I made a purchase a week ago and the order was never processed. The only reason DBISP even knew about the order was because I called to check on the status. Jasmine Miller in customer service was rude and when I asked to speak to the PM or supervisor she said have a nice day and hung up on me. I will not be ordering from DBISP again.
