I brought my 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport into West Coast Auto last week to have my crankshaft bolt removed. They tried their hardest and got the bolt out but there was too much shredded metal and damage to the crankshaft to salvage the engine. They were very honest about it and only charged me $200 for the work they had done to my car. They were friendly. Even walked me through the engine as it was up on the rack and showed me exactly all that was wrong with it and took pictures to send to me for my small claims court case as I had just bought this car, had it for four days and this damage was done to it by the previous owners mechanic. 10/10 would recommend and go again. I will never ever take any of my cars to another shop. Thank you West Coast Auto for all of your help, hard work and honesty.
