I had a screen problem with my laptop back in the summer. My dad has a business near the computer guys old location so Gary came in to pick my laptop up. After a week, he called me and said that he got wrong parts so I need to wait another week. So I waited then called him to get updates. Since then, I have not received any replies, calls, or updates from Gary. I even contacted him via his personal number. Still, after almost 6 months, I didnt get my laptop back. I see that he is very active on Facebook and even updated the store hours yesterday. I hope he will see this review so I can finally get my laptop back.

Gary does excellent work. I was having slow down issues with my computer causing my disk drive to be 100% utilized for several minutes at every start up. Gary picked up the system, installed an SSD, migrated the system files and brought it back to me both on time and on budget. Now my computer is ready to go within seconds and is no longer at 100% utilization. I will be working with Gary on all future computer needs and I recommend you do too.

Gary, the computer guy, has helped me with a variety of IT issues from large to small and including my personal and professional computers. There is no project to large for him to handle and he is always is able to find workable solutions. Gary, you and team are wonderful!

I havent used the Computer Guy because I live in Hot Georger but I did use his services before he opened his business in Indy. He is the MOST knowledgeable person I know. I would trust Gary Smith, JR. over any other person I know. I know his business is a reflection of him and whatever negative comments people say, just isnt true. If I ever need a pro, I will ship my computer to him.

Took a laptop and a desktop in on Thursday AM and had them both back by Saturday AMSpeedy service, reasonable pricing, and very easy and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend The Computer Guy for any computer issues you may have.

This company not only is great at computer repair and software, they are embedded in the community. TCG puts on several events for the community every year. I was a Store Manager for TCG during the infant phase of the company and I will be honest and say that that we spent some time in the red because we always made sure our customers were taken care of instead of doing things the cheap way or taking short cuts.
