Very bad experience here today. Scheduled a covid-19 test online this morning and received two emails from Walgreens confirming the appointment. Drove from Zionsville to the store location as it was the closest available test. Was told that they could not perform the test because they had no one to run the machine. While I am understanding of current staffing issues, if Walgreens has the ability to send an email confirming an appointment, they should be able to also send an email canceling so that folks dont waste an hour of road time

Worst, most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever visited. I loved this location until they switched pharmacists. My dentist called in two prescriptions for me yesterday at 2pm...I go to pick up at 5:30ish and they could not find it in the system smh...I call my dentist on the phone to confirm that he indeed sent it...and then the pharmacist refuses to speak with him over speakerphone on my phone, and asks him to call the store...of which they did not pick up! They end up finding it and claimed it was initially rejected by my insurance. I will never patronize this location ever again! All they were concerned with was closing at 6pm.

Would have given them no stars if possible…every month I put my refill order in a week before I run out and every month my script takes anywhere from 2 weeks to a full month! To fill that’s absurd they are very rude and never give you any information about why your script is delayed they just say sorry it will be done tomorrow but then tomorrow comes and they say the same thing again awful pharmacy do not go here unless you like running out of medication every monthUse the Meijer down the street they are a lot better

The associate Andrew was very rude with how he was talking to customers. When we walked to the cash registers near the door, he (with a rude tone in his voice) yelled that he is only taking customers at the photo booth. As we were leaving, he said a very rude remark about how we shouldnt get too excited about today, when we did nothing but buy something to ease my allergic reaction.Ive never had issues with Walgreens before, and maybe he was having a bad day, but he should learn to not take personal issues to work if he is having a bad day.

Pharmacy is terrible, take your prescriptions elsewhere if you want them filled in a timely manner. Even the auto refill system doesn’t help them get filled on time before you run out of medication.

This store needs new management or something! For months there has been a problem when its time for my family to pick up their meds. NOW theyre closing at 7pm?! I wont use this store again! And the employees in the pharmacy dept act like WE are the inconvenience!

On 04/03/2021 I went to the Walgreens drive-thru to pick up a prescription. I waited 30+ minutes stuck in my vehicle, blocked in the Walgreens drive-thru because the pharmacy employees were allowing customers to block the drive-thru while waiting for the results of their drive-up Covid test. Several customers, those that werent being held hostage in the line, simply left! When I complained about the wait the pharmacy employee hurled the word “Covid testing” as if poor planning and bad management was to be explained away with that single word, “COVID”!Although Walgreens used to utilize 2 drive-thru lanes, they reduced it to one lane a while ago and refuse to reinstate use of the 2nd lane. As a long time customer, I’ve seen a lot of poor decisions in the handling of the drive-thru... I’ve watched customers be provided groceries through the drive-thru, and people blocking the drive-thru while their prescription is filled, even if the pharmacy employee tells them it will take an hour because prescriptions are filled in the order received.What Walgreens needs to understand is that “customer service” applies to more than the car/customer in front of you... it means considering the customers who are in line, too! How about this simple management strategy... take down customer’s contact information, have them move to the parking lot, and call them when their stuff is ready?? It’s not rocket science, Walgreens!

I went to Walgreens to get a passport photo taken and printed. The elderly employee with red hair told me that they couldnt do passport photos tonight. When I looked at the website beforehand, it said nothing about getting to the Walgreens by any specific time.

Generally I get great service at walgreens pharmacy, however I stopped in on Friday 9/6/19, there were three people working. It took a while for them to acknowledge me at the drive up, then finally the woman pharmacist said will be right with you. I waited again for 5 to 8 minutes and nothing. I drove off. Had an appointment to get my car serviced. Now I am back again on Sunday 9/8/19 the same pharmacist was there she continued working then finally stated I’ll be right with you. I waited again and drove off because she did not come to the window in a reasonable amount of time. I watched the next person behind me they waited a shorter period of time and was eventually serviced. I love this walgreens but the service sucks from this particular pharmacist. Someone needs to train her on service.

If you have any pharmacy needs go to any other Walgreens.One of the pharmacists (old man) is so rude and chooses when he will accept a drop off....he won’t take a DROP OFF that doesn’t need to be filled that second....says he won’t argue about it or do his job because he’s off in 30minutes. The old lady and the old man on shift 5/12/18 5:20 pm est should be fired for not helping disabled people, treating returning customers like garbage, and flat out not doing their job. You’re not closed tiand if you don’t take drop offs say it/post it but don’t be an old crabby white trash loser that thinks they can call the shots. Everyone else at this Walgreens is so nice idk why the pharmacy is just the worst.

As of recently for the past few months or so, I have been dealing with issues from this location. They were on point but now its a hassle getting your prescription. I was waiting on the phone with three callers ahead of me. The wait was 50 mins just to get hung up on. My son and me had prescriptions sent over for a while now and still nothing. I believe they got a new pharmacist and hes definitely unprofessional. Including the remark he made to me, which was very inappropriate. Im not sure whats going on but something has to change. Its becoming ridiculous and before I never had any problems.
