I worked with Jane Jesse rehabbing 7 bathrooms...shower tile and floor tile, carpet for 7 rooms, and hardwoods for 6000 square feet. Prosource had an amazing supply and Jane was great with design suggestions and getting back with me on pricing etc. Great organization and always a warm smile.

We had our home remodeled by Darrell Carney from R.L. Mercer with the help of Stephanie Miller at ProSource for picking out all the tile for walls, shower, fireplace and flooring. What a great job from Stephanie in setting up the different styles and color mixes for us to compare and make the proper decisions and for Darrell for making our forever home so gorgeous.

I purchased the entire wood flooring and several cabinets for my new home with Prosource. They provided excellent service and are very responsive. Brie and Jessica are amazing. Hoping the delivery and ongoing service will be just as stellar. Will update after I receive the products.

Dave Grande of ProSource is absolutely AMAZING to work with....The company has so many options it can be overwhelming but with Dave to help educate me on the differences I finally picked out the perfect flooring for my needs. Go ask for Ryan OConnor in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us evaluate the full line of products they offer. He helped convince us to go a different direction than we went into the project with that saved us a lot of money and was going to work better for our home. Then he hooked us up with several installers in order to get the best service. Excellent customer service and support!

Pro source Indianapolis is my first choice when he picking up product for my design projects. I just want to tell everyone what a great experience we had. Ryan was the one helping us out and literally, we never had to leave our seat. We told him about what we wanted, and bamm, it was there. He knew how to match colors and make everything work together. We had a house fire, so everything had to be replaced and he made it the easiest to do. Ryan O’connor At prosource is the best. He has been so accommodating and helpful throughout the process of remodeling our home. From the flooring to tile, he has really been awesome to work with and you can tell that he truly cares about his customers. His customer service is top notch!

What a disappointment. The showroom is great in terms of election, but good luck trying to actually buy something. We were referred by our architect and met with Ryan. Spent hours selecting flooring for new construction. Also provided plans and requested multiple bathroom cabinetry quotes from their in-house designer. Left with Ryans promise to get us pricing the next week and bathroom cabinetry designs. Next week turned into weeks and we had heard nothing. So we call. And email. And call some more. Finally he responds and promises it the next day. The next day comes and goes and still nothing. Mind you, these were all HIS proffered timelines. We werent pushing for something immediately. However, MONTHS passed. To the point where my husband called the manager, who was rude to him, and said that they had a quote in their system (6 months later and weve still never seen one). I called the wood flooring company directly to seek out another distributer and was told they would contact the owner and I would hear from someone. Nothing. Not a word after 6 months and endless emails and calls. This place is a joke.

We had a major sewer back up in our basement and had to have carpet, drywall replaced and extensive painting done. It was almost a blessing in disguise because it forced us to redo the basement in new colors, update the trim to white and change the horrid blue/green indoor outdoor carpet that the flipper guy put in before we bought the home. We were told to go to ProSource in Castleton and we had Dave Grande help us. I had no idea he even owned the store, he was humble, answered all of my non-stop questions and he was very patient with our decisions regarding carpet as we wanted a Berber type carpet. He even let us take the samples home. His prices were extremely affordable and his team even laid the carpet which was a very good price. We are extremely pleased with what they had done and our experience was a good one. We are planning a kitchen remodel soon and ProSource will be first we will go to to see about flooring and maybe some other items as well. Give ProSource a try ..... you wont be disappointed!

I love the variety and quality.

We paid for flooring, cabnets, and counter tops. We have 5 boxes of flooring left over in one room, 3 in another and 2 in different room. All boxes unopened witch cannot be returned. The cabnets look grate but the counter tops are so messed up it took them 3 try s to get it right and they still had to CUT holes in the new wall to make them fit. Short on one side of the room and hanging over on the other because they didnt mesure it right. I wish I could get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL MESS YOUR HOUSE UP.
