My girlfriend tried to buy a gun off a website and have it delivered to narrow target for pick up. It was left at UPS for 3 days. So she calls and Aaron says he will go get it the next day. She calls him two days latter and no gun yet, he said he will go get it the next day, again, So she waits two more days and calls him. He said he had the gun but she has to come get it at 8:30pm Tuesday. She told him that was too late, so he said Saturday was the next available time and she could do some paperwork and leave with the gun that day. I thought something didnt sound right so I had her call him to ask some questions. And as soon as he heard me talking in the background he said he cant sell her the gun, sent it back, and charges her a $50 restock fee... Do not wast your time here, choose another vender.

I ordered a handgun and used Narrow Target as the FFL. I first emailed them late on a Sunday night and woke up to a response the following morning. This was the first firearm I purchased and Aaron assisted me through the process. I picked it up the day it was delivered and everything went smoothly.

For now all I can leave is two. Been trying to reach the guy all week since my firearm has arrived in Indy and is waiting on him for pickup. Never got a call back to schedule an appointment or spoke to an actual person. I’ll keep calling though just sucks it seems I have to wait on somebody to get something I already paid for and is in the same place as I am already. -Edit: Now five stars. Great guy and the reason being for the iffy calls is a large call volume, if you were to text him to arrange a meet up he’ll get back to you. Very professional.

Everybody who posted a review about tha customer service is correct in my case it had absolutely NOTHING to do with a background check the guy has no business hours and its unavailable most days save yourself the trouble of dealing with this guy and go elsewhere and to respond to your response you didnt say anything about having anyone scheduled the previous day you waited until I got there to say you werent there then said you had someone already scheduled furthermore when I contacted you the 1st time I asked you everything I needed you said a state ID and be over the age of 21 not that ID and paperwork address should match if you took as much time doing your job adequately as you do responding to reviews youd be the best gun dealer in the Midwest...have a blessed one

I would 1 is too high of a rating never open and then they have a very bad attitude about getting your product. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not professional at all

The fact that this owner seems argumentative when he receives a negative review and even insulting to the customers in the response is alarming. I almost spent money there and in the event that anything unsatisfactory happening, and that happens in business...looks like being antagonized is included with this place 😳 though customers can be difficult, PROFESSIONALISM is paramount. Don’t spend where you are not respected..

I tried several times to visit the shop as per posted hours and they also missed a scheduled appointment! Never again would I waste my time with this so called business!

Ive used him twice as the receiving FFL for online firearms purchases. He sets a time to meet...keeps it...transacts business quickly...does the background check...charges a nominal fee...and all is good.

Hello! I tried to give this place a try because they had a cheap fee for a transfer. I read some reviews and they were up and down and I still did it anyways. This was my FIRST time buying a firearm and doing it online because it was black Friday. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE OR USE THIS GUY AS A FFLDEALER. I used this store, I was told on the phone to send the guy my name, tracking number and what I brought...so I sent him that in a email. Next, I waited a few days for the firearm to finally get here, me being excited after I spend $300-400, saw on my phone that the first day he missed my package.. I called him & he said we will try the next day or the day after that because I work. Not feeling very sure about this, I called FedEx to see if I could change to another dealer or get it myself. They said to call the company and ask, I did that and the company I ordered from said they could change the dealer but to wait for a dY and see how it goes. Well, here we are today and the package read it was sent back & intercepted? I called Fedex and they said NARROW TARGET told them to send it back? So I called (Aaron, the only one who works there and now I see why) and he said because I called Fed Ex asking if I could get my package that he didn’t like that and sent it back? HE DIDNT EVEN MAKE ME AWARE. Do not use him! He was really mean over the phone, did not care and basically called me dumb. THESE REVIEWS ARENT LYING. He is terrible.** UPDATE: I got my now 3 purchased guns from INDY ARMS COMPANY NO PROBLEM :) & this company is STILL getting bad reviews. Darn, could have had a good customer.

Best service in the business. I cant say enough positive things about this shop. I use them exclusively for FFL transfers and wouldnt go anywhere else. They go above and beyond what is required to get the job done.

This shop is the best you going to find in Indianapolis. The customer service is outstanding, the owner is very professional, and last but not least important, the prices are the best of the area.

So I called Narrow Target off of an Aero Precision dealer list for my local area. I called asking about a stripped M4E1 lower receiver (AR-15) they said they didnt have it in stock so I continued down the call list until I found a dealer who did. Like any sane normal person would. Anyway more to the point, I realized later that I did not have an AR-15 Bar Barrel nut. that is needed for any aero precision advanced hand guards. So what did i do? I went down Aero Precisions dealer list again and I get to Narrow Target I call them and a guy named Erin answers and he said to me when I asked about the BAR barrel nut that I called earlier asking for an airsoft lower and he said to me you called me about an airsoft lower earlier are you calling about stupid stuff or... whats up man I explained to him that I did in fact call earlier about a stripped AR-15 lower (M4E1)not an airsoft lower and why he would accuse me very rudely of calling about stupid stuff. Once I stated sternly and specifically what I was calling about and why he accused a random caller of that he said thank you sir have a nice day and hung up I called back to ask for a manager he said he was the owner so now Im writing a bad review for horrible customer service. I am A U.S Army soldier deployed once to Afghanistan. I have done some gun smithing I am no expert, but I have never heard someone who doesnt know what a stripped lower is or a barrel nut. do not buy parts from this company in fact dont even go to it I dont know if they know anything about gunsmithing let alone firearms since a lower reciver and barrel nut are basic essential parts to an AR-15 rifle.

I had a great experience with Narrow Target, I would recommend them to anyone!! Great customer service and knowledge of products.
