Service was fast. I just noticed theres a bit of space on my frame thats a bit sharp and my aux port was damaged after getting my screen replaced. I immediately took it back and the guy was really nice about it and will be fixing it asap. Mistakes happened, Im glad hes on top of it. The place is pretty busy too but youll always get help.

Came here to get my cracked iPhone 5 screen replaced for $65 with a free screen cover. The touch wasnt responding well, so I went back, and he replaced it with a new one with a new screen cover as well. He gives a 30-day warranty for defected parts. I will always come here for my iPhone issues!

I highly recommend Think Digital - I dropped my iPhone 7Plus and cracked the screen and broke the camera. It was repaired same day and cost was reasonable $130 to replace both screen and camera. Tech was cordial and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service.

Edgar at think digital is the best I.T I have ever had work on my electronics I took my PC to get upgraded hard drives and its was done incredibly fast and I showed up short notice only place I take my phones and computers for and my kinda of service highly recommended

I dropped my laptop and it would not turn back on! I asked Edgar if he could check it out and he helped me with the problem. He ordered me an SSD and replaced my hard drive and boom !my laptop works better than ever!

I went in there with a broken screen and frustrated since I use that it as my business phone. Walked in and within 30 minutes the screen was replaced and with competitive prices. Very friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended.

The repair was was for a cracked screen it only took 30 minutes which was really great!!!

Came in for a screen repair, week later my charging port goes bad. All fair, it happens... I go back in for my charging port to be repaired, week later and now my home button goes bad. At that point I’ve already paid $170 in repairs, and so then they wanted another $40 to fix some strap under the home button. This strap is located inside a piece THEY removed and re-installed *twice* for (first) the screen repair then (second) the charging port replacement. They told me I likely “twisted the home button”.Eh... What? That button had no issue before replacing that charging port. Heck I even paid for some bracket in the home button to be replaced when I fixed my screen. It was perfect up until then...There’s clearly been an installation error, I’m out $170 on a phone that can’t function without a digital on-screen “home button” (Assistive Touch), I’m pissed.

OMG Totally unexpected. This is such an honest broker. I had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy 8. They could have ripped me off, and they didnt. So unheard of these days. Edgar is amazing. I am going to bring some other stuff to them for repairs!! I highly recommend!!!

This place has low overhead, and will get it done. The employees are on top of the tech, and it was worth the drive from DHS.

I called to get an estimate for a laptop with a broken display hinge and make sure that they understood the problem. I explained the problem to Edgar. He said yes we can fix the laptop, I also asked if he could have a written estimate for the laptop repair and he said he would. When I got to the location he said that he cannot fix the laptop that the parts need it to fix were not available. He said I have only repair one laptop with a similar problem, and that they mostly work on phones and tables not laptop or computers ( Thats why I called before driving to the location) He said go to geek squad they have spare parts to repair the laptop, I cannot do a repair or write you an estimate for you.I would not recommend this place Edgar should have told me that they mostly work on phones and tables not laptops it could have save me a 15-20 minute drive.

I took my IPhone 6 I told them that it would not charge it always say 1% on the battery indicator and they said it was the battery without even checking my IPhone, so I said ok so they replace the battery. When they replaced It did show 98 % on the battery indicator and they charged me $ 41 for it, but a week later the battery still would not charge so I took it back today and they checked it now they said it was the mother board and they want me to ship my IPhone and that they said it will cost me $120. They should have checked it the first time I took to them they should have give me a refund on the battery since it was not the battery that has the problem I will never go back there ever again!!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
