I had planned to use this company to install some Cat6 drops into our home. However, my scheduled time for an estimate on 2 separate occasions came and went and Tyler (and company) never showed up nor called to alert me that they would not be coming out. Both appointments were confirmed either via Telephone or Email. After the second no-show appointment, that was confirmed via email, I chose to move on and find another company because it seems like Adaptive Technology Solutions is all smoke and mirrors.If a company acts like this when they are supposed to be trying to put their best foot forward to earn your business, I would hate to see what happens once you have hired them and they already have your money. I would look elsewhere if you value your time and professionalism.In response to the Owner: The original conversation we had set an appointment for 10/20 and you had mistakenly set it for 10/27. I didnt reach out to cancel the appointment after you had already showed up to my house because you never showed up, hence why the appointment was cancelled. I reached out more than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time because nobody had showed up, again. Dont try to be deliberately misleading to other potential customers because you screwed up, twice.

They were on time, efficient, and very responsive! Two of the cameras they installed were faulty (from the manufacturer) — they fielded my call and replaced them without hesitation!!

Very professional, I will definitely be recommending and using for more services.
