I have been a customer for years I just bought a new phone that is no longer being produced and its only a few months old(1st) The screen protection I bought that they installed is now pulling off and they wont fix it. Time too look else where.
This company really get ZERO stars This is a very bad company my phone always lose signal I called customer service twice about it still nothing has changed with my service I ordered two phone devices online the cancelled my order and it’s been two months and they still have not reimbursed me my money they are very inconsiderate and rude and keep giving me the run around very poor customer service people she be treated better when it comes to business and being more professional
It really smells bad in there but the guy was nice! The smell wasnt so we left...

Im only doing 4 stars just bc I was charged sales tax on a $600 phone when it was only a $400 phone that I had purchased.

I would have to disagree on excellent Service.. Anytime I leave my residents I have no service on my phone .. It’s been over 3 months since this problem started. First, I tried to ask for some assistance at this store, but every time I go to that store the employees just want to get you out of there as quick as they can . it’s pretty apparent they don’t care to help. Second, I called customer service several times they can’t fix my problem . Third, I changed my phone number and that didn’t fix my problem . Lastly, I go to the cricket store again in person and it’s the same crappy service with the same people . It would be really nice to figure out why I don’t have service, but no one with cricket seems to care . I wouldn’t recommend this phone service to anyone .
Very poor, disgusting costumer service.I asked the front lady to check if my IMEI number was okay to use for a new phone but she told me that she wasn’t going to check it. I had more than one IMEI number on my iPhone XS Max. All I asked was to see if my other IMEI number was good to use because she had told me that my first one was connected to another carrier, but my phone was unlocked. It gets worst, I went down to keystone, and she looked that the other IMEI number and it was all good to go, I got a line.The worst thing that she did was called me out on my “DISABILITY”. Disgusting, I hope she gets fired. This happened on May 11 at around 2 pm. She called me out on my disability, I went out because I was sad to see people like this. Please let them see this. I’m disgusted.
Had no problems with cricket none at all. Employee was so nice, knowledgeable,I would go back to cricket
Very rude individual, yelled at us due to her being on lunch break at 4pm. Unprofessional, had to go to keystone store to have my issie resolved.
Great service and staff
They told me to go online to avoid the 25 dollar upgrade fee and they have a bigger selection. It was a lie. If the store does now want me to Shell out several hundred dollars file Ill take my business somewhere else. Cricket Service is ok as an att sub carrier but the in person customer service is trash. Oh never go on Sunday the systems are always down for updates.
The worker was very friendly. He was trying to be real helpful. They needed another person in there that day.
My dad and my uncle went into this store today because we just recently switched to cricket and there was a problem with the phone. The problem being we weren’t allowed to make calls for some odd reason. So when my dad and uncle went in, they were denied customer service and were told to “just do it themselves.”
This cricket wireless location holds the SWEETEST employess. Its the only one I go to now. They helped me a month before I got my phone to make sure I got a good one that fits me. 🌸

LaDonna was amazing! My friend was a total newbie to cell phones, and LaDonna was patient, kind and friendly in teaching her what she needed to know. We will become loyal customers of this store if all the customers live up to LaDonnas standards! The phones and plans at Cricket are reasonable and fair with options to fit everyones budget.
