Good people. They don’t have everything, but they have a lot. The perfect neighbor.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable oh, I didnt have to wait any time at all before someone asked me if they could help me find what I needed. They took me right to where I needed to go and had exactly what I needed. And the prices are reasonable.

Our place to get pluming parts. Got a grill from there delivered. Cheaper than Menards on plumbing but not cheap paint. Worth the drive if within 5 miles.

The people here ALWAYS go out of their way to help...I love this store! Our furnace went out Friday and with the unexpected cold and rainy weather,the house became cold and damp. They were out of the large space heaters, but ordered me one! They did not have to do this, but this is how they are. The are kind, caring and always go the extra mile!!Thank you, ACE!

Always a pleasant experience in seeing the same people there for years. Son special ordered a faucet and they delivered to Broad Ripple for free. The paint sales are great. Good people.

This and the one in Greenwood are my favorites. No big bags of pet food but everything else you need in one store. Cool selection of bug killers. Rare house keys I cant get made at Depot, etc. Menards sent me there to begin with for glass.As they use to say, Ace is the Place!

Weve been going to this store for three generations. Always friendly gals and guys to help. Easy to get to from Northwest side.

These guys (and gals) are super and a wonderful asset to our neighborhood! They have everything Ive ever needed to fix up our place, and if they dont have it, they are happy to order it or tell us where it can be bought. Im a strong supporter of buying local and this long-time establishment has a warranted and well-earned reputation for quality, good prices and excellent customer service.

They have good prices on some things, but not everything. They also dont have a wide selection of hardware. Just basic small shop things. Its good for a neighborhood hardware store, but not for big jobs.Also I have ran into issues with their return policy. That makes it hard for me to trust them

The people here are beyond amazing. They always have what I need, dont hesitate to explain things to me and have gone out of their way several times to help me out. Love this place and the people!!!

I was very disappointed in the service that I did receive I went there to get a nut for a bicycle was told that they did not carry that thread I find that hard to believe they are a hardware store with many different types of threads for their nuts and bolts I just do not believe that I think the person was just too lazy to go back there and look?! If Im wrong I apologize but like I have said that is the purpose of the Ace Hardware is to get stuff normal storage would not had and it seemed like they would have a nut for a bicycle? New note I have to say the nut was extremely hard to find I am going to have to take this review back I have to give them what is due me having as hard a time as I did there may be in something to that sorry guys my bad LOL!?

The staff is always helpful but unfortunately Ace Hardware is ridiculously overpriced, at least at this particular location and has always been too expensive. I only went out of convenience, had to have something and had little time to get it. Most of the time I go to Lowes.

Little place with lots of stuff. The people working there were nice and helped me find what I needed. Great little neighborhood hardware store!

Hello Im 62 years old and I remember that Ace hardware when I was a little girl and the people in there was still so nice to me and Ill always go to Ace hardware on 39th and old Norwich thank you and have a blessed day

Alot of these reviews seem to be done by employees. i see the word helpful alot but the employees seem often inattentive. one cashier was actually eating while ringing up my supplies

Every time I visit the store the employees are very helpful . I present them with the challenge that I have and they always come up with a solution . The owner is always available to help . If you need help with a problem in your home I feel the staff will be able to provide a solution . This store has great customer service .
