I was very impressed with the service I received from Jesus Flores at this store. I purchased an upgraded phone and changed managed services and he accomplished the task quickly and correctly.When I saw that one of my apps didnt transfer over correctly, he quickly found a fix for the problem.I highly recommend the staff at this atore, but especially Jesus Flores.

5G doesnt work right and no resolution of problems by reps. Was a Sprint customer and was misled by contract and monthly payment amount. Called help line and they sent us back to the store. Staff was friendly, but friendly does not resolve problems with reception or bills!

Jesus was PHENOMENAL! He did everything to make sure I was satisfied and every issue or concern I had was rectified. He went above and beyond and I SO appreciated him and his excellent customer service! You definitely should ask for him if you have to go into the store. I will also add that all of the staff that was working on this day were extremely friendly and gave great customer service as well!

I had to get a new phone and I was there for 3hrs😂 I’m so pleased however with the fabulous service I received! I had to have everything switched from my old phone to the new one and it took some time. Taylor and Ty’Ris were absolutely the sweetest! Both of these gentlemen worked together to make sure I experienced terrific service! They were also knowledgeable and professional! I also loved the music in the store it was cool! I think I even had fun 😂

Christopher is a great sales rep, he’s very professional and knows what he’s doing. Every single time I go into the store with a phone issue or anything that has to do with my service, I ask for Chris because he’s very trustworthy and gets the job done effectively. He is definitely the best worker any company could have and T-Mobile is lucky to have him as part of the team.

Today I came in to T-Mobile with an issue that ot has been driving me crazy for over a month. No one was able to help or assist but when I walked in and the awesome T-Mobile I meet THE FAMOUS Ab who was able to assist me and took his time and it was extremely patient with my undayring need, and because of that that was extreme customer and he was dmitted on not giving up and he make sure he satisfied my needs. I believe he deserves a raise or some type of compensation for not giving up.

Jesus was super help when I came in and explain what happen to my phone. He work with me from start to finish and was up front with what I had to pay to get my replacement phone. Jesus also pulled up my account and notice there was things on my account that I should not be paying for and services that I have had for the past 4years that I did not know I had. He is a great employee and I will be back.

Service was horrible and they are very slow. They dont you that you have to sign in. They will have you stand or sit and wait without knowing you have to sign in. They shut down at one point because a staff member had COVID. Thought this location would be good but its not. Its horrible. I tried giving them another chance but I rather go to another T-Mobile store for better customer service. This location on 88th and Michigan Rd should just close. They are slower than a turtle and molasses put together!

When I went to go get my phone fixed, there was an employee named Christopher Silvestre who was such a big help. He was such a sweet man. He gave me a lot of options and good deals to choose from. He also helped me set up my phone fast.

I worked with an individual named Christopher S who answered all questions and was knowledgeable in what was asked. During quiet times, he joked around to make sure we were engaged with the rest of the store being busy which was refreshing and even wrote down tech support instructions for the wife who isnt as knowledgeable. Also gave us rates on what any add-ons or extra peripherals so we know exactly what to pay come our upgrade next weekend. Highly advise going to this store and even working with this agent.

45 min wait just to get a screen protector with my insurance on a Sunday afternoon.... Ridiculous

It was great. Tyris helped me a lot. I went in there because I could only talk on speakerphone. The Tmobile on Lafayette Rd couldnt fix my phone sad but true, so I had to go to 86th and Michigan Rd to have my phone looked at then fixed it only took about 2 mins. Friendly, nice, helpful.

Every one was nice at this location but in particular Chris was very welcoming and patient. I was sort of frustrated upon arrival (unrelated to tmobile) but ended up leaving on a better mood. His sense of humor and motivation to get his job done should not go unnoticed.

If anyone ever comes to this store i HIGHLY recommend Christopher Silvestre. He’s very sweet and gets the job done, he knows exactly what you want. He is very trustworthy and gave me various of deals to look at.

Retail is a hard business and the folks who work in retail have a tough job, even in the best of circumstances, let alone a pandemic. Can wait times be longer than usual? Sure - it happens, especially when a customer visits during peak times. Does being rude help solve your issue any faster? No - it just makes the customer look like a toddler having a tantrum.In all seriousness, this particular T-Mobile location is one of the best in the city. The staff is helpful, professional, and goes out of their way to get customers into a product and plan that fits their needs. They deserve a bit of grace, not angry, misspelled reviews from someone having a baby tantrum.

Received one of the best experiences here from Ferney, he was patient and thoroughly explained any question I had about my purchase. He was also helpful in providing advice on how to get the best bang for my buck. Will surely keep on going to this store for any future needs my family and I would need for t-mobile

Read before you consider this store for your phone/repairs. Went into store to have phone repaired. Was quoted 2 hours to fix. Very reasonable so I left the phone and returned 4 hours later. Phone was done but I was told I would have to WAIT 45 minutes just TO PAY. Why? Apparently they cannot take cash and just hand me my phone

I have never had such a bad experience at a T-Mobile store at this manager named Nick is a manager at the store that doesnt know anything his employees are more well-known to the store and they have been there all the shorter time and he has I will never recommend anybody to the store I have been at the store for 2 days for over 6 hours in the last two days and still do not have my issues fixed thanks to this manager being a business with another employee sale

Went into “sprint” which is now T-Mobile and had a amazing experience. When sprint was sprint I couldn’t say I had as great a time. It was confusing. But manager Shaun made switching from Android to IPhone a breeze. I ended up keeping both phones. Very pleased!

Would not recommend. Gone downhill since switching to Tmobile. Clerk addressed me as boss which might be a title of respect in Latin culture but in the context of the conversation we were having it was offensive and disrespectful.

Shout out to Jesus T-Mobile Rep; we were the last customers for the evening yesterday and he didn’t rush us. He sprayed and wiped down the table and had us take a seat and helped us figure out what phone would work for our needs. I was impressed with his knowledge; he new what model of iphone we had just by looking at the color and back of the phone. He knew his merchandise and No the model of phones are not stamped on the back of the phone lol. Personally I always have to go in the settings to figure it out lol. Hey T-Mobile he is a keeper 🙂

This is the repair store, its corporate, and the staff was extra helpful. Zach went out of his way to check multiple solutions for my issue and make sure he could offer the one that was at the lowest cost to me, a new phone for $50, billable. He wasnt even helping customers, he was checking people in, but as noone was approaching the store he helped me and i was all sorted out in five minutes. This is the one you want. You arent going to be sent to a different location, they can do everything any other store can do, and more. Plus you do not want to deal with a franchise store. Ive tried that. Save yourself the hassle.

Worst store EVER! Managers are rude to customers and employees. Employees were hustling while a Manger just stood and watched while people waited. Sales staff is slow and tries to sneak in bundles of services that you told them you do not want. Complete unethical behavior.

Cant visit the shore need an appointment. Unfortunately cant get through calling the number. Lastly you cant set up an appointment online. So you pay for insurance for years, and when your phone breaks you cant take it in to get service. Hmmm!!!!
