They are personable, capable, efficient young men who represent Millennium Sounds quite well.They made sure they got the job done in the allotted time, even calling in an electrician to move the outlets. He, too, did an excellent job.I thoroughly enjoyed working with Millennium Sounds and my wife and I are very happy with the system installation. I highly recommend your company for anyones AV needs!

During the construction of our home, we partnered with Millennium Sounds. They did an excellent job helping us plan and execute our home audio, surround sound, and home security. They have been great to work with throughout the entire process. They have been quick to respond with questions after installation as well. We absolutely love the end result. Ive used Millennium Sounds for multiple personal and professional installations and I cannot say enough good things about their craftsmanship and customer service. Ive worked with other A/V vendors in the past, but there is no comparison to the value of working with Millennium.

Zero Stars, poor communication, project after 3 years still does meet agreed upon goals, they ignore requests, do things in their jolly sweet time, and basically over promise and under deliver...started my project in 2018, still not done....despite all the excuses, they just dont communicate.....so much for technology they profess to have a grip on. Stay away...they are arrogant, until time to pay the bill. Very displeased to say the least. Still waiting.

I have been struggling with my Control4 system for years. Millennium Sounds is the first company in over ten years that competently and quickly resolved all my problems! I am thrilled. HUGE shout out to Andy and his superior knowledge. He fixed what so many others had said was impossible. Great work Josh. Called for a quote on a home automation project; a $20k+ job. Answering system sent me straight to a voicemail, which I thought was odd for a customer service driven business. Left a message two weeks ago and never heard back from anyone. Hopefully service is better for existing customers than it was for a prospective customer.Again, customer service organization quick to get defensive instead of understanding and resolving customer concerns. Call was initiated at 10:14AM on 2/15/2021.

The Service Team called ahead and were ahead of the scheduled time. They were courteous and very professional. They were quick to remove the old system and put up the new unit. they asked how we wanted it set up with tilt and spacing above the Mantle once completed they went through a quick demo on its usage. They cleaned up their are and asked us if we had any questions. They thanked us for our business again said if we had any questions we could call into the office.

I have been very impressed with Millennium Sounds. Employees are knowledgeable, efficient. friendly and professional. We have used them for all of our audio/visual and smart lighting needs.

Millennium have done so much for us in our houses. TVs, Theatre rooms, security, pool speakers, WiFi...you name it! They are easy to get a hold of for customer service if something gets disconnected or what have you! Love this place!
