Really awesome place with old-school and new-school video games music CDs movies and if they dont have it they have the possibility of ordering whatever you may need! Highly recommended this place also most importantly you build reward points to save money! And they have a lot of novelty items this was the lunch box that I purchased couple weeks ago

Always find the music or film that I am looking for. They will do their best to transfer it in from another one of their stores or order it if it is not on the shelf. I highly recommend them.

So when Im looking for an item, I want it in the best possible condition. The staff understands and respects that and will take their time helping find you the best possible condition item they have. The store is amazing well displayed with a vast collection of cds DVD vinyls cames and collectibles of a seriously diverse nature. and the price was like almost a steal. definitely worth taking a look you never know what you might find.

The East Side has needed a place with as good of quality that the Exchange can offer. And, if they dont have something currently in stock, they will reach out to sister stores to get it to you for no extra charge! For cinenophiles and audiophiles!

Great shop with a huge selection of various media (CDs, video games, vinyl records, speakers, etc) all in very good condition. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and willing to ship items between their stores for things they may not have in stock at a specific store. I love stopping in here to check out the music and game selection. Highly highly recommended!

Purchased a video game here that didn’t work. Because the cashier neglected to give me a receipt they refused to exchange or give me a refund even though there is a receipt that I signed (I paid with card) and the game has a Exchange created inventory tag with bar code that would reference the sale on the case that was scanned when bought the game. DON’T EVER SHOP AT THE EXCHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new location is SO much better. Larger space so everything is more open and not as claustrophobic. The Funko is spread out and nice collection to choose from. You should stop in if you havent already. New shipments on Wednesdays.

I LOVE how this place is laid out, its extremely well organized. They also had an amazing selection, better than Disc Replay by far. This is my new favorite used/retro game store, and their movie selection was good too.

The Exchange is often listed as a video game store, which is fine -- they do have a vast selection of used games...knock yourself out if thats your thing.However, for those who find that streaming services for movies are not giving you a wide enough selection, or if theres a movie you want to own (in case your favorites go out of streaming rotation), then get in here and look around! The array of used DVDs and Blu-Ray discs will have your jaw dragging the tile floor.Im generally inexhaustible when it comes to browsing movie titles, but even I couldnt look at everything The Exchange has to offer. And I didnt even make it to the CDs, vinyl or the pop culture collectibles. Just...wow.So, many return trips are needed to see everything. And Im more than OK with that!

One of if not the best game store in indy. They have everything. Modern, all the way to the originals. They also have a sizable movie, and record collection to browse. Would definitely recommend this place for all your retro gaming needs.

Had.I bought it for the wife.Shes happy.Im the man.

Every exchange is essentially the same place. They have a great selection among a variety of media types. Where they differ most from Disc Replay is that they keep their inventory in order by locking it up, and carry more rare movies than you can typically find at DR. One negative, if you can call it that, is that the Exchange doesnt have seasonal blow out sales, at least Ive yet to see one.

I went in yesterday to trade in some old CDs and movies, and was surprised at the great selection the store has. Games for pretty much any console, tons of movies on both DVD and Blu-Ray, plus a solid horror section, vinyl, CDs, and more. The two best parts were the friendly, helpful staff and the great trade-in value I received.

I absolutely love coming here to find old school games. This store Is a gamers paradise.
