I always enjoy coming here I always find what I need and they have a great selection of everything for the house basically. The only thing that I think needs Improvement is the checkout line because sometimes the line takes unnecessarily a long time due to cashiers chit-chatting with customers who dont have to go back to work or be somewhere else other than where they are. I think there should be more efficiency when it comes to the checkout line other than that the store is great and I really appreciate the customer service on the floor and everyone is still wearing masks

This store cannot be beat. The manager Michael went far beyond being helpful, as did associate Kym. I had a furniture delivery to Corona so interacted with them several times. I love the sofa and chair I bought at Home Goods.

The best store to shop for home stuff especially kitchenwares!! I was amazed when they have ALL-CLAD brand, I used to buy at retail price which will never be as cheap as what I got at homegoods! Some of my fav luxury brands for cookwares are available!! I love this store and the people!!

The 2 stores where I shopped only had 4 pillows (at each store) in 1 color, which wasnt my first choice but I purchased all 8 pillows anyway. Then, I contracted the manufacturer online and was able to secure additional pillows in the colors that I had Initially intended.

Update: June 19th, I ended up stopping by Homegoods to talk with the Manager about the issue I had with the cashier and she agreed with me, as long it was tagged for that price they should have sold it to me and not humiliate me in front of other customers. It would have been different has it not been tagged. The Manager was very nice and apologize d to me many times and made it right. ------- This evening I went to Home goods on Washington St. In Bermuda Dunes to find my 17 year old dog a comfy bed . I did find one and went to checkout when I was told by one of the cashiers that the item I was about to purchase can not be sold without the other piece that I guess was the outer part of the bed. I explained that this bed I wanted was marked $12.99 and the other part she brought from the back was also individually marked for $24.99, I said all I want is this pillow thats clearly marked for sale at $12.99 but she refused to sell it to me because she found the other piece to it. Am very disappointed in the horrible service I recieved and after shopping there for over 14 years they have lost a good customer. I took a picture of the tag before she tore it off it shows the price they marked for sale.

Its always entertaining to go to HomeGoods. weve been going there since the original store opened back in 2004 I think. Whats changed are the prices of course. One thing that I think that they can do better is I mean later lunch are entirely too long for checking out other than that I think they continue to offer a fairmerchandise for a fair price.

Im not sure what had happened to customer service here. I use to come here and live the employees. They have had a recent turnover and these older women hang out behind the counter and dont want to work or help anyone. 4 older women behind the counter. The register lights on and only one woman, Joyce, taking customers. There were two that spoke with a British accent that were having some kind of personal disagreement, while I waited next in line for them to get to their open register. They never did. I had to wait until Joyce was done with her customer. The fourth lady was just standing there watching. This was yesterday. I went back for round two today, hoping it would be better. No such luck. The employee, older female, was standing near a chair. I walked up and politely asked for her assistance. She said for me to wait a minute. She reached in her pocket, pulled out a tape measure and proceeded to take measurements of the chair. She was not with a customer. She could not have helped me first before taking in that task? No she made me wait. Then I asked another sales lady if she could help me since the other employee was too busy. Of course it was Joyce again. I have a feeling Joyce is the ONLY working paid employee. When I brought the issues up to the store Male manager, he passed the buck by saying I should have told the female manager on duty yesterday. Wow what happened to the customer comes first?Im glad Homegoods pays people to stand around and chit chat maybe I might apply.
