This Verizon store stole $200 from me. They placed my order incorrectly and then once it was fixed they insisted I would still receive my credit for trading in my old iPhone. The credit never came. I went into the store and they said the district manager would take care of it. He never did. Six months later and no resolution and $200 still owed to me. This place is full of incompetent people. Run far away!
My husband and I thought we would save money with Sprint and changed 48 hours ago. They lost my husband’s number after we told them we wouldn’t switch if that happened, he lost his number anyway...to get a sale. We came to our nearest Verizon store on Michigan Rd and Kessler. Jonathan worked with us and provided us with an exceptional experience! We are back with Verizon- I’ve been with Verizon fur 11 years and won’t consider leaving again. Thanks so much, Jonathan.
Showed up with a business to personal phone transfer that ended up being not at all straightforward. Jonathon not only figured out what the speed bumps were to getting the transfer complete but made the process feel smooth. He helped me select the right personal pay plan for me and navigated several customer service calls to get the job done. Lastly, he took the time to quality check the data transfers and make sure I was set up on my new device optimally. Give him a raise! He earned it!

I went in to this store and I was taken care of by Victor Richardson. He assured me when I walked in he would make sure the problem would be solved before I left. I ended up being there close to 3 hours while he was working on a hum issue with the Hum tech support. At the same time customers were steadily coming in the store. He never got rattled and he helped everyone who came in and was so polite. The company should be very proud to have someone as dedicated and capable as Victor, as a business manager myself I know great people are difficult to find. Thank you Victor.

Wow! My service has been a real great experience. I initially came in because my phone wasnt working and did not know it was not going to be repairable. Victor was the employee of the day for me. I was waiting on the iPhone 8+ and did not want to purchase a new phone he reminded me that I had an old phone in a drawer at home. I was so stressed I could not think but Victor was my saviour for that day. He patiently helped me transfer my information my twice and order my new device. This type of customer service is one of a kind and the atmosphere when you walk into this location is genuinely enlightening. Thank you guys!
Employees were very helpful, personable, engaging and informative. I came in with a water damaged (more like destroyed) phone. I was expecting the worst and to pay a lot. They were able to restore 4 years of what I thought were lost photos and contacts, restore my contacts, and get my new phone set-up and provided me with information that allowed me to not pay that much money either!

I was in the store to upgrade my phone...After going to multiple different stores, I chose this Kessler Blvd. location. Clark, the manager, did a fantastic job. Not only was he able to answer all my questions, but he went the extra mile to physically show me the differences between the couple/few phones I had interest in. He broke down all the numbers for me, and acually listened to the wants and needs I had, in regards to the main purposes I was using my phone for...Which lead me to feel 100% comfortable with the purchase I made that day....This location has always been able to answer my questions, furthermore, Clark sold me on this being the Verizon store location I will return to from here on out.
Bad place bad customer service, the person in the shop is rude and sloppy in dealing, I am not thinking of going back to this place, but to be honest, the girl who works there is smiling and friendly and provides excellent customer assistance.

Jesse, and Oliver are absolutely amazing! I walked in bummed out about a phone that I had for years that stopped working and very little hope of getting anything working out. Oliver didnt want to hear any of the negative and got to work. Jesse came in heard the story and jumped right in, he even knew what phone I would love! They made it sooo easy and went above and beyond to make sure not only myself but several guest that had visited during my visit were more than pleased!! I will always make sure this is my store to visit for all of my cell phone needs!! I havent had service like this in so long it was very refreshing and very appreciated!!!
They do not even deserve one star. Very rude especially Victor. I walked into that store extremely chipper and left outraged bu the disrespect and lack of professionalism. They are not a corporate ran location. But I will make sure any and everyone that is in a higher position knows that this is the very worst experience I have ever had in any store ever!!
Employees were unable to explain basic features of plan and phone pricing. Employee told me I had to sign up for a monthly payment (instead of paying the retail price for a phone), to avoid me committing fraud. What sense does that make?

I had the privilege of spending close to 4 1/2 hours in the store yesterday it was far and away one my most memorable customer experiences. Not just as my cellular provider but the entire enduser perspective in the customer service relationship. I found the entire staff very knowledgeable polite they interacted with you while taking care of other customers and they were indeed very busy at that time. I did not have an easy problem to handle and I was prepared That it might take a little while.Dante Jasmine and Victor were all simultaneously working on customers with the line of three customers deep when I got there. I work for a cloud MSP and we have a thing we called a “wow experience” and I just sat and observed and was thoroughly impressed and I wondered if they would maintain that same level of professionalism when it became my time as more people continued to come in. Service, smiles and positivity was the vibe while working straight through lunch and it became obvious that I was still going to need to wait..I stepped aside so they can service someone else.While they continued working I stepped out and bought them lunch. Very rarely have I ever have the desire or inclination to buy three complete strangers in the customer service industry a meal without any thought about it but I was just wholly impressed with the professionalism positive attitudes and the way they work together in the way all three “owned” the customer experience in the store. Accolades to all of you! To Jesse keep up the good work know I didn’t meet you but it seems you have an eye for talent and I’ll definitely be back and most certainly recommend this store above just about any that I have been to regardless of carrier. In the days of these services ( cellular & smartphones) are rapidly commoditized, and customer service is that intangible assets that sets you aside from the rest of the market. A simple five stars just is not enough, for those of us that work in NPS measured merit system. “I WAY TO OWN IT “ ...I was “WOW’D” in the customer experience!
