It’s one of the best places in Indy they workers there are really friendly. I went there yesterday and it was like 45 minutes for me to choose some hookah mixes and they were so cool and got me the right flavors that I was looking for. I will definitely recommend that location for sure. And I been there before and there was different workers and they were cool too so that’s why I’m saying it’s they best place because all the workers are friendly and like to help there customers. He not only knew what I was needing but went above and beyond because I even was able to get more for my purchase with quality pens and carts that actually work and make me feel amazing, overall BEST SMOKE SHOP in INDY cause they are people just like you and me and I’m usually nervous and skeptical when I go into shops like these but this location has earned my loyalty and honestly my friendship. Ive shopped here since the store opened and today I had an incident that has affirmed for me why everyone should be loyal customers here. I bought a piece and as I was in the process of opening it I heard the glass clink, and sure enough when I finished unwrapping the piece it had broken. The owner stepped in and showed a deep respect for customer loyalty by replacing the piece at a minimal cost within an hour of this happening. I really cant thank him properly!! Best service in town.

I walked into this hookah spot a few days ago and ran into “JD” or maybe it was “KD” (it’s been days so that might not be the correct initials). He was soooooo helpful! Not only did he welcome me as a new customer, he gave me a full tutorial on how to use my new hookah! He hooked me up with the full package!Then when I got home and still forgot how to work it - I was able to call the shop, speak to him, and again he walked me through it!I did not expect such kindness or helpfulness and I’m so happy it’s what I received! I love my purchases and at this point “Indy Smoke Time” is my #1 hookah spot!

Do not buy vapes here. Bought two Puffs and tried to verified on website. They were counterfeits!! One didn’t even smoke. When I returned to show them they are selling counterfeits they refused to give me refund. Stay away from these frauds!

This smoke shop sells FAKE puffbars and disposables!! Not only once but multiple times. Make sure to VERIFY your disposable devices by scratching the code off on the back and checking on the website. They approximately get each fraud disposable for $1.50.....

The unit was clearly overpriced even at the discount and was not what was I was hoping for, and now Im out over $200.Let sales come more naturally, dont try to force them to happen. Youre not a used car lot. If your products are good and at a reasonable price they will sell themselves. I wont be stopping back, enjoy the one and only big ticket sale. Ill use the internet to buy what I really what instead of giving brick and motor stores a chance, because 90% of the time I feel like I got scammed. I can order half of the same exact stuff from China for under 10 bucks if Im really that desperate.

Smoke Time is the best head shop in the Broad Ripple/Indy area by a long shot. Every smoking piece and accessory I own has come form Smoke time. Ive visited almost all the others around, and there is no comparison. Johnny and Maxx always cut the best deals, and theyre always fun to do business with. On top of that, theyll be able to answer any questions you have about products; theyre the most knowledgeable and experienced in the market.

I just purchased a product from this store earlier today and the first time that I used it, I broke... so I decided that I would go back in and to see if there was anything that they would be able to do. Well they went out of there way to replace the product for me, free of charge! I do not know the name of the guy, he had long sandy hair, but he was cool af about the whole situation! It wasnt exactly a cheap item either! I would highly recommend these guys! They are the best at what they do and are a great business!

Indy Smoke Time is the only shop I keep going back to. I almost always see Maxx when I go in but on the occasions that he’s not there when I go in, it’s almost like a different store. Maxx goes out of his way to build relationships with regulars and has always been fantastic at answering just about any and every question I and the people I’ve brought in have asked him. While I don’t mean to be rude, sometimes it feels like some of the others who work there just aren’t as good at what they do, a little standoffish and either incapable or unwilling to answer some of the questions that I or the people I bring with me have had regarding some of their products that we’re interested in or have already purchased. I do like the store, the products, the variety, the atmosphere, but Maxx is why I and many others keep coming back. Thanks for always making my experience a good one :)

Possibly the worst customer & product service ever! majority of the 5 star posts are all fake, as thestore owner tried to bribe me with $10 glass piece If I wrote a positive review, I told him Id simplygive my honest opinion, so here goes, Yes they are cheap, only because most of what they sell arecheap knockoffs, that fall apart soon after you walk out the store. Dont waste your money here.

Good but BEWARE! I bought an ash catcher SUNDAY 1/12/14 it broke THE NEXT DAY while I was clipping it on! I didnt even get to use it! & they wouldnt even exchange it for me, bullshit. Cheaply made glass. I wasted 50 bucks. Wont be returning.
