This store in La Quinta CA, is supposed to be the corporate office, according to Grace the General Manager for the Mattress Xpress Corporation. Grace called me requesting a copy of the manufactures date on the mattress I had purchased from another one of their stores. After I sent her a photo of the manufactures date - that proved the mattress was several years old. Grace refused to correct the situation - she said that I had seen the mattress and it was in good shape. Run as fast as you can.I purchased a mattress from Mattress Xpress in Victorville, CA on 8/21/2015. The bed was supposed to be new, but it is not. I was told it was a couple of months old, but actually it is several years old. It was manufactured on 3/12/2013 and is very nasty and dirty - almost three years old. It is not new as I was told by the salesperson. Nor, does it have a warranty as I was told. Avoid this company at all costs.I was unable to get the dirt our using vinegar and water, so tried a garden hose. Its a little more effective but still stinks and is very nasty. I made a YouTube video, so you can actually see how filthy and disgusting this mattress is. You can see what several years of dust does to a mattress.Response to owner;I dont blackmail anyone, nor do I ask for free stuff, nor do I lie.Nor, did I get exactly what I wanted.Its has been lie after lie after lie after lie after lie - horrible company.The owner thinks a negative review is blackmail.No, it might feel like blackmail, but its not. You are being exposedfor all of your corrupt ways. Its not a nice feeling - I have to agree.But all of this, is your own doing. You have created all of these problemswith your unscrupulous behavior. Your company victimizes its customers....The public needs to be aware that you are victimizing your customers....I reserve the right to leave a negative review just like anyone else.When stores are good to their customers - they get good reviews.When stores are bad to their customers - they get bad reviews.Its just that simple!!!!!People need to be warned about this company so they dont end up being a victim like me!

I am from Alberta Canada, I was new in town looking for a mattress for our new house in la Quinta found Mattress Xpress while we were going to 99 cents store shopping, Grace store manager was Awsome help us select right mattress for us, she arrange to deliver the mattress same day, because we had nothing to sleep on. and she did not even charge for delivery . we highly recommend Mattress Xpress.
