didn’t call to see if they would forget. And they did.

Went in for a appointment between 11am-12pm. Got there at 11 got my car in by 1120 and was out by 1145. very professional and courteous staff. By far is the best and cheapest place to have your window replaced or repaired.

Had an appointment for windshield replacement at 2 that was scheduled a week prior. When I got there I was told the guy was on lunch and Id be seen in about 10 mins. I also noticed a sign in their office that said first come first serve no appointments so that doesnt make any sense. It took an hour and a half before they finally got me in. They got glue on my windshield and left my Bluetooth sensor hanging in front of my steering wheel saying You need to wait for the glue to dry before putting it back up which takes 2 days. they stripped the device of all adhesive so I now have to buy it and install it myself. They did not screw back in the bottom plastic frame and just set it in place so I also now have to buy specific screws and screw the framing in place too. Will be going elsewhere should I need to in the future.

Window looks great but the guy had to peal up the top of some trim . He didn’t take it off but peeled it up . Well when he was done he didn’t lock it back in and when I got my truck back the trim was missing . My husband drove all the way back and the guy was like sorry I didn’t remove that . My husband was like I didn’t say you removed it but since you didn’t clip it back in it flew off …. Now I have to go to Toyota and order a part that was on my car when I drove it off . Tried to contact Corp and email does not work . Has to go to Toyota and order the part that was missing when I got my truck back and it cost me 110 dollars so now my window cost more 350 and all they said was sorry I didn’t touch that and walked away . Horrible customer service . Corporate never reached our to me either . Email address the email would not go thru

A client of mine told me about AutoGlass when I said I was going to Safelite due to needing my windshield replaced. Safelite quoted me $310 (even after using a discount) and AutoGlass quoted me $160! I called the same day my windshield got replaced, dropped it off a little after 3pm and got a call at 5:30 that it was ready. Customer service and new windshield was AMAZING. We own a 2011 Toyota RAV4. The drivers door glass came off the track and was stuck open. I looked thru the auto glass shops on west side of Indianapolis. I Auto Glass Now, Indianapolis and I called them to see if they could repair my window. They said they could get me today. When I arrived, they took my truck in right away. The tech they assigned to my car was very knowledgeable and my door glass regulator and the glass had a bolt come loose and they found the bolt in the door. They also repaired the window track because it had become warped. Instead of replacing parts, they was a mechanic who repaired parts and put things back together than new. The window goes up and down better than new. The staff was very friendly and professional and had us out in no time. I highly recommend Auto Glass, Indianapolis to handle any glass service and repairs. They are under new management and the new manager was working right along the mechanics. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. They are very reasonable on the prices as well. All in all, a great place to get your auto and truck glass repaired. Cheers, Chris Beach.

Called to have windshield replaced. They said they had it and could get me in that day, however being a week day, I made it for that Saturday. They called me on Friday before and told me they in fact did not have the windshield I requested. They would need to order one and reschedule. They ordered one that Friday, which would take 3 days to come in. I made the appointment for the next Saturday which was more than enough time they stated. On the Friday before, I got a confirmation text. On Saturday for my appointment, they could not find the windshield. They have that it was ordered and they had me on the schedule, but they could not find it. She did not know when the windshield would be in, and claimed it was a special order because it did not have rain sensors. If I had rain sensors, they would help me right now. They cannot seem to get their stuff together and I recommend you go to someone more professional.

Was told on phone first come first serve and that they open at 8. Get there at 8:30 and am told they will have it in around 9. At 10 I am told that that I am 6th in line and it will be 2-3 more hours. I left.

Hello... so I was referred to AutoGlassNow after my windshield was cracked... Hywy issues.... I was got there a little before 8 wanting to be the first one there they do indeed honor the first come first serve with I appreciate... Now I did wait an hour before the young man came and got my car but he was done in an hour with my car so it wrk out just fine... give them a try the experience was nice and friendly thx ladies and gentlemen great job and the price was affordable

My husband went here today. There is a huge sign that says “first come first serve.” My husband was the second person there and yet his window was not the second one done. He was about the 5th one done. My husband was pleased. However, I’m the one who is aggravated by the first come first served sign and the company not standing by the advertisement sign. His time is more valuable.

Best price I could find in town by far. Paid about $190 for my Infiniti G35 windshield. (I took my car to the shop. If they came to me it would’ve been about $220 and they have a 10 mile radius which I’m further than that)I was the last appointment and since both guys got on it they were done in less than 30 min. I assume it takes close to 1 hour usually but I got lucky that they both were available to work on my car.Most places wanted $250-$330
