Staff very unfriendly and upcharged me for my drink. I’ve gone twice now, and both times my coffee has been way more expensive than it has ever been at other Starbucks.

Two girls working not busy no line. All over shelves for cups says 30 percent off go to pay only specific cups of course not mine. Signs do not specify what cups are on special every shelf advertised including shelves took cups from. Did not give receipt and other girl rudely says are you finished yet. Do not recommend. False advertising and rude.

Its starbucks...Good atmosphere, good coffee, way overpriced and over hyped. I was gonna do three star but figured that was too tough. It is a good Establishment.

Did have a 1 Star now changing it to a 3 Star. Starting to get A LOT better than before. If they keep it up I’ll possibly change it again

I dont drink coffee if I did the chain is rather pricey.Yet founder Howard Schultz grew up in poverty. He now helps the need as he can.

All of the baristas here are competent and capable. Only downside: this is a HyVee Starbucks which means no using reward points and no gaining double/extra stars with purchases. Oh, and no ordering from your app = annoying.You do gain single stars for purchases, but that is all.Regularly busy, but not often slammed, you can normally get in and out in 6-8 minutes.

Not real impressed for a $5 dollar cup of coffee. Tasted a little stagnant. Ill stick with Caseys

This place after three tries couldnt get my drink right, two of the workers were rude and told me i was wrong, eben tho i have been ordering this drink for 6 yrs, dont recommend
