Owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Owners are working toward retiring but they still have a terrific selection left and I encourage all to support them. They have high quality beads and fine metal findings as well as lovely and unusual jewelry pieces for sale. She helped my son make some bracelets to stack and I appreciate her encouraging him to design and do as much of the work himself as he could.

My friend and I brought our Big Brother Big Sister matches to a necklace making class over the weekend and we had a great time with Judy. I was impressed at how well she worked with the girls (ages 9 and 12). She was able to assess the skill level of each and catered her teaching accordingly. I really cant praise her enough for this.

I inherited a string of Pearls from my Grandmother, which I took to Heirloom Classics to get restrung into 2 necklaces. They did an excellent job, the necklaces are just as I imagined them. Judy ordered the clamps I wanted and than rushed to get the job done on time, when the clamps arrived late. She was very straight forward about pricing and timing expectations. I would highly recommend this shop.

I started making earrings & cuffs. I stopped in looking for wire and hopefully a few do-dads for earwires. Judy has been very helpful with pricing advice and encouragement. The supply of beads and such is amazing, and Judy is a wealth of knowledge.

Found out the turquoise beads I got there are dyed and not real like she said. Wont be going back.

Judy is very respectful and careful with repairs of jewelry. Most heirloom jewelry might not mean a lot to other but it can have very sentimental value. Judy treats every item as if was her own.I trust her tremendously.
