Worst place to buy furniture.! I bought a broken bed and they forged my signature on snap financial when I was only shown one paper with the amount of the bed they were selling it for and that’s all I signed, now it turns out I owe 1600 for a broken bed . I am taking legal actions because they have now threatened me to send me to collections if I don’t pay more than what the bed is worth even if it’s broken !

The bed itself had scratches when it came in. They couldnt explain to me right why I had to pay out of my pocket when I thought I got the full bed set on credit. Its not even worth shopping their worst experience ever buying furniture for the first time. Would not recommend at all. Especially if you find a nice sofa. Expect it to arrive in 3 months.

Worst place to buy! I purchase a mattress from the Cathedral City location. I purchased it for $300. It was promised to me ready for pick up the next day since it was coming from the Indio location which was fine. The next day I had to be the one contacting the store to see if it was ready for pick up. I needed a mattress that day for my children. The Mattress never arrived so I had to purchase another from a different store which I found for half the price $150. After so many calls to cancel my order that I never received the girl said she couldn’t cancel since she had no authority that I had to wait for the owner. After calling many times and showing up to the store about a month later. They decided to refund my money but yet charged me a $175 cancellation fee. I read so many reviews about horrible experiences with this store they should close instead of making fraud. I hope everyone reads the reviews. You can see for yourself that the owner only responds to the good reviews and never the bad ones. If the owner actually cared to have good reviews and good experiences for the customers he would fix the issues. I’ll make sure to let the word out so less customers end up buying from this place. Small inventory, but good prices. Average quality if youre seeking to have affordable furniture. Friendly staff, however, sister store in Cathedral City not friendly at all.... didnt greet or offer assistance, shouted prices to us from the back of the showroom. Indio showroom much more inventory than CathedralCity location.

Super sketchy place of business! Don’t waste your time or money here, sure you get discounted prices but there’s still a chance these THIEVES will not get all your furniture that you already paid for! Plus we keep calling about our items and they either lie that they “promise” it’ll be in & delivered that day but will start ignoring our calls!

Not really sure how thIs place stays in business. We purchased items in March and we still havent received them. We tried their finance option, which turned out to be a bait and switch. So we decided to pay the finance company in full, to avoid they EXTREME interest that theyre were going to charge. So now we have paid thousands and thousands of dollars and have no furniture.. STAY AWAY from this place unless u enjoy getting ripped off!!

Was very excited after finding this place. Then my experienced turned to out to be the same as many of the reciews. It took 2 months longer then expected to receive my furniture. Charged $200 delivery since they said a diesel would deliver it, but it arrived in a Ford F-150. The set up was fast. Furniture I picked out was far from what I seen in the photos. Very cheap and flimsy. Looks like I could have built it with some 2-4s. The girls that help me we’re all very helpful.

This place showed me great customer service my table came in so quick and during this pandemic it’s hard to get furniture very quickly definitely recommend to Coachella valley.

Will never buy anything from this company again, the drivers had very bad attitudes. The drivers want you to sign the paper without showing you the furniture if it’s damaged or not.

Very horrible service. I Purchased a bed frame from them amd they said it would be ready saturday. Turns out it wasnt ready that Saturday. so since I payed money for a truck to take my bed frame home that day and wasnt ready, i argued and they gave me free delivery on Monday. Monday came and they didnt deliver again. When they finally delivered it the next day, it wasnt complete. I was missing parts. They said again that they would pick up those parts and deliver to me and I still havent received them. Its been over a week since my original date. Very dissapointed and never buying here again. My parts have still not been delivered

This store is a joke worst manager ever does not keep his word first day was there they charge me 60 because they where support t deliver the very next day which they never did so I go in on Friday to pick up my bed and the manger said that as curtesy they would give the best mattress and would return my money cause I went for them so a week later the girl calls me say that if I want my money back t take the mattres back so where is the curtesy jajajja worst customer service they don’t answer the phone there a joke man never going back there again

Superb service. I discovered this gem of a furniture store while on vacation and I ordered a few pieces for my home in Texas. The pieces arrived on time and in mint condition. Definitely shop here for your furniture needs! 😀👍

Freaking horrible. I put a set on layaway then changed it. So they now owe me money Because I got a cheaper set then the amount I put on layaway and my furniture and still haven’t received it. They told me my set was coming between 12-7, I took off work and it never came. I was working with them at indio location and they don’t know nothing!! It’s horrible so now working with cathedral city location which was alittle better but these girl don’t know anything or barely speak English. They never answer the phone and tells me i have to speak to manager and he’s never there. It’s too much with them, very unprofessional! Do not buy from them! Save the headache!!! I’m telling u now! I got Some furniture from Monas in North Palm Springs, go there!!!!! Better prices, better stuff, better customer service and got furniture next day!

My wife and I came to this store not expecting much of it, but the quality and prices blew me away! The staff were so respectful and considerate to our needs that I found everything I needed immediately. Our brand new home looks amazing, and it’s thanks to these guys.

I received everything from my 8 piece bedroom set on time but it a while for my dresser to get here, I finally got it today but Said the manager took care of me and threw in butterfly wall art for all the trouble, the prices are reasonable and the mover that delivered my furniture both times seemed nice and professional. Thank you Said for correcting this, your a good person.

Horrible Customer service starting with the Manager! Rip off ! They say its a deal but its not they steal your money,also parts missing!! I called to complain to the manager all he said was sorry????? Took 3 weeks to bring the missing peaces!!!!!

Always like to support mom and pop family businesses but sayaff and maleek 2 of the family members that run it have very poor customer service and that’s an understatement I think they may be in over their head a little bit my couch was due in 2 weeks to be delivered and 2 months went by even then could not get a refund and had to contact my credit card company to receive one because they refused.

So I’m still waiting on a phone call from the manager on why my bed has no rails and I need to wait more than a week ?! I ordered my things on the 12 of January ! Then they couldn’t located my file and order etc now on Sunday the 2 of February it got delivered then they realized it was incomplete I’ve called numerous times and ask to speak to the manager and nothing. !!! Such horrible customer service I will never purchase from them again nor recommend

Avoid this place at all cost. We purchased a bedroom set in September. most of it will be delivered in October the rest in November. They never once called to tell us that there would be a delay in the November delivery. Upon calling, I was given the runaround. It should be delivered on December 12th. I asked for some form of compensation its not our fault, we keep sending trucks to LA and the shipment is not in. What do you want me to do? I again asked for compensation, the cost of the chest. It was given and I was told that the chest will hopefully be in by December 12th. I just called to see where the chest was and got some serious attitude. Now the refuse to do anything.

Purchased a bed that was said to be in stock on the 27th of June delivery date was for 4th of July we are now the 15th and no bed l get excuses from different ppl which are not the same seems like they dont communicate and come up with the same story, after having an arguement they agree to a refund they give me a time of 11am and they never showed up the poor girl calls the owner and we can tell by her expression we as my son whos in law enforcement accompanied me, hes yelling at her over the phone, so l still dont have my money, and he has the ordasity to say hes not going to charge me a restocking fee why would he if the bed hasnt even been sent..The son had the nerve to say to me get your refund we made no money off of you to start with....really now l have to look into this family owned business and take it to court ..l was told the owners name is (Said)...

Horrible experience. Had previously gone to the cathedral city location which wasnt bad but the customer service isnt grate. They barely acknowledge you, but it was quick and i got what my family needed. So we decided to give it another try hoping for a better experience, i needed a queen bed that sunday for family that was coming to visit. But no, this time everthing seemed to be going well until we came home and tried to put it together. He had given us the wrong headboard. My family members had to sleep on the floor for a night. It was late so the store was closed and I decided to call early the next morning. The next day i kept getting the run around, and the manager stated that he would fix it that day. No return phone call no anything. So i had to go and buy another bed that afternoon. Tuesday rolls around and same thing happens. Been waiting since 11am for the truck to arrive its now6:30 and still no truck. Spoke with the manager and the discount given was a slap in the face. They claim your getting a discount but i found the same bed for less. I do not recommended this place theyre nice but when they make a mistake they could care less. Now im going to be stuck with two beds because of their mistake. Save your time and momey, avoid this place.

My kids love to create a mess so I knew I needed something brown/dark, this place has a great selection of just that.

The owner was kind and gave me a discount.But the delivery man supposedly came by my house and said that no one was home even though I was waiting outside. The item was delivered the second round at 8:30 pm... the item came in a beat up box, it looked like it was used and there were MISSING PIECES. I am very upset and disappointed.

Hello good afternoon just to share my experience with the owners on December 17 I bought some tables and page Cash supposedly they would deliver them to me on December 28 but at the moment I did not receive anything talk to the owner and ask me if page cash I tell him if I have the recive and I ask him if everything is fine and he tells me if you are, but he asked me to ask if I have a cash page. Well, he told me tomorrow, we deliver it to him today, I talk and talk and nobody can give me reason or what is happening I cant believe that one works very hard to buy his things and others is not fair
