Be very careful selling anything here, especially if Zoe is the one working. She’ll give you a total for what you think they’ll pay you, but then completely change the number 5 minutes later. And it’s drastic. Somehow went from being offered $80 for something, to $5. And she saw no issue with it and offered no explanation about what just happened, but SHE said $80 first and then just decided to take away an entire 75??? How is that right and how does that make any sense? Scammers.

The store manager Brittany is amazing. I love her. Ive not really interacted with the other workers but I trust her judgment so Im sure theyre good as well. Store wise - the size of this store is larger than all the others Ive been to in the area so its nice to browse without feeling cramped like in the locations in/near the mall.

This is a review for this specific location because of the staff. I usually visit a location closer to me, but came to this location twice recently. The two staff I interacted with at this location were far and beyond some of the nicest and most helpful GameStop staff Ive interacted with. Thank you for your patience and help when my son and I when we visited today and a few days ago. You both (a man the first time, a woman the second visit) exemplified great customer service!!

They never answer the phone when calling them. Never have ps4 controllers and they are extremely rude.

I called this location on Friday around 7pm to see if my brother could exchange his headset which had insurance on it for something of equal value(specifically v buck gift cards). I explained to him that due to their stores being shut down from covid we had already purchased another headset and didn’t really have a use for one. I was given the approval from him because he stated the hardware warranty allows you to exchange for a different item all together unlike a normal warranty exchange where you exchange for the same product. Fast forward to sunday, my little brother walks in and the manager is rude with him and refuses to do the exchange. I talk to her over the phone to deescalate the situation and she continues to be rude with me. I asked her why she wouldn’t do the exchange when I called here before, and every GameStop I called in Indiana said the same thing in regards to vice and my insurance. The manager continued to ignore that and just refused to do the exchange. I simply asked for her name after and she told me that she wasn’t going to give me her name because I would file a complaint. I asked for more information that is required while making a complaint and that the GameStop employee had to share and she refused it. The other location across from the mall helped me with this situation in 5 minutes. Go to them because this store is obviously not here for helping customers.

When I walked into this particular GameStop, all I knew was that I wanted to purchase a new video game. Thanks to store manager Brittany’s incredible professionalism and extremely detailed knowledge of video games, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my new copy of GTA5 for over a week now. Her efforts made towards knowing GameStop and knowing video games truly reflects the very environment of the store. She truly is an asset, and I am very thankful to have encountered her. Thanks for the incredible experience GameStop! Nice hire!

This is the only GameStop I will shop at, simply because of their customer service. Youre acknowledged as soon as you enter the store, and the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable about products. Ive never traded or sold equipment here, but have seen others undergo the process and the associates were just as friendly. Would recommend this store to others.

Came in to this GameStop earlier today and was mind-blown at the service I received. My sales guys name was Dylan I believe - he was fantastic. Got me the best deal, saved me money, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I’ll never go to another GameStop because I’ll always wanna go to him. Overall a fantastic experience.

Best place to shop for games.

GameStop has always been a pretty rad spot to frequent.My buying and selling experiences have always been good! All the workers are informative, helpful, and chill! I definitely recommend this location over others! Especially the location over by the Greenwood Mall, no way!

I typically dont love GameStop as a company. But with my visit today I picked up a battery pack for my Xbox controller, and the guy that assisted me gave me very helpful insight on a few things. To sum up the conversation though, he was very well educated on everything in the store, and the customer service was on point.

I love gamestop, the employees actually like what they do and care about the customers, its sad that not a lot of people are buying physical copies and the only thing keeping gamestop alive are gift cards and devices

The workers are really nice. I went there 2 day after my birthday witch was friday last week. I got $39,$15 of it was on a game stop gift card.

Great place. a little costly. What doesn’t make sense to me tho is that there’s disc replay right next to it which pretty much sells the same games $20 cheaper .

Dustin made my gamestop experience a great one. I went in to preorder the Destiny 2 limited edition pack to which he said there were none left. upon seeing my dismay he checked the computer and told me to wait a second and went to talk to his boss. He found someone who had canceled their order and let me preoder it on the last day and gave me all the info i needed to get it. Love this store and its employees always a great experience.

This is our favorite GameStop!!! The staff are super chill and very knowledgeable about all items in store and the coming soon items.

One of my favorite Gamestops to visit. I live closer to the one on Emerson and Southport, but that one always seems to have about half the selection of this location. They usually have what youre looking for, and can give honest advice (I dont feel like theyre just trying to sell you on a game by embellishing features or their own opinions.). And while its a touch annoying to be upsold every single time, it shows that theyre dedicated to doing their job right and havent let retail life drain their souls. Im not a huge fan of Gamestop as a company but I love these people. Go for them, not the company.
