After being in the Tile Shop down the street for an hour without any customer service or even a greeting from the sales staff, I came to Kohler. Wow what a difference!! Upon walking in I was greeted immediately by Monica. She asked what I was in for and guided me through the store. She was so helpful in telling me about the different options and comparing products. I had no idea of all the offerings a Kohler had - like tile. Thank you Monica for your excellent customer service!

We had an amazing experience working with Donnie! He is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, sharp, and informative. He paid close attention to our constantly changing needs and requests and was able to stay focused and find the best possible options. We are very thankful because we actually have never experienced such outstanding customer service!

Donnie was great! Our kitchen faucet broke and we wanted something modern and durable. He was able to meet our need and picked out matching soap pump and drinking water faucet for us. Two thumbs up!!!

Mary was awesome at Kohler helping me pick out my bathroom medicine cabinets. She showed me a variety of cabinets and sent timely quotes to me to help make my decision. She was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. I had a great experience with Kohler and am very pleased with the medicine cabinets I ordered. They exceeded my expectations. Found what we were looking for to finish our basement bathroom project. The staff was able to assist and work with our project schedule. This is probably going to be more of a 5-star review. I only gave it 4-stars because we made our order today and still some moving parts left to make an accurate recommendation. Id say if youre in the market for new Kohler items, the showroom is a great way to see and feel what youre interested in.*** Be sure to call before you go, because you need to schedule an appointment.

Mary was super helpful. The process was painless for me, I asked plenty of questions and Mary was very patient and full of information. After much research I went with Mary because of the time and effort she took to give me an the information I asked for. I could not be more pleased with my purchase!

I came across this store online when I was researching soaker tubs. That was my lucky day because Donnie Briggs answered the phone, and he knows most everything you will need to know or consider about tubs, and other bath/water fixtures. In the off chance he doesnt, he finds out very quickly. He can explain options clearly so that you understand them, even if you are an amateur like me. He makes great suggestions, and even knows how to install the fixtures he sells. I have called him more than once to ask questions for my plumber. I wish Donnie could be here to oversee the work. He is always very responsive and detailed. I have not experienced this kind of customer service in decades. Despite the fact that I purchased my tub and other fixtures 2 months ago, live 2.5 hours away one way and was never able to visit the store, he answers and responds to all questions in less than 24 hours...usually within minutes! I cant say enough about this type of service!

The amount and selections of bathroom fixtures, faucets, showers, tubs all pretty amazing. Shown in professional lighting and you are able to visualize high class items in your home. Mary Leonard is knowledgeable as well as professional knowing what you might need before you even know it. Great place to get your bathroom going

Donnie and his crew are so welcoming and friendly. Every step of our project was a breeze thanks to them. We had many construction hiccups along the way that turned our 30-60 day project into a 5+ month project. Any issues that came up Donnie and his team took care of right away. We now have 2 completely awesome renovated bathrooms and an amazing kitchen sink setup thanks to Donnie.I recommend this place to everyone. Better prices & selection than any of the big box stores. It’s kind of bittersweet to have our project completed because we can’t take the boys up there to play with the showroom(playplace)! So happy to be back in our beautiful “new” home. After falling in love with the lighted perimeter mirror we had in our room at the Crystal City Marriott outside of Washington, D.C. this past September, I started my search for something like it for our master bath. I was not having much luck until my husband suggested we go into the Kohler Signature Store in Indianapolis. I was VERY skeptical. I said to him, They sell FAUCETS! But was I ever in for a big surprise. They had JUST what I was looking for and Mary Leonard, who helped us, was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She supplied us with all the information we needed to make a decision, and we are now the proud owners of the mirror I was looking for. It was installed today, and it is everything I had hoped for. I am one VERY happy customer (and will more than likely be a repeat customer).

If you need any help with Kohler products this is your place! We bought a new house and the shower only produced hot water (we took really quick showers). I called and spoke with Mary. Within 24 hours I had an email back from her with a quick solution to our problem, drawings of the parts and plumber recommendations who specialize in Kohler. Mary is the most helpful, awesome customer service person I have EVER encountered and I havent even spent a dime there. When it comes time to replace some old shower heads I know where Im heading. We initially purchased a Kohler kitchen sink, then we saw the lighted mirrors and decided to upgrade our bathroom. We worked with Mary who is very professional, knowledgeable and full of ideas that helped make it what it is today -- a modern (we had a 20+ year old) bathroom with 3 side lite mirrors, beautiful oval hand sinks with fixtures and an efficient toilet.
