Overall fairly excellent experience with this establishment.The refreshments are well prepared and the baristas are knowledgeable in the food and drinks they make (A majority of the time).However, when a drink is made incorrectly, their willingness and determination to fix the error is extremely reputable and rather fantastic.This simple thing turns what would be a 3 star review into a 4 star. As their customer service exceeds my expectations. Their drinks are nothing to write home about.I am overall pleased with the service that I received and would recommend Uncommon Grounds to anyone looking for a nice local coffee shop to get their morning caffeine fix from.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the cheesecake is amazing, tho you cant go wrong here. I love that they offer different selections nearly every day.

I really like sitting in this coffee shop. Its a comfortable place to sit and do work. It has a lot of people who use it, so you never feel alone inside. I do think the coffee is a bit expensive and the breakfast sandwich was nothing special.

Coffee is a treat,bitter and smooth. Flavor is superb! First time there I had straight black. Awesome! A few weeks later I came back to try iced coffee with chocolate,mint and cream. Fantastic! Must come back for perhaps, a latte.

I highly recommend Uncommon Grounds! We had some unfortunate luck with tires to land us in town overnight and while our toy hauler got all new tires I stopped in for coffee. Staff was very friendly and coffee and scones were amazing! Very happy to see staff wasnt wearing masks and didnt require customers to. Leaving it up to your own adult decision!

Quirky down home atmosphere on the square in Indianola. Its a great atmosphere to settle in and visit with friends.

I used to love going in, the coffee is good, but now with the new layout with the work area in back they dont pay attention the counter. Today I walked out because I couldnt get waited on. Very sad, I try and buy local but I guess I will be going to one of the chain coffee shops in town because they will take my order.

This is quite a place! A soon as you walk in you feel at home. The ambiance and even the music is comfortable. It was very clean as well.Ashley, the owner, took care of me and you can tell that she truly loves her job and enjoys coffee. She pointed me to beans that fit my taste profile and I made some French pressed coffee as soon as I got home.Step aside StarYUCKS.You just cant go wrong here. The coffee, the kindness,the service,and the people are simply UNCOMMON.(see what I did there?)

Best coffee shop around. The girls obviously love the job, are always smiling and courteous. They even steam my milk to specific degree for me because I dont like super hot latte. Only place we go for coffee at home now.

Have gone there twice and plan to revisit. The coffee and food has been good, along with the service. Prices are pretty typical. Pleasant place to eat, drink, read, work, or just relax. I like that is a local coffee shop and has that type of feel to it.

You need to Uncommon Grounds in your life! Cozy atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent! I highly recommend it all! We had the banana nut muffin and it tasted legit home made. So moist and not too sweet. Also had the turkey apple swiss sandwich. Yum! The maple pumpkin cheesecake was super delicious and also not too sweet. It went perfect with a cup of French pressed Highlander Grogg coffee.

Very good coffee, great atmosphere and friendly barristas. My only suggestion for improvement is that it would be nice if they had some couches and comfortable chairs to relax in. The diner style tables are good, but couches and comfy seating would be better. In my humble opinion.
