Ive only had terrible experiences with this store every visit. This compared to the one in La Quinta is just as friendly. However, not as helpful. I’m not one to shun a business but so far I’ve only felt cheated by this one in particular. My reasoning for my past visits is due to it being much closer and easier to get to from home. It’s unfortunate because it’s such a convenient location. But some representatives in their team can be quite misleading. Do I recommend T-Mobile? yes! But much can’t be said with this store in particular.Cleanliness is greatFriendliness is great

I went yesterday to upgrade my phone and we had a amazing customer service with Edith and Felipe. We will definitely come back to them. So much better then the store in La Quinta.

Today my husband and I made an appointment, as we were waiting outside, the assistant Manager was very Rude and didn’t care to what questions I had for my phone and service. He seemed very fustrated with my questions, and made it seem like I was going to be a hassle when he was Not the one handling our appointment. So we gladly walked out and now giving our time and service to another location. Your lost buddy. 🥴

If i could rate this a zero i would. Its been difficult to make time to come since my company has been understaffed, i originally ordered a new phone of my s9, but was out of town, and the order canceled the day of. Then i reorder again only to find out i have to pay a deductible to get a new one when i was not told this from the beginning. Seriously bad customer service, i dont recommend to anyone. I have insurance, and they said they found a small crack.

The guys inside are homies and came in clutch with the T-Mobile dog bandanas. Gave me two larger sized ones and took them to us personally to my car 💯💯

I live in Indio and usually go to the Palm desert location off of Monterey because everywhere else sucks but i tried this location today out of convenience and it really surprised me. Service was great, everyone was friendly and they were all knowledgeable. Nice to have a closer store that doesnt let me down.

I am so pissed... and at possible I would give them zero stars if possible... the Reps here have lied to my wife and me about a promotion.... Tmobile headquarters have been contacted about the incident... so far we might be out of a phone that we traded and own Tmobile money...please do not go here...I am still on the phone trying to get my money back

This TMobile location is great and helpful, but the actual service coverage from TMobile is not going too good.
