We live in a relatively large apartment complex with the apartment #s prominently displayed on the buildings themselves. For instance if youre in apt 304, then youre in the building with the 300s range. Its not that complicated & just takes a little effort to find.So we were pretty perturbed when we didnt receive our first box of food after waiting the entire day it was supposed to be delivered on.No one called to try and find our place.The delivery driver apparently dropped it off at the first building they felt fit & didnt even attempt to contact and make sure it was correct.So we promptly ended our service. Would have loved to try them out but not interested in bad communication & lazy follow through on the delivery part.Luckily cancelling our subscription was easy. Maybe some day the delivery will get there too.

Overall I have had a great experience with Green Bean Delivery. My latest delivery that I had last week included some sweet corn. Ive ordered sweet corn before and it was absolutely delicious. This time it was not as good and hardly sweet at all. Hopefully just a one time fluke. But other than that we have had no problems and all our food has been very fresh and tasty.

I LOVE Green Bean Delivery! Our company used to have Green Bean Delivery drop off Produce boxes of fruit every other week. It was everyones favorite day when Green Bean showed up. I now have began ordering my produce and fresh eggs/meats through Green Bean to be delivered to my home. Convenience and knowing where the product comes from is very important to me. Their website is nicely set up and you can also pick your delivery day. If you ever have questions or concerns they have great customer service! We LOVE Green BEAN delivery!!! So convenient and affordable. We have been thrilled with all of our orders so far. The app is easy to use and so handy.If you are curious and wondering whether to try Green BEAN- do it!! There is no commitment and the produce is comparable in price to my usual grocery- plus its from local farmers (when possible)!We get a delivery every other week- I get produce, eggs, dry goods and occasionally meat products. Everything is packaged nicely in a cooler box (green, of course) with ice packs.

I love getting my weekly Green BEAN bin loaded with fresh veggies and fruit. Its easy, there are no hidden fees, and I get to pick what I want. On the few occasions when something had gone bad (and Ive been getting bins for a while, so its not as if this happens every week and it happens occasionally with fresh veggies/fruit no matter where theyre purchased), I emailed the staff and they credited my money on the next bin with no hassle and no fuss. I couldnt believe this was a thing!!! I noticed that Amazon Fresh wasnt available in my zip code, only to find this local company instead. As far as I can tell, they deliver each Tuesday, and their selection is absolutely phenomenal. I am sure to buy the widest selection of grains and veggies possible since stores in my area dont have that great of a selection, when it comes to that. And now, I get to eat as I should be for what I consider to be rather cheap. :)

The produce and meat selection is generally what I buy the most of and is all top quality stuff. I have been very pleased with all of my produce purchases except the peaches and the sugar snap peas. The peaches seem to go bad within 24 hours of my delivery. And the sugar snap peas have had a lot of black spots on them. Other than those 2 items everything has been great!

It is nice to have it delivered to your door. The quality is not what it should be for the price. The first time everything was good. The second time we had several items that were spoiled. We called about one and they gave us a credit. Then we found that other items in that container were rotten. This last container had some good and some bad. It is just not consistent enough to continue. We are cancelling our orders for the future.

I have used this service at my home and in an office setting for roughly 4 years. The have always delivered on time and have only had 4 or so issues.They fixed those issues (bad veggie, item not included in order) quickly and with little fuss, both through email and calling in. I need to give them incredible props, as our road was recently under construction and the workers told them they wouldnt let their truck through. The driver actually walked all the way to our house about 1/4 of a mile to drop off our food. That is just amazing! Considering UPS just delivered our packages the next day with a road closed stamp.

After a scary cancer diagnosis, we started paying attention to organic, fresh foods and less pre-packaged foods. Green Bean has offered an easier option, and with rare exception weve been very pleased with quality. If not, they have been incrediby responsive and refunded promptly. Ive seen Green Bean trucks in my area and have been interested in trying out the service for quite sometime. They became available on Groupon so it seemed like the right time to give it a try. Ive had a handful of orders now and its a nice option. The idea is fantastic. Im busy and getting to the grocery store is becoming really difficult these days, but in every order theres something(s) that isnt quite up to par with what i would have picked at the store. While they do credit you back if youre not happy, its still really inconvenient when this happens. Some items are a little pricier than the grocery store but then again, Im not paying for gas and having to rush TO the store, so its not a big deal. Im more apt to make an order if I can catch sale items or a coupon. I recommend giving Green Bean a try, Ive been pretty happy with it.
