The staff here is just great! The ladies at the front desk are so awesome & told us about a great place to eat because we mentioned we were hungry!!! Louis was so professional, courteous & polite! He explained everything in detail & asked if we had questions as though he really cared!! I had to talk to the manager to tell him how awesome his staff is from start to finish!
Louis was my main contact and was beyond helpful, courteous and professional. He got my wheel fixed and it’s better than new. They took excellent care of my car overnight and even sent their courtesy van to pick me up. The driver, Brian, was so professional and a delight to chat with. I do not do well when it comes to handling car issues and or repairs. I have major trust issues with mechanics.This process was not easy due to a lot of confusion and inconsistencies with the adjusters working for my car insurance provider. Josh Piccione was always professional and considerate of my time. He kept me up to date with the status of parts and my repair. He was always sure to end each call ensuring I had no questions or concerns.Also, Nancy was always helpful, very professional and kind. I appreciate the service they provided me. Aside from part delays (which was not their fault) this experience was smooth. I will never take my Rover to any other facility.

If you are a Tesla owner, I would advise to not take your vehicle here.I just had my car towed from Tom Wood after waiting an entire month of it sitting in their lot for them to tell me I needed to pay to have it towed to Tesla to have key cards figured out (for whatever reason they dont work and I use my phone to drive). I find it unacceptable after this long to find out there is another delay.I had my car repaired last February by this location and after 2-3 months of waiting for repairs I got the car back and had to take it back to this location (3 hour drive) to have my frunk disassembled and reassembled as the alignment was so tight it wouldnt close. This location during the last repair was not great with communication, multiple emails had to be sent to hear back on multiple occasions during this entire stint.After these two experiences I can confidently say there are better options down the street from these folks, Similar repairs in the past took a fraction of the time, and they were better with communication when I had repairs done in 2019. My advice for Tom Wood would be to figure out the communication aspect when dealing with clients. Half of my problems could have been resolved with just hearing back in a timely matter. This isnt a problem with inventory, or having too many cars to send a email in a timely manner, and is extremely disappointing that this was the excuse that was presented to me.
Incredibly prompt, great communication, thorough, caring, friendly, easy to work with. Enterprise is next door so it makes dropping off your car easy. They also work well with insurance companies to make you’d life easier.
Kyle Johnston was the best! He was super helpful and patient. Also, the team working on replacing my windshield finished so quickly, that I was able to pick it up within the business day! Super thankful for this place and will be returning if I ever run into another issue!

The estimate provided was 100% accurate and was thoroughly reviewed with me and clearly explained. Was kept update on the work being done which was complete ahead of schedule. I want to thank Louis Turso and his team for the excellent service I received at Tom Wood Collision. When I first brought my car in, I could see Louis was very detail oriented. He carefully explained everything to me and kept in touch with me regarding the progress of my repairs. His manner made me very confident that everything was happening as it should. When I picked up my car, he went over it with me, reviewed the work that had been done, and it was beautiful. I honestly could not tell there had ever been any damage. I drove away in a clean car, inside and out, and Louis had started my car ahead of time so it would be warm on a very cold day. What a nice touch! Many thanks to Louis and his team! Communication is by biggest complaint here. Had issues with communication almost every day. My vehicle was sent by Statefarm on 6/23 and immediately had a bad experience with the front desk lady as she had an attitude, cut me off when speaking. I had to tell her I was a TW Employee to even get a little bit of respect when speaking over the phone. Vehicle was not estimated for 2-weeks after drop off. I understand the busy season and all, but I was lied to many times by different people. Was told by text by the front desk lady that it was being dismantled on 6/25 and was NOT even being dismantled until 7/5-7/6. I was also told on 6/23 (day after my vehicle was dropped off) that the technician who had my case was on vacation and another technician would be looking it over and try to get estimate. Never happened. I would get random texts from the tech (when they felt so) with news about the car and when I tried to follow-up, NO REPLY, EVER. I am a Tom Wood Employee-No I am not expecting special treatment or anything; however I do expect honesty, integrity and communication, which I know Tom Wood is about.
Both my wife and I have used Tom Wood Collision for our respective cars. They were both professional and transparent. They went over details, tested for any issues and were communicative throughout the whole process. The most recent car - was in service for quite a bit because of delay in receiving parts from Manufacturer which was no fault of theirs, but they kept in contact. Went over the complete fix they made and checked for any issues. Also, if there are any issues going forward they are completely helpful in addressing any issues as they arise. From the reception dealing with Insurance to the Damage Representative (Josh in our case) - they were patient and accommodating to us. We appreciated their follow up and work.

Today I experienced such a blessing of good heart and character from one of the employees of Tom Wood Collision Center. Today I dropped off my father to pick up his car, meanwhile I realized after parking that I had a flat tire. I was not a customer, but still was stuck in the parking lot.It had just passed 6pm, when the clock has ended for all employees. At 6:09, I knocked on the door, dimly lit on the inside but still two employees. Thankfully, Kyle from Estimating answered the door. All I needed was some air in my tire to get home so that AAA could meet me there. Kyle said, just pull around to the garage and I can totally help you out! So I continued into the garage to get air in my tire.What happened next I did not expect, nor did I deserve. I pulled into the garage where he had directed me, and I parked. He started to bring the air pump over and just before he begun he asked me, hey, do you have a spare in your car? I said yes, as he proceeded to grab the power wrench.He took off the bad tire and wheel, and also replaced the spare onto the car. Even further he lifted the bad wheel into my trunk for me - I never lifted a finger.Because of Kyle, I canceled AAA and did not have to wait for an hour in the cold parking lot empty of people. Because of him I got home over an hour earlier than I was supposed to, and feeling safe on the icy snowy roads. This may seem like a long review, but I only hope that the reader sees how incredible of a human being they have working at Tom Wood Collision Center. It is people like Kyle that restore my faith in humanity to help and take care of each other through the difficulties of life.
Good people and good work. I had to take it back for some small rework but they were very gracious. The most frustrating thing is the text messages. At least a half a dozen times I would get a text message followed by a phone call saying please ignore the text message; it is wrong.
Have been involved in two accidents in the last 4 months and both times, Tom Wood has done excellent, thorough work on my vehicle. Flexible drop off and pickup times are especially appreciated when we are obviously down to one car haha! Thanks Brian Moore for getting it done both times.

Brian Moore did a really great job with providing updates on the status of my car. I was even surprised to see that my car was washed & cleaned in the inside when I went to pick it up. I was extremely happy with my experience at Tom Wood Collision. I rarely do reviews but really wanted to share my experience because it was SOOOO Awesome! I was nervous this being my first time having to fix my car after running over a tire from a semi (took off my front bumper). My car was there read for me to pick up in a timely fashion, they were clear on what to expect and gave me consistent text updates about my vehicle.
The customer service here is superb! The repairs on my car were excellent and was done exactly when promised. I received frequent updates on my car via text. Would 100% go here again.
The service advisor - Josh Piccione was never available and constantly off work. I had to call him for updates since it took almost 45 days to fix my Rover. When I received it, the interior was filthy. It appears someone took a protective mask and used it as a cleaning towel. No attempt to provide a courtesy car wash and detailing prior to my arrival. Totally unprofessional and unconcerned.
I dropped off my car Monday the 10th of May 2021. Paint peeling off so it was a factory recall. It was supposed to be ready Friday the 15th and I finally got it today May 20th. I am very dissatisfied. The paint job looks good but there was paint dust inside my seats and on the dashboard. The inside panel of my trunk is loose, it has missing screws. Two of my tires panels are missing, two rubber pieces by my hood were not sealed properly and they are coming off. They also missed a section where the paint is peeling off, after having my car for more than a week I’m not sure how they missed it. I would think because it is a Toyota dealership that they would be professional but the sad reality is that after I messaged Kyle to report my concern and I even sent him pictures of the issues I was having he ignored me and replied that he has sent the picture of the paint peeling off to the Toyota dealership for approval.
I needed my rear tailgate replaced, and they did a fantastic job and finished it 3-4 days earlier than projected. Everyone knew what to do, and they worked well with my insurance company. Highly recommend.
They called and canceled my drop-off appoint 20 hrs prior when I had already taken a half day to drop off and setup a rental for that time period.Then I got a call 5min later to confirm my appointment. This all after Ive already been jerked around by another repair shop in the area.Will update this review once or if I ever get services done here.

Knocking off 1 star due to having to make multiple trips to make it right, considering that I live 2 hours away.Original review:The service is top notch and the quality of repair is excellent. As in there were no deficiencies in repairs. However, they did an absolute terrible and I mean ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE job of matching paint on my 2017 Lexus GSF. The pictures Ive attached are self-explanatory.It does not seem as if they followed factory specifications in proper paint procedure. It doesnt even seem as if they used OEM paint (Not sure though, they could have). It is more likely that they did NOT follow the proper procedure outlined by Lexus despite being Lexus Certified. The paint job used by Lexus is a QUAD STAGE procedure (Quick google search will reveal that fact...). The fact that the new paint job is actually quite a bit lighter than the original paint suggests that they did not follow proper procedure and they skipped out on a couple steps (Laziness?).And yes, prior to having them repair the car, I expected some degree of difference due to the difference in material, but I did not expect this. I would have been MUCH HAPPIER if they painted the car darker than the original paint if they had difficulty matching paint.The shop did mention this to me prior to taking the car back and it was rainy and wet and dark outside and I didnt inspect the car. I took the car back home and looked at it the next day when it was sunny out. Their solution was to have my insurance company pay for the rear bumper to be resprayed to blend the panels. This is unreasonable, my bumper is fine and original. The real solution is for them to respray the car using the quad stage.I know Tom Woods Collision will read this review. The only solution Id be happy with is to repaint the car using the quad stage procedure and Id be happy if the paint job is darker than the original.

They repaired a damaged rear-back panel on my Model 3 Tesla (2020). Did a phenomenal job. Professional staff, frequent updates by phone, and the car looks like nothing ever happened despite the complexity of the repair.Tesla owners: parts-ordering and body work on these cars takes a lot of extra time! Possibly 2 months as in my case. Be prepared for this, you will get very cozy with your rental!

Work was done in a most timely fashion and I was updated with texts as work progressed. Joshs estimate was very close to the final amount due which I most appreciated. The car looked brand new when I retrieved it - an impression enhanced by the fact that Josh had given me a bonus of a full detailed interior. Disappointed with their shoddy customer service. They were supposed to refund me the excess payment I made for my collision repairs. Instead they sent the refund to the insurance company.by mistake. After calling Tom wood multi times over a period of a few months, their response was that they couldnt get to talk with the insurance agent. Not once did they call me back to let me know the status.Now they say I should follow up with the insurance company. They could have told me so in the beginning itself.
Jared and the team did an awesome job communicating about my repairs and kept in touch the entire process. My car got done earlier then expected and looked great. They also handled COVID extremely well and wore masks, sanitized your car keys and pen before using it. I felt very comfortable in the office and appreciated their safety measures!!
TL;DR: take your business to somewhere that will gladly have you and respect your time.Busy collision shop with too little time to care about customers. It’s the first place I’ve ever met that requires an appointment for an estimate.Reception staff either had limited email etiquette or too little time to include greeting or salutation in their reply. In addition, it’s been two days since my last email yet still no response. Phone line was busy all the time and who knows how long would it take for them to return my call.
The end result was better than I initially expected. At first pickup, it was clear to all that they had not completed the job fully. All businesses will have an occasional problem, and the key is how they handle it. This business deserves an 11 out of 10 on that scale, going far out of their way to make up for the delay and initial disappointment. THAT is the mark of a quality business. Thank you TWCC team.

Dropped my car off for door repair. Was initially told 7 days. After further inspection they told me they’d have to replace the whole door and the piece was back ordered. A month and a day later my car was ready for pickup. When I got there I immediately noticed that the trim on the new door of Land Rover was not the same color as the original trim. It was a blatant difference and Jared acted as if he didn’t notice that but immediate offered to order the correct trim.After leaving I noticed that the sound of air coming through the new door as if it was not properly sealed. I took my car back to the collision center and Jared drove the car and tried to make an adjustment that on made the sound a tad better. They scheduled me to bring the car back and told me they’d have me a rental because they’d have to keep it for a day. The correct trim would be placed at this appointment as well.They day of that appointment I took my car to drop it off. Jared took my key and 10 minutes later came back and said that my car was ready to go. He had popped the new trim piece on. I was puzzled and told him that I thought they’d be keeping it to fix the alignment/sealing issue of the door. He immediately apologized and said “oh yes I remember we will get you taken care of.”Three to four hours later the front desk called me saying my car was ready. I told her I’d pick it up the next morning.That morning (today) I picked my car up and the door is still whistling near the top. I don’t believe they actually did anything to rectify this when I dropped it off.I am sorely disappointed with this place.
Everyone there was very kind and efficient. Lou and Kyle kept me well informed and explained what would be done to repair my vehicle. I was impressed by all the staff in providing a very clean and safe environment during Covid pandemic

We had the most fantastic experience with Josh P at the Collision CTR. They repaired a horrible repair job we received at another dealer. Josh took great care of us, kept us in the loop with consistent updates, worked with our insurance adjuster, and hands down gave us the most competent, thorough experience we have ever had. The work they did was beyond what we thought it would be. On top of that they cleaned out my car very thoroughly. I will recommend them to anyone I know in need of bodywork.

If negative stars were a possibility that is how I would rate this business. Suffice it to say the communication was reprehensible, workmanship ok, length of time to repair the car was exceptionally long. The final straw was a wildly inaccurate estimate. I asked for an estimate to replace door panels that I would pay for outside of insurance. I was quoted 400ish dollars. The parts were ordered, I took the car in for the repairs and the next day was called by Jared and advised he ordered the wrong parts, it was going to be 1800. Really? You don’t know what door panel to order on a 2012 Ford Taurus? That’s a big swing and a miss. Due to their communication errors I made numerous trips to get an estimate. I had an appointment then it was cancelled by their system. They lost the approval from the insurance company for the repair and only after getting the insurance company and the repair shop on the line where they able to find it. Since there is such a long wait they must be busy. Find another vendor that values you as a customer, is communicative and responsive to your needs.
This is the second time I have used Tom Wood Collision. Very pleased with them. This also involved an insurance claim. Matt from Tom Wood kept me informed every step of the way regarding the progress of the work and when he was dealing with the Insurance company. It takes forever to repair my car. It’s been more than 70 days since they started the estimate, waiting for the parts, and repairs. The parts arrived 3 weeks ago. And still it was outside of the repair building for more than two months. They say the repair will take 3 additional weeks. More than 100 days!! in total to repair the collision damage with which nobody injured!!!

(September 9, 2019) I run a family homeless shelter, and we use a 2017 Ford Transit van to pick up families that call for help, and to get them to shelter each day. We turned in the van to the Tom Wood Collision Center on July 2, 2019 (the estimate had already been completed a couple weeks prior and sent to insurance). We were given estimated completion dates by text, then they kept getting extended, then extended. For the month of August, we had three confirmations that the van would be complete August 26. Then on August 25, a text said it was moved to August 30. Then on August 30, we got a text saying the van wouldnt be ready that day. It is now September 9, the van has been with them more than 9 weeks, and we still have no completion date. They may say that insurance can be a hang up, but I have confirmation that our insurance finalized everything more than a month ago, and their delay at the insurance was only responsible for 8 of the days of the 9 weeks it has been in the shop. For all this, youd think it was a T-bone or big collision, but it wasnt. Our driver just scraped one side panel of the van on a metal pole while going 5 mph. Honestly, If I could give -5 stars I would. They took my car in for a protective coat service on my paint. The car was not only driven to Bob Rohrman where the service was done (15 miles away) but 150 miles were unaccounted for. Spoke to a manager there and I havent heard anything back nor was anything done. Your car is just taken for a joyride when you drop it off so I recommend you take a photo of the odometer before you leave. Terrible.
The people at Tom Wood Subaru collision center were exceptional in their business method of doing business all the way from helping check in the car for repairs, setting up the insurance part of the business and seeing the car thru the whole process of repairing it with the top of the line parts and restoring the paint to originality, especially thanks to Jared Williams seeing the process completed and keeping me aware of the continuing activity of the car. Also the ladies at the front desk do a great job keeping me posted .I will always have them do any work need d in the future.

She even arranged people to drive us home... She sent me updates about the repair progress every day via text message. They got the work done 3 days ahead of time. I received excellent service. Everyone who helped me was professional in every way. They worked with my insurance company and the car rental company so well that there was little I needed to deal with. Their texted updates were a welcome surprise which kept me updated every step of the way.
I could never say enough nice things about Tom Wood collision. Theres absolutely nothing to complain about. They take care of everything, they bend over backwards to make you happy, they clean your car so clean that it almost looks like its brand new inside and out. I have used them twice in the last year, because people run into my car, and they were wonderful both times.
It’s never fun taking your car in to get repaired, however, the folks at Tom Wood Collision, especially Jared Williams, made this experience a definite positive. They were very friendly and willing to answer my questions promptly. Jared was especially informative regarding the steps needed to make repairs. I was amazed how quickly they got the parts in and fully repaired the damage. My car was ready the day after I took it in. The car was immaculate both inside and outside when I picked it up. I definitely recommend them.
Update: Tom Wood contacted me to bring my car back in. We have tried a couple times to get my car in. The first time I forgot thats 100% on me. The second time my boss told me I couldnt take time off work after it was scheduled so I had to cancel and reschedule. The reschedule had some miscommunication as they are only open M-F during normal business hours (due to COVID) I live and work 45+/- min away. I had planned to drop my car off over night, which the person I scheduled with seemed to be hesitant about, (since there is no way to get there while they are open d/t their hours and my work schedule) I thought I was scheduled for the following morning but then got a call on my way there (to drop off my car) that I missed my appointment. I have not called back to reschedule since. Im leaving it at 4 stars simply because the hours of operation are not conducive to any one that works a typical 8 hour shift during the day. Will update after I can get my car in.Im giving 4 stars for now.Pros:- Rhonda explained in depth how collision repair work with insurance and different factors that go into filing with your company vs the other insureds company.- Communication was very good.- The link that they send you with status updates is awesome!- My car looks good as new.- They towed my car for me because I was concerned about the electronics and some hissing noise.- Kevin dealt with me sending him Ford Pass screen shots every time something came to me and always reassured me that they would make sure everything was okay.Cons:- My car was there for over a month. Benefit of the doubt considering 4th of July and COVID. I wanted Tom Wood Collision to be the place that serviced my vehicle. I was very adamant about that.- My completion date was changed one or two times, though Im not sure if that was through my insurance company or Tom Wood.- I have some follow up concerns that havent been addressed yet.Ill rate the 5 star once my follow up concerns are addressed.
My experience with Tom Wood Nissan collision has been beyond excellent.The front desk team are curtious kind and extremely helpful.Josh does amazing work,he does his first assortment of damages and expected costs. He also is quite through about hidden damages that may show up after the team gets into the damaged are. He also explains that process should it arise.He will discuss a time frame with you and continues to update as to progress via email. My vehicle required some extra repairs after tear down,Josh handled everything with my insurance company and adjuster as well as getting my rental car covered for the extra time allotted for repairs.I have been much impressed with the professionalism of the entire team at Tom wood Nissan.Ive had the pleasure of using their service department and will bring my cat here for any repairs.I will also do my next vehicle purchase through this dealership.Im a customer for lifeThank you Tom Wood Nissan for keeping customer service as a priority in a time when most people have either forgotten how its done,or never practiced using it.Youve earned your reputation keep up the good work.Margaret Potter
I took my mercedes In after a small fender bender. The actual work done on the vehicle was excellent, great workmanship, very happy with the result. On the downside it took a long time for the vehicle to be finished, almost a month and a half. After 30 days my insurance company stoped paying for the rental. I was told by Jared my assigned agent that parts were taking long to arrive. Other than that I didn’t really have an idea of the progress from him. Also my car sat a outside exposed to the elements for a long time which I was not happy about. I had to go to tom Wood collision multiple times to get information on the process of my vehicle. Thankfully I was helped by an amazing gal named Linda. She was extremely helpful and very nice, you could tell she actually cared about the client and their needs. She is definitely a great face for their operation. I wished the car was cleaned better before pick up as it was dusty and the drivers side mats were dirty. In my opinion Tom Wood has great collision technicians that know what they are doing as they work with multiple premium brands, but it seems like they are receiving more work orders than they can handle which is hurting the overall customer satisfaction. Maybe it’s time for management to either expand or know their limit of work they can take.

I had a great experience at Tom Wood Collision. Nancy McGuire was friendly and helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Randy and his detailing team did phenomenal detailing work inside and out. The bodywork looks flawless. I am pleased with the services and highly recommend to everyone.
While having to go in for repairs is not fun, Tom Wood Collision makes the process as easy as possible. Josh Piccione has always been so awesome to work with and always answered my questions and concerns :) The ladies at the front desk are always so responsive and helpful!! Cant say enough about Tom Wood Collision.

From my first contact with the receptionist and then consultant, Matt Paris, of Tom Wood Collision Center to the delivery of my repaired Lexus RX350, I was very satisfied. Needed repairs were identified and explained. Time line for repairs was established and met. Matt was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed on a regular basis regarding the progress of the repairs. All my questions were answered. And the repairs look great! Im a very satisfied customer.
