I love the service at Sullivan’s. I came rushing in looking for a variety of pumpkins for an event and left quickly with a trunk load full. Chris was so helpful transporting them and the nice lady in the garden center gave me a discount on the largest pumpkins. I was impressed with their attentiveness and interactions between team members. Thank you so much. I’ll be back!

I have had several positive experiences here. The Christmas event they have is a great family outing for kids. The private event space was perfect for my Bridal shower. Recently we went to the Green Egg Grill event. This was fantastic and we will be going again. They only carry high quality products as well.

Could become 4 depends on work being process. First went on 5he lady had a little attitude however later present a better as attitude and CV gentlemen on back was awesome as well as Mr Mark.

We brought our 3 year old for their Halloween train. I haven’t experienced customer service and friendliness like this in quite awhile. The staff made the experience. Highly recommend.

Bought a wood pellet grill. Had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I picked the grill up the following day and they had my order completely together and ready to load. I walked in the establishment and I was recognized and greeted right away. They loaded the grill and accessories into my vehicle with no help needed from me. They surly go the extra mile. Would highly recommend this business.

I went to the Keystone store to look for a new patio furniture set. Andrew greeted me right away and was able to find what I was looking for, along with some floor models with the colors I wanted to see. The delivery time was quick and the guys were very polite and answered a few questions that I had. What really blew me away was the service I received after I realized I had an issue that had nothing to do with any mistake or defect with the product. I spoke with Lauren and she was able to help fix the issue for me, and got a product switched out within 2 days of me calling. This was the first time I had ever been to Sullivan and they now have a new loyal customer.

Price is fair on most items. On some case it is a little above general price.A lots of items and choice in the type of it but often limited to one or two brands. Not bad at all.Staff is nice and knowledgeable.Update: One star down because of the lack of consideration to their customers. Part of the staff is not wearing their masks, making the shopping experience extremely stressful. No enforcement for patrons who walk inside without any face coverings. Where is your sense of responsibility?

Dont let their name mislead you! Sullivans has extensive gift lines, a complete garden center, tons of houseplants, AND hardware. In December, its a holiday destination as four trains take families to visit The North Pole. Get tix in advance because they sell out.

Sullivan’s customer service is some of the best around!!Purchased a Traeger from Sullivan’s in the spring of 2021. Had a major issue with the smoker that Traeger refused to correct. Sullivan’s made it right and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected. If your in the market for any grilling or smoking items please give these folks a strong look. You won’t regret buying from them.

My favorite place to shop for gardening supplies! Sullivan’s has the best selection of florals/plants in the entire city. They have multiple little shops throughout their property, as well as a grill for dining on location. It’s a great spot for a weekend outing!

You might need a mask to filter the V.O.C. count. Worst air quality of any store. The lawn chemicals outgas inside the building. I could not stay for even 30 seconds. Sickening. If covid gave you anosmia you might never know.

If you are into beautifying your garden or yard this is the place.

I got my plants from this store and they look amazing in my cubicle space. The garden center personnel helped me select the best plants for my space, and gave me advice for their watering and when to add soil for longevity! This is the first place I’ve ever seen mini orchids available for purchase and they even had Girl Scout cookies in the store!! This is by far my favorites place to get plants! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great variety in plants and the price point was far! Check them out!!

Was checking to see what plants are coming in, and so far a nice selection. Have a nice selection of faux flowers. Never thought of them for such but I may just shop here for the fixings for my door wreaths. Employees all very helpful.

Good inventory and clean store. Spent several hundred there this month. Each time they asked if I was a rewards member and told them no, they never explained the benefits or offered to sign me up.

I purchased a Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 on April 9th, 2021, Ryan and Joe Sullivan, after speaking with Ryan about the grill over several visits. The stars aligned in just the right way from the get-go and many things went wrong. The stores inventory showed that they had several of my model grill in stock, as I arrived at the warehouse I was called with an update, they couldnt find any of my model in stock. I went back to the store and was told that they would order one and have an update that coming Monday. The update I was given after they ordered my grill is that it would arrive in two weeks, I waited nearly three weeks before checking on the status. When I did, we found out that that my model had become back ordered by Napoleon until late July, 2021. While I was thinking about what to do, Joe Sullivan offered me the next model higher since they had several models in-stock and for any inconvenience. The only catch was the warehouse is normally closed on the weekends. I asked if there was anyway that an employee would be able to open the warehouse for a pick-up on this visit, honestly expecting to be told no. Joe went out of his way and personally drove to the warehouse to open it up, get the grill, then helped me load it into my truck. We then went back to the store to exchange my 500 grill cover for the larger model one.Joe Sullivan and Ryan of Sullivan Hardware & Garden, you both rock for such amazing service and making a bad situation worth all the trouble. Thank you both so much, I am greatful!

Five stars is not enough to do this place justice! I am a frequent big box hardware store shopper, because of convenience, but always come back here during the holidays for the Santa Express. I’m always in awe of the beautiful holiday decor for sale- it sucks me in. Thankfully the hardware side is equally as impressive, because it keeps my dad, husband and son very busy while I get lost perusing the gorgeous holiday displays! Once again- you guys nailed it this year!

My family and I went to see the holiday decorations and enjoy the train ride recently. The setup that they had was fantastic. My four year old daughter was in awe of the scenery and of course it ended with a stop to meet Santa Claus who of course didn’t disappoint.Anyone who is still wanting their little one to experience Christmas should consider going there. They take extra precautions by diligently cleaning everything and every family gets their own closed off cart to ride in.

We were surprised and disappointed that with a facility so large and spread out that there wasnt a courtesy wheelchair. In the world of disability, many can walk a little but are not able-bodied. It was a completely deflating experience for my husband and painful for both of us.

Their holiday displays are beautiful! They even have a train for children to ride!

Cool hardware store with an old world feeling. Seems small when you walk in until you realize the expansive greenhouse area with a cafe and a huge selection of outdoor cooking gear. I go for the big green egg stuff.

Wow this place is really cool! Tons and tons of Christmas trees and other nifty things. Better bring your wallet and maybe grandmas will inheritance some of the items can be pretty pricey.

We had never been there and Sullivans was a great experience. The employees were excellent.

I really dont know the specifics of this hardware store. The only thing I can speak of for certain is that this is a Hardware store that cuts glass for windows. It used to be this and the Ace Hardware on 38th and Illinois. But Ace Hardware closed because of Covid-19. So now Sullivan Hardware is one of the only places around that cuts glass for windows. Now in regards to that, unless you get your measurements wrong, they cut glass to perfection. From my own experience.

The restaurant inside had a Mediterranean Salad that I ordered with chicken that was by far the most outstanding salad I have ever had anywhere -- bar none.

Wow! Go just to look. Much more than hardware, wonderful landscaping plants, building just for succulents, seeds...Stihl chain saws, many unique gifts,mums of many colors were in for 6.00...large size.probably hardware too. :)boutique hardware store...must see to appreciate.

I was surprised to see divisive right wing radio programming hosted from this location. Later learned that owner hosts weekly show on this local provider of rhetoric at odds with the values of our community. I normally like to support local businesses, but I havent been back since witnessing DJs in store putting down my personal values. While I appreciate fundraising efforts, I dont appreciate the divisive rhetoric supported by this business.See 93.1 WIBC Radiothon, Chicks on the Right, Rush Limbaugh, etc.

Sullivan’s at 49th and Penn was very disappointing. Long time customer. The young man helping me and my wife was very rude. Told my wife not to treat him like a 12 year old The manager apologized for him. Too many inexperienced students who are not supervised well.

Oh man do these guys do it right. As I sit here writing this review, all I can think about was the experience I had going through Sullivan’s Hardware. Let me tell you these guys do it right. It’s not just hardware it’s so much more! From the onset, I was approached at the store as soon as I walked through the door with the most friendly young man I’ve ever met (Joey might have been his name, the man with the really nice beard, I’ll just call Joey). I came to buy some flowers for my partner and Joey really knew his greenery. I thought there were only a few options but boy was I wrong. He went out of his way on his hands and knees to crawl to the back of the bushel to give me the most beautiful plant that complimented the flowers we chose earlier. You could tell he cared about his work and making sure I was happy. Haven’t had quite an experience like that with someone who was so passionate at what they did. We actually exchanged numbers and he said he would send me any new items and greenery that came in. If I could give this place 10 stars I would and If I could give Joey 20 stars I would. Thank you Sullivan’s Hardware!

Love this place around Christmas time. Our family has done the Sullivans express train rides for the past 5 years and they never stop im o redding us with their hard work and family values. Truly a wonderful family owned establishment.

The people at Sullivans always go out of their way to be helpful. Many of them are quite knowledgeable. I always go to Sullivans for unusual Pats needs as well. You can buy individual bolts, screws, etc. Instead of having to get 10 or more the way you do at big box stores. They also have an incredible selection of grills, smokers and other outdoor furniture and items.

It was a different experience from other garden centers and hardware stores. It seemed confusing like the store didnt know if it wanted to be one or the other.Not a whole lot of nursery stock to choose from. The tropical houseplant building was adorable!

This place is awesome! Its a really great place to get plants and Christmas trees. They have a guarantee on their plants for up to a year if you keep your receipt. Theres also a bar & grill where they run events and cooking classes, but on normal days, you can just grab a beer and carry it around the store. In the winter, theres a little train that kids can ride around the Christmas tree area. Its just generally a fun and cool hardware store.

We went for the Santa Claus train ride and to see him too!! Our 15 month old grandson really enjoyed himself and Sullivans was well organized for the event!

I was disappointed with the manager who didn’t stand behind the sale we were told they had. We drove all the way down there to find out there wasn’t a sale and she didn’t honor it. In fact, she didn’t seem to care. We were also told to ask the cashier about the details for tree planting and she said they don’t plant. She seemed a little bothered by our question. I’ve never been in a store that seemed so disorganized. We left the store in disbelief.

Great place, good selection of plants for the season (the whole reason I was even there today lol) and good people who give back to the community!
