The staff were very friendly and helpful. The salesman was knowledgeable on the products and efficiently narrowed me down on a product fitting my needs without sending me on a loop through the stores more expensive products. I was able to get a new phone and walk out of the store in 30 minutes.

I was overdue for an upgrade and went in to the store with my mind made up on the different kind of phone I was wanting to get, Jake was a huge help with talking things through, walking me through everything and in the end, he encouraged me into a completely different phone and so far, its been awesome! He found the phone that would work best for what I needed it for and it was great! When we have phone problems, we go to this location because everyone there has always had great connunication skills and always has been amazingly helpful.

Jake was able to answer all my questions. When I wasnt happy with the glass screen protector I purchased, he gladly exchanged it for the liquid glass protector and gave me a refund for the difference..I highly recommend this store!

Extremely disappointed in their service. Ordered two phones, one for Xmas present and they would not let me leave with the phones until they were activated. They would not let me activate the other one either. Tough to give as a present.
