I received a free oil change coupon when I purchased my card. I didn’t know Tire Discounters picked up my car! It was fantastic. They arrived at 8:30am and my car was back in my garage by noon. Everyone was friendly, responsive and helpful. I got a few extra serviced done and the price was fair too!! I have been loyal to my “other” oil change service for years, but the car pick up and amazing service just switched my loyalties.

I had a great experience at this location! Anthony greeted me at the front desk immediately and with a welcoming smile. He has excellent customer service skills! He explained what came with my purchase, gave me the best price for the tires I needed to be replaced (I had checked 4 other places already). I dropped it off the next day and they had me fixed up in no time. I also had a small piece that was broken on the inside of my door that they fixed and had no idea they could do! I was preparing to look for the next shop to try to get that fixed. It was a pleasant surprise. I looked this company up and discovered they do a wide range of services! Tire Discounters not only sale tires, they are a FULL SERVICE shop, they do it all when it comes to your vehicle. Going into the store, I was wondering if they did alignments and Paul informed that they do so much more. This was my second time visiting Tire Discounters. Walked in and when I checked in at the counter, I pointed out that I wanted the ‘Full Synthetic Oil Change’ package (which also includes Tire Rotation). I was asked to wait and after the service was done, during the billing time I was told that Tire Rotation wasn’t performed after I asked about it when I didn’t see it on the invoice. I said that Tire Rotation is included in the package and it is clearly mentioned on their service brochure. But their personnel said I should have specifically asked for it. When I asked them to have it done now, they clearly denied to do it and still charged me the full service package price. So I literally paid for a service that they partially denied/failed to perform and moreover had the guts to argue about it. Such a shame that they’re trying to cut corners like this by fooling customers. My experience was a complete disappointment this time. They’ve lost my business.

I would like to say that toady was My very first visit here at Tire Discounters and I was truly amazed by the customer service. It was A warm, inviting, and welcoming feeling. Mr. John had, who I would like to give A special recognition to, had went above and beyond to help Me with A list of quotes for everything that I needed, that turned out to be completely cheaper, than the place that I had went to before. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has no respect or consideration for their customers & the service they quote on quote work by. I would Never refer anyone to purchase anything from them. Their Service manager did nothing to resolve my issue. What he suggested is that I pay for a new tire for the Bubble that is in my tire thread. Which anyone with good sense knows that is a defect( structural failure) being I had no hole in the wal of my tire & in not from damage. Especially when I purchased the tires less than a yr.ago. Let me add I did not request or these tires on-line at the time. (The brand I did request was sold to another customer, as to why this poor company upgraded as they call to the Cooper brand. In addition I was provided corporatecontact mgr. Who providedme a free oil change service for my next visit. Same service then said he didnt think the communication I gave him was right & just gave me the oil replacement. ) *As a customer I dont believe this company just gives away free things,clearly). This same man today Not once came to address me, but had time to come outside & speak to customers who came after I arrived. All of his communication was done by he said/he said mode which shows is level of concern & unprofessionalism.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My past experiences at tire discounters have been relatively decent, aside from uncomfortable arguments between staff in the lobby. After my last 2 visits, not only am I no longer comfortable bringing my car here, I feel that it is my obligation to inform others of the subpar service! Most recently, I had called ahead to see if I could bring my car down to get checked out and was told to bring it in that day! Upon arriving, I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment for the following week. Aside from the inconvenience of driving there and back from the opposite side of town for something they should’ve communicated to me over the phone, I was happy to schedule an appointment. After arriving to my scheduled appointment, I waited 45 minutes and they had not even brought my car into the bay. At this point I left, and they said they would call me when they were done. Much like how they forgot to email me an appointment confirmation, they also forgot to call me and let me know my vehicle was ready. I returned to the shop 2 hours later and expressed my concern for not having been called and was told that they attempted to call which is untrue. They proceeded to try and rush me out of the door as I asked simple questions about the service they did and they were not happy to help or communicate at all. Servicing your car here is taking a risk! Not worth it in my opinion, as they seem to be just another shady tire shop with poor customer service skills.

Ive always been a Big O customer but I think they may have lost me! I made a tire purchase here a couple months ago. Not only did they match prices but they also picked up my vehicle & dropped it back off! That was ROCKSTAR bcs I didnt have to come sit & wait, I didnt have to worry about childcare & I didnt have to worry about Covid! Also, the staff [Anthony & Seth as well as others] are so friendly & accommodating! I got a oil change today & they saved me again with the pick up on my vehicle! Excellent service!

Staff was awesome, had an alignment done after big o messed my pride and joy up. Only complaint I have is I witnessed the tech drive my car as if he was in a drag race. My advice is to advise your mechanics to take care of customers cars as if they were their own.

Great customer service! I had two services completed on my car. During the repairs, things took an unexpected turn. Tire Discounters (Paul) fixed the issue and even exceeded my expectations. I wound up with a fantastic deal and am very pleased. They also drove me several miles to my house/work since repairs took some time. The issue with my steering has been resolved and I have had no problems with it since then. I highly recommend Tire Discounters.

I was just in today when I had a flat and couldn’t remember if I had bought my tires from them or a competitor. Not only did they check out the tire for me, put on a spare and try to find me in their system (I wasn’t), but they found the warranty I had from a competitor in my glove box that I overlooked and directed me to the correct location. I was fully prepared to purchase a tire on the spot and wish I could have given them my business today. I’ll be back for an oil change and look forward to working with this excellent team in the future!

Okay, Ill admit that Ive gone to Discount Tires for years and they do a good job. But then I had a flat and after calling the two closest Discount Tires, one had a 1.5 hour wait and the other had a 1.25 hour wait. I knew that a Tire Discounters had just opened a few months ago and it was along my route so I stopped in to see if they could help me out. They could and heres a special shout out to Nick Morrison, whos the GM there and provided excellent customer service. They have a super clean waiting room with coffee, water, television, the Indy Star, and magazines, so time flew by and I was done. First class treatment - thanks Nick!

Really incredible customer service. I stopped in for an estimate and ended up getting all four tires replaced. Entire process, from start to finish, took just over an hour and the price was GREAT! Ill be stopping in next spring to get a few more things done. These folks are the best in the neighborhood if you need to get car repairs completed and a great price.

Came out of work to find one of my tires almost completely flat. Limped around the corner to Tire Discounters for a replacement. Reasonable prices and fast, friendly service. Waiting room is clean and fairly comfortable too, which is nice.

Full Service Shop! No more going to Jiffy Lube for oil then somewhere else for tire rotation....did I mention they have free tire rotations included in the oil change! Will recommend them to family and friends.

I was in and out in less than an hour for an oil change which included a tire rotation and alignment. I dealt with two people there, both were very pleasant. It was also the first very cold day of the year, so people were coming in constantly for air in their tires and the employees were all very gracious. Obviously, they told me I need new tires, but that is what you get when you get an oil change at a tire store, though they did not press the matter by any means. I also had a coupon from their website, but they applied the same discount without me mentioning the coupon which was great. The waiting room was also stocked with water and coffee with a TV. Overall, convenient for a lunch break oil change at a great price.

My experience was first rate. All personnel were polite and knowledgeable of product and procedures.I watched the techs in the shop do their thing and they treated my old beater with the same care as a new Cadillac. The shop is so new and clean that you could eat off the floor.These people have really raised the bar to a new level of customer service.

We were on a road trip and our tire warning light came on. The service was super good and everyone was friendly. They were able to get us in and out super quickly. They did a great job changing our tires and had great prices.10/10!

The price was good for an oil change. Used the valet service which went well until they had forgotten to deliver my car back by the time I was off work, but I will continue to use their services because one mistake does not call for abandoning things.

I highly recommend this particular location because I trust the manager that works there his name is Nick Morrison. I moved the servicing of my two vehicles from a competitor because of Nick. He’s got great people skills counters and tells it to you straight based on my previous experiences with him.Also I highly recommend the actual store it is very clean and all the folks there are very friendly and seem very knowledgeable. I must agree that TireDiscounters is raising the bar and from what I witnessed they are treating their employees professionally!

We got quotes from several tire places and Tire Discounters was the best. I ordered the tires on Monday afternoon and they were in on Wednesday morning. They told me it would be an hour and a half and it was exactly that time. The waiting area is clean, tons of seating space with a kid area, and free coffee and water. I would definitely recommend this location.

From the time I called for an appointment, to the time I left, everyone I interacted with was superb. They have decent tire prices, but I was blown away by the customer service. They were up front with what I needed, and even not-needed! It is a ways away from me, but Ill be going back.

Weird story.. I actually live 2.5 hours away, but I was in the area for something. Stopped somewhere to eat, came out to a flat tire. I thought I was prepared, I had my tools and jack, had the flat off, but then I realized my spare (mounted to back door) still had an anti theft lug nut on it. I previously had them on all of the wheels, but stopped using them and no longer carried the tool for it, and forgot to take the one off of the spare.Unsure of who to call, I got in touch with this company, they were located just down the road. They sent somebody right over with an extractor and took the lug off. They didn’t even expect payment.Not your normal situation but I’m very grateful.Thank you!
