Quick and easy. Just know how much material you will need. They will load up the material then you pay for it. Plenty of space to move around with a trailer. In and out in a couple minutes.

J&L Material has property that is behind an old neighborhood in North Indio. On July 26, 2021 there was a downpour of rain in this area and due to their business practices the drain has been blocked and their property grade slopes toward the neighborhood at the east of their property. Due to these circumstances 3 homes flooded with 6-8 inches of water in the yards and swift water coming into the homes. The driveway of one of the homes was a river 6-8 inches deep. J&L was informed of this and has no concern and refuses to fix their property. So whilst they are selling at a great price it is at the cost of the neighborhood homes for which they have no concern. This is not a community business and the City of Indio should be looking closer at the business practices of this business!!
