Came here to get some background material for my nail art and they had everything I could think of for fabrics and sewing structures.. I found a few washable mats for under $2. The cashier was nice and even held a wonderful conversation about my kids hair.

First time in the pandemic that we decided to go pick some art supplies and fabrics. Thankfully at least 90 percent of the customers were masked. Only gripe is that the carts arent sanitized so you might want to be prepared to bring your supplies .JoAnn, without having to say it again has some great deals on some good stuff. Holiday ideas and hobby crafts. Yes to another trip but not too soon.

I went I went here to pick up materials for curtains. They had everything I needed. However, the curtain rods and mounts were far more expensive then other stores. A jaunt over the Ace Hardware got us the curtain rods and mounts at one-third the price. However, they often have very good fabric sales and a wide variety of supplies. Reasonably friendly staff.

Went in for some Susan Bates crochet hooks and a few odds & ends. My go to store for these. I first noticed that the Packaging on them has gotten much smaller (yay) & displays have changed (acrylic color coded divided like pencil cups) and so have prices. Just small stickers folded in half on the crochet hooks now, not easy to remove the adhesive FYI. Seems like prices wouldnt go up so much with the packaging so minimal but maybe it is the price of the display? They are roughly $4 each now, just sayin. Several sizes were not available and I didnt see the silvalume handled ones at all.It was Monday evening and the store was mostly quiet. Friendly staff. A couple of yarn Items marked clearance rang up $3 more than regular price and not clearance. No real explanation but oh well.Overall good experience just because it wasnt crazy busy there so I got peaceful time to look and employees and customers alike were pleasant.

Awesome. The employees helped me find everything I needed. Some things can be on the pricer side so always remember to use a coupon when you go, just google Joann coupon and you can find it right on their site.

Forgot to get more minty red heart yarn, but plenty of color choice, like, lilac in white and minty in buff, with alternate peach in white, blanket. Sliving loves it.

Had someone with me that couldnt wear a mask. Okay. We were trying to not be in there like asked but I asked how to leave and didnt get an answer. Saw how to leave, but the employees werent letting us walk to the exit because the other didnt have a mask on. We had to wait for someone to come in to leave. Also didnt get my receipt for an online purchase and they never asked for my id like they were supposed to. I didnt care to comply, but the customer service could have been better. If they wanted us to leave let us.

Low inventory on cotton novelty fabric and puzzles... Everyone is making masks and staying home doing puzzles! I had to laugh. Some employees had masks, others did not. No sanitizing wipes for the carts.

All the help was extremely nice and knowledgeable but I was a little disappointed with the bare shelves that I found at the store. The Joannes fabric that I remember kept the fabric stocked And the store not looking like it was going out of business.

I have never had issues with Joann Fabric but tonight a manager named Emily went above and beyond to try locating a fabric for me. She was so polite, helpful, and friendly that I had to share. I hope to see her in the store again next time I shop, because Im definitely coming back to this location in the future.

Huge fabric section! Didnt expect to find so many outdoor fabrics on display

Betty Crocker or Pillsbury of crafting world. Lot of fabric, but inventory was a mess. Craft supplies such as gold lief paper non existent. A lot of components and kits you can put together to make you think you are making something, but true basic craft supplies are almost non existent. 3 stars for open, great parking lot and clean bathroom.

I debated between 3 & 4 stars. I decided on 3 because the clerks were somewhat unpleasant. I like that there is a variety of fabrics, but I wish they werent made in China. I am also unhappy at how much fabric has increased. But what hasnt since January?

I stopped by to grab some male, styrofoam heads for styling wigs and was in and out within 10 min. This was right before the store closed at 9pm. They have a great selection of spring florals. Checkout was the bottleneck as usual due to their slow POS system.

Great place to get all your hobby items. Used them several times for picture framing. My girl loves them for cross-stitching items. Staff very friendly and always willing to help you find what your looking for. Dont forget to download their app to see what coupons are available!

Decent selection, pretty slow service though, both in the fabric cutting department and at the cash registers. Disappointed in the sewing notions department.....they have a lot of oddball items, but not some of the more basic sizes and standard colors of buttons.

Im handling a sofa re-upholstery project, first time. I ordered my fabric online and it was ready when I got there. I needed to go in for small items I had forgotten, I was impressed by their social distancing policy and setup. They had all the items I needed and when I asked for assistance each person and the manager was very attentive to my needs, service with a friendly smile. Thank you so much.

I didnt find quite was I was looking for. However, I left with a spooktacular idea for a new craft! This was a different Joann Fabric location. Different layout. Busy place!

Pretty well stocked, seems to be kept pretty clean... but not super well staffed.. if its close to the holidays at all - be ready to WAIT in line to check out for 25+ minutes if its busy at all

I understand the holidays just ended, but the shelves were bare, and the store was such a mess.Very disappointing.This was my first time at this store.Besides the store a mess, it was dirty.Being next in line at the check out, I witness the cashier check her cell phone as the she was waiting for the customer to run his card.Very unprofessional.I was at Micheals prior to JOANNS. It was such a mistake to go to JOANNS. Prices are higher at JOANNS.Needless to say, I drove right back to Micheals.

I had to laugh when the app said, Typically people spend 15 minutes here. I have never just spent just 15 minutes, it is usually 4 hours. The quality of fabric is excellent to fair. That is you have to pay attention to what you are buying. I usually buy quilt fabric. The Joann exclusive fabric is excellent quality, pretty and cannot be bought anywhere else. It doesnt fade, bleed or pile. They carry some name brands which are also good but you must pay attention that it isnt woven wonky or have small defects. I think the name brands are the first mill runs and discounted a bit from the quilt stores. Joanns has a large selection of multiple types of fabrics so you are sure to find what you need. The staff are knowledgeable with most having textile formal educational degrees. I find them to be a very good resource. The stores are nicely managed even in the most difficult of times. That is to say, they are kept neat and tidy during the busy seasons. I love their coupons and door buster sales. Just read the fine print. If you join their app you get a 50 to 60 percent off one regular priced item. I buy bulk material with this so good deal. It is impossible to buy fabric and craft supplies online. Most of our creative ideas come from within the store when we can see, touch and play with the items we are considering to buy. Please support this store and others like it during this time.A long, long term satisfied customer.

Overall a great store. They seem very busy any time i go, even during the week. My biggest hangup is that it is soooo cramped. When I had foot surgery their own motor scooters for the store could barely navigate the aisles.

This is my go to store. For all my craft needs.

Staff here was pleasant and helpful. I found the Indian ink I was looking for and some other crafts for my daughter. They offer classes to make blankets. Couldve used another cashier today.

There was a time when you would go to this store or should I say JOANN. You would have the sweetest people. Helping you. Now the ones helping you cut your fabric. Are not nice. They have no answers and act like you are wasting their time. The sad part is. These are not young people. They are seniors. I just do not understand. The prices are high and you can not even get a smile. I will learn to make my own prints. That is not worth the trip.

I only went to JOANN to purchase a gift card. It was my first time visiting the store and it reminded me a lot of Michaels. If your hobby requires you to have various types of fabric then JOANN is the place for you. The store had a lot of choices and styles of fabric. However, if your hobby is more crafty I would recommend Michaels. If knitting/crocheting is your passion you cant go wrong at either place. Both stores have a nice stock/variety of yarn and books.

It okay place.

I just got home from the store and feel like I need to shower! The whole place was filthy, grungy and disgusting. The cart wheels were full of dust and grime. I had to switch carts because my first one was so gummed up the wheels stopped turning. Most of the workers I encountered were rude and the majority were not wearing masks. I will absolutely not be going back.

No complaints here. If you shop at 1 Jo-Ann fabrics youve shopped at them all! This one was well stocked and neat with kind customer service.

Lines were a little longer than normal with only 1 cashier.

Great store! Except the lady that runs the Viking Sewing machine department should let customers know she knows only about Viking. She was very rude when asked about other sewing machine.
