Favorite Chinese shop in Indianapolis! Before pandemic they had wide variety in colors of wings. Now they still have them but light colors are becoming rare. The worker in the section is the best! She is always helpful. They have a nice store here even with clip on earrings which is rare. Lots of products and I drive a distance just to go here. They also use Kings Beauty awards program also for that discount!

Nice customer service. No following ppl around the store and no prejudice attitudes towards customers. Nice selection of trendy products and great service in the wig dept. Good variety of wig styles colors and affordable prices.

Typical asian owned beauty supply. One thing I like is that they give members a $5 store credit for every $20 you spend so if you frequent this place often its good to become a member

This place is definitely not black owned!I was trying to get my boyfriend to help me choose a wig and a staff member told me that I could not take pictures of the wigs. I asked why not and she just repeated, “No pictures.” It was the most ridiculous hair shopping experience I’ve ever had!

I used to have a great experience when I visited this location, but my last two were very unpleasant. The wigs were BOGO 50% the cheaper wig. I was given a 10% discount for buying a display wig. When I got to the counter my BOGO wasnt going to be honored because I was given a discount for buying a used wig. This made no sense to me or anyone else present that day, so I left and vowed to never go back. Here I am 6 months later. I stopped in because it was close and its dark out. I bought hair that was on sale (that she tried to over charge me for FOUR times) and I was not able to get my loyalty points earned because I bought sale items. The lady just makes up stuff as she goes along. She also gave me the wrong needle after I said it multiple times. Im DONE done.

Traditionally these type of places arent Black people friendly, even though Blacks are their primary shoppers. Ive shopped there since the store opened a few years ago. I average a visit every three months or so, I have not had a bad experience there to date. I typically dont need assistance but while shopping there Ive noticed their interaction with other patrons. The staff does try to be helpful to the best of their knowledge.I dont feel like Im being watched or made to feel like a criminal while shopping. I know they have their fair share of shoplifters and more than likely are watching like a hawk. But the key, is not to make your patrons feel like all eyes are on them. This hair supply plus store has a wide variety of items and allows the aisle space to shop without being on top of other shoppers.

The staff is RUDE, they do not speak or acknowledge you kindly at all. AND trust, they know enough English to do so. Ive given them several chances as I live in the neighborhood and demographically they are convenient. I was just here 5min ago and when I approached the counter I spoke to the cashier she said nothing in return. She and the only guy that work there are consistently in a funk. Still Im trying to be positive for my entire transaction, the woman is nasty. I do not ever intend on returning, I really dont care if I have to drive across town. You teach ppl how to treat you. If she had enough strength and energy to stand there and take my hard earned money, she had enough strength to open her mouth and be kind. So Im walking away with my dignity, hope she realizes EVERY BLACK LIFE MATTERS!!! #attitudeterminesaltitude

I always enjoy shopping here. Im a regular and they have a good selection on all items. They are always pretty friendly to everyone and greet you when you come in. They also have the beauty club offer which is now even better than before, for every $50 you spend you get $5 off on your account.

One of the only beauty supply stores that gives you rewards for shopping there!!! I can appreciate that 👌However! Their human hair selection is SLIM very slim. From lace fronts to bundles. So depending on what youre shopping for its a great place! If youre looking for something fun to just see if you like it, this is your spot. Being a guy, I expected more help since I was shopping for my fiancee. I brought a track with me to match the color, plus I knew the color number and baby on the phone. The lady just wasnt very helpful with my search. It seemed to be easier to tell me, we dont have. I feel she was more concerned about shop lifters then paying customers. I helped myself and left satisfied. I know I will be forced to return to this store, considering I live in Muncie and thats one of the closes stores of its kind.

I had a great experience here. I found the wig I needed immediately. They didnt have the color that was on the display so they acyltually offered to give me the display one! Made me soooo happy! And Yes, they are very watchful but it shouldnt be a big deal if youre not gonna steal, right? :)

Brought a $200 wig from here. Wig was tangled and no good within a week. When I took it back, not for my money back but to exchange the wig ( thought maybe I just received a bad one), they refused to help. Will never go back. Had to throw wig away.
