Been shopping here for years. All I can say is I can not believe Staples let Nikki (?Nicci) and Brandon quit. 2 best employees that keep this place with 5 star rating. They really where the best and I was shocked to find out they left for better paying jobs. Should have offered them a raise. Employees like the 2 of them are very hard find.

Yes they have a pre TSA center in there it went well.

This was my second time going to this location over the last several months to get some small postcards made up for my small business. The first time was great, the young man who waited on me was ABSOLUTELY terrific to work with.... very friendly, helpful and patient.I just went yesterday hoping to get some postcards done (the same postcards I had done previously) before this coming weekend and had a terrible experience with one of the women who was working during the evening. My boyfriend and I werent greeted with any sort of kindness, and seemed to be very annoyed by us being there. She was rude the entire experience and didnt give me the print I wanted. I paid for a partial job which she claims I gave to her wrong, but in reality I gave the exact same file to the printer previously before. And even have it on file.. what a waste of money and a big disappointment. When I tried to figure out what my alternate options may be, she gave me one worded answers and clearly didnt care to work with me. I guess that was my last attempt to have them done at this Stapless store.

I went in for one item, exhibit tabs for a hearing. Not only did they not have 1-25 tabs -- but plenty of 26-50 -- but inventory said they had 14 in stock and that they could not order them for me on line.I did have to do a work around, and I must say staff person really tried to help. Just kind of bizarre. Could have used Amazon, but I thought this would be faster. Huh!Its local and usually convenient.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!Thank you Chris for going above and beyond expectations after learning of an inventory inaccuracy.I drove through traffic past 3 other Staples locations for one of the last models of what I was buying. My wife made a call this morning to confirm in stock status but when I arrived the inventory didnt match their database.Chris didnt hesitate to make things right by offering a slightly higher model for the same price and he did so in his own account before hearing of my long trek to get here today.He could have easily said sorry, see you later, which is what consumers seem to receive more often than not these days but he went above status quo and took care of this consumer who he didnt know from Adam.Thank Chris!

Plenty of office supplies, computers, printers, and the like. Theyll print whatever you like from online storage, a thumb drive, or even email into just about anything youd like, say a brochure, sign, just a page, almost anything. Also, this is one of the few places where you can actually handle an Amazon tablet before you buy. Thats pretty great if youre in the market for a tablet.

Very helpful. Needed supplies as the store was about to be closed. The store manager? went around with me and we checked off my list walking around the store. Wish I could take this gentleman with me all the time! He was great and a great example for this Staples store.

Excellent service here. I ordered some business cards online and quickly heard a reply from Keyanna, letting me know they were out of stock in that type of paper but she could send the order to another location near me. She gave me other options as well and was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Finally! After years of having not been there, someone finally managing the place! The store was fully stocked and I was amazed at how much someone took the time to care about Staples! I will actually go back and shop there again!

Went here to purchase an office chair and the employees were very helpful. One of them even carried the box out to my car. Highly recommend this location.

I alway get great service at this location. It is a nice, clean well organized store. One of the sales associates, Josh is awesome. He is super knowledgeable about all of the product that they carry and is always ready to help.

I visit that place a couple of weeks ago.there was a big ladder Blocking what I was looking at... couldnt find no workers nowhere in sight.. try to move the ladder and got hurt.. Went to the hospital Because I was unable to put a shoe on my foot..and to make sure it was OK..and i called them to get some help with the bill..Talk to the upper management they did not care absolutely no compassion I got hurt at their store..no nothing they are horrible please dont get hurt they dont care.. The woman Raised her voice at me and she said I was to blame.. and than hung up on me.. Ive never been treated anything like this in my life..

At this point, I only shop here if I have to. Always very limited selections at a crazy high price. Today I had the misfortune of needing Register printing paper. I paid $27.99 for 4 rolls. I usually pay $61.99 for a case of 50.

I love the way I was treated when I came there they help me make my decision I could not done it without them the employees is very nice and I will be back recommend Staples to everybody and all my friends thanks for everything🐣

If youre coming here for TSA Precheck heres some tips to know.1. They DO NOT book appointments here. You can do it on the universalenroll.dhs.gov website and pick this location.2. Make sure you have everything with you, such as a passport or an ID and birth certificate.3. Making an appointment will help you get in and out faster than doing a walk in. Wait time on average is no more than 10-20mins for Walk-ins4. They only do TSA Precheck and passport photos herh. Nothing else. Passport photos do not require an appointment.5. They are open from 10am to 5pm currently. They break for an hour lunch at 12pm then reopen at 1pm.

Staples always have what I intended to buy there and I have not had any issues with my purchases.

Can the next concept that millennials kill be Staples? They dont even have the most basic of office needs. No single wall pockets, only designer styles of 3 or more. No double tipped sharpies sold in singles or without red and blue in the packs. No one around to answer questions. Amazon it is!

I’ve tried booking an appointment, doing a walk-in, and even calling the TSA Pre-Check and it’s like pulling teeth to get help. The line rang so long while waiting to be answered that I was routed back to customer service. I made it once between appointments to complete the walk-in, the rep not only said she had 15 mins until her next appointment, but was also unwilling to take me as a walk-in in that time. Very frustrating. If walk-ins are not optional why offer?

It was a good shopping trip. I found what I was looking for.

Called them and asked if they had a copy center, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Called back, do you have a copy center same guy said let me connect you with our copy center. few more minutes hold and they person at the copy center didnt know what a jump drive was. I should have read the reviews before even trying to call this place. wont be going to this one.
