I’m giving two stars because normally I have a good experience but today has been horrible. I have three small children and making it to a grocery store is nearly impossible. After I meal planned earlier today and spent an hour preparing my pickup cart, I placed the order for pickup at 12 for pickup between 3-4 today. The hold for the groceries was placed on my bank account but no email ever came. When I tried to pull it up to add an item there was no order on my Walmart account either. After unsuccessfully attempting to call the store numerous times to confirm if there was an order or not, I gave up and called the 800 customer service number. They showed no order was placed. It is now 230 and I still am not sure what’s going on. The money is still on hold in my bank account but I have no groceries coming? The customer service had no explanation and the only thing they said was no big deal about $200 on hold just place another order. Well I can’t for today now. So no groceries and my cart isn’t saved and no way to figure out what I had in my cart. I didn’t write anything down. So now I have to place another order and wait til tomorrow and have another $200 hold on my account? Customer service could care less.

Got there 5 minutes after they said my order was ready. No spots open to park in the pick up. Have waited over an hour and still no groceries.
