Its hard NOT to pick up something new to try every time I stop by! Everyone is super friendly, which helps my decision to support them more. Two steps down the spice aisle and youll be thinking how to fit it all into your cabinet, for sure.

Good food and quick service with fresh sweets

They may or may not have a good choice of vegetables and groceries but they do have the yummiest dosas. It is so damn crispy and tasty that you gotta try it atleast once. The chutney and sambhar was not up to mark for my taste buds but the dosa was real yum

I ordered garlic nans, tandoori roti, mix veg, malai kofta & gobi Manchuria curry. Kofta curry is ok, mix veg curry was just like pavbhaji :(Gobi manchuri curry was even worse, it was not cooked properly more over it was not a gravy at all, it just had gobi immersed in ketchup !!Garlic nans just average.

DO NOT BUY VEGETABLES FROM HERE!!! Recently bought okra from here and everything was bad from the inside (all the seeds were black). I have bought okra all my life and have never experienced anything like this before. I called their store to let them know, I don’t think they value their customers but only money. BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent takeout curry. Customer service was very good as well. The gentleman and lady who waited on us were attentive and nice, even if they did try to convince my girlfriend to go beyond mild in the spice.

Good indian grocery store with a little cafe backside. All usual packaged grocery items are available with competitive price. But limited options for fresh produce. Seems like a family run store, everyone is helpful and friendly. Owner was kind enough to offer me sweets for tasting before I purchase and the quality of Indian sweet is very good. I was told they sell only fresh sweets (mithai) . You may need to wait for a long time in case you prefer to dine in. If they improve their fresh produce section, this would bring a lot of traffic to this store.

This is the best Indian food Ive ever had in my life, and I say that having spent part of my childhood in Trinidad & Tobago. You cant choose the spice level, so sensitive stomachs watch out. Very friendly people and wonderful service. Got a HUGE meal for only $15! Definitely coming back soon.

Was looking for some good Indian grocery which carries fresh vegetables in Southside finally found one.. They have good collection of vegetables and groceries.. Management also very nice, ready to hear improvement, place is little small tough when rush increases it will be little difficult, as for new store now rush is low.

One of the best place for Indian grocery and Indian Food in Greenwood/ South Indianapolis area. Location is hard to find from the distance but once you experience the service and food here its hard to forget this place. Many items on Lunch/Breakfast/Dinner menu. Tastes was really good. Fresh Food. Fresh snacks. Dinning area is separate from the actual store area. Friendly staff. Tried couple of items, all were good. No free Wifi. Ample of parking space. No reservation require.

A lot more selection of vegetarian frozen food than Patel Bros. You can find Rajama Raseela by Haldiram here but not in Patel Bros.

We have been coming here almost everyday for almost 3 weeks for prantha’s. As we are not at home and don’t have kitchen to cook. This place has the best prantha’s. Love love the place so far awesome.

The food is decent, but weve ordered 20, 30 times from here just based on proximity. If youre not Indian theyll talk bad about you in Hindi. (Was not aware my girlfriend was from India) The woman is always rude, they never seperate sides, even if theyre explicitly asked. Always treat you like its an inconvenience for you to serve them. Desi Bazaar food is not near as good, but just because they dont treat you like trash, theyll be getting my money when were to lazy to cook.

South Indian menu items were phenomenal! Whole family loved the dosas and especially the accompanying coconut chutney
