If I could give them lower I would all of them have a horrible attitude to minorities I’ve gone 2 times and both times they seemed irritated to help and most their equipment is not well kept will never go back to them worst tool rental place I’ve gone to. If they don’t like their job they should have chose another field

This was the worst business experience I have had a long, long time. The employees were extremely rude from start to finish. They acted like they could not have cared less about anything. I brought a push mower in for a broken pull rope. They charged more than they quoted me, they charged me for a handle that was already mine. They didnt secure the top plastic case so the entire thing vibrated wildly ( which included the gas tank...VERY UNSAFE). Now the mower starts, but doesnt run for more than a second before it dies. Again, I took it to them to fix a broken pull rope, and now I am worse off than before. I strongly suggest that no one gives this place their business. In a time like this, anyplace who is rude and irresponsible towards a customer, does not deserve to be in business in the first place!

Rented me a broken dump trailer and refused refund. Will be spending my money at one the other numerous rental spots in close proximity.

Great group of people! I have take my mower and other small engine items here for tune ups and repair for several years. They always get it fixed and never try to up sell me. I have rented a few times for home improvement projects and they really know their stuff on how to use the equipment to get the job done.

I tried supporting a local business instead of the big box companies. After calling and confirming Id be in before they close, I arrived (BEFORE CLOSING) to see they have locked up and left for the day. Dont rent from here. It was a measly floor edge sander and they couldnt care less about helping.

Been a customer more than 20 years, never been disappointed, great people to work with and they always go way beyond just helping you accomplish your needs.

Very knowledgeable about projects and ehat equipment needed and really inexpensive rates from what I have from other companies. Great employees anf always willing to help.Fred

I simply wanted to find out what it cost to rent a scaffold. The guy was rude, he seemed like I was a nuisance. He does not have to worry about me, will never be back in Hoosier Tool rental again. Unbelievable how rude he was.

I arrived at about 4:30-4:35, with a pick axe that needed sharpening. Ride my bike up to the large garage door with some guys sitting, joking around. I asked how much it cost to sharpen an axe, and the gentleman replied, Ohhh, ten bucks? I hand it over to him and he let me know to come back tomorrow and I said, Cant do it today? His reply, verbatim:, Nope, its hot outside and were winding down.Apparently business hours are dependent on what the crew feels like doing. Clearly a strong, upstanding business. Being a relatively new homeowner down the road, its unfortunate that I now have to drive for all my DIY and rental needs.

These guys are great. Have rented from them many times and always a good experience. My go to tool rental company.

Very unprofessional i scheduled them to bring a skidsteer out and it turns out the employee that was supposed to set it up cursed me and told me he was having a bad day and took his spite out on me i would advise to go to franklin equipment....they know how to treat their customers with respect very disappointed with hoosier tool rentals 👎
