Outstanding, in every way! I recently selected them to teach me how to scuba dive and I’m positive they were the best choice possible! To start with they had a great sales floor and knowledgeable staff who helped teach me what I need as well as told me the pros and cons of each brand while offering a NO PRESSURE sales tactic.Second, the instructors were great at teaching the fundamentals of scuba. They not only made the class time fun but made the scientific aspects of scuba easy to understand for anyone.Third, they were extremely patient, and I mean their patience was at a level that left me overly impressed. I have had a fear of water my whole life, and only two years ago was I able to put my head under water. In the last 2 years I still got anxious about it, but I can fight through that anxiety better now. So that brings me to our pool time, there were quite a few occasions that my anxiety got the better of me but they were there encouraging me every step of the way. And worked with me to overcome my fear and helped to build my confidence at each obstacle. Their patience and their dedication helped me to build confidence that I can do this and I was able to learn each new skill and overcome my self doubt. I mean how can you truly rate a company with those kind of skills?So, There truly are no words to describe how truly I am impressed with Divers Supply Indy. I mean how can I only give them 5 stars? When they deserve so much more, as they are so EXTRAORDINARY!!!Would I refer them to anyone? Yes, without a doubt. I cannot imagine there is a better team than those you will find a Divers Supply Indy.

Best landlocked dive store Ive ever seen! Jimmy was helpful but his staff were OUTSTANDING. The museum was incredible and so was Carl. Finally the little tec diver stole heart and found me a wetsuit that fit. Thnx guys !

Diver’s Supply Indy is a great shop. It has a large selection of high quality dive gear and dive wear. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dive classes are available through the shop. The shop also has an active Dive Club that organizes local dive trips and tropical dive vacations. If you’ve ever dreamed about being able to breathe underwater and swim with the fishes, stop in and check out all the dive opportunities the shop has to offer. I’ve been happy with the customer service and number of dive connections that have manifested through visiting the shop and joining the Indy Dive Club.

Wanted to enter the world of Scuba, and they have done an amazing job! Got me fitted for all my gear, and are extremely helpful. Took the Try Scuba course, and walked away with a great experience and LOTS of good information. Looking forward to continuing my training with them.

I have had a relationship with Divers Supply Indy for at least 8 years now. I took my PADI open water, advanced open water, and deep water certification with them. Their equipment prices are very competitive and their knowledge of products is top notch. They even loaned me a brand new regulator because mine was being serviced and wasnt ready!! They stand behind all of their products!!

Dont drive to the old location like I did. The new shop at Washington St and 465 is awesome. Theyre now in the old Don Pablos building, with plenty of room for growth.

Received my open water diver certification (PADI) through them. Every part of my experience was good. The people are just genuine, and they love what they do. I wish I had more time to get back with them. They plan outings through the year and really try to get you in the water if that is your wish. I 100% recommend if you are thinking about getting certified, and looking for people to help get you on the path.

Divers Supply has treated me very well. They have great staff who got me fixed up with the right gear. Plus, theyve been very generous about letting me try out gear to get the right stuff. Divers Supply Indy (DSI) has been my go to dive shop in Indianapolis going on 4 years. I have continued my training with them and am now going for my Assistant Instructor certification. I have continued to support DSI because they have the best Dive Instructors, most courteous and professional Staff members, and best equipped dive store in Central Indiana. If you are interested in diving, DSI is the dive shop to begin your dive adventure at.

All staff were so helpful and paitient. Myself and daughter were getting ready for our first dive as certified divers so needed to make sure we had all the right equipment. Really appreciate all of their help and helpful tips.

Great dive shop! I got my open water certification with them and they prepared me very well for my novice ocean dives. Ive also used their repair shop. Timely delivery on inspected and repaired equipment. They are very knowledgeable and have a wide variety of equipment as well.

Divers Supply! Indy in my opinion is the best dive shop in the Midwest with a knowledgeable staff that serves their customers needs completely without High pressure sales tactics. My wife and I used Divers supply to get our basic certification before our fiji honeymoon and we had a really great experience. Fred was an awesome instructor with obviously deep experience and knowledge. Gave us both the bug for diving by teaching the basics very thoroughly without skipping steps. Tidal breathing excercises were especially enlightening and enjoyable.

We learned how to scuba dive with Divers Supply Indy in 2008. The PADI professionals who taught us and did our dives with us were fantastic. Great dive shop! They have regular diving trips for class instruction and certified divers can go along. Certain instructors can teach various specialties and some technical diving.

With the discount I would say you cant buy any cheaper online and they had everything we needed in stock, ready to go. Great customer service attitude. Overall very happy! They can get excitable, but honestly this is a sign that someone truly enjoys what they do.If you want information on what you are getting into, come here and talk to the club leaders and shop staff. They can explain away just about any piece of equipment and help you decide what fits best with you.They have nice starter equipment bundles with solid products. Remember that you get what you pay for. The most basic equipment will be perfectly suitable for most needs but upgrading can give you more bells and whistles to your equipment.Large variety of equipment and a really neat display of old-timey equipment that has soon quite a few years. Even if you think SCUBA is not for you, it is worth stopping by and taking a walk around the store.
