This t mobile need a whole new overhaul at this store. The Spanish people who work here cater to there own. And the attitudes are unprofessional Ive been with t mobile over 10 years and Ive never seen this much unprofessionalism . Playing just Mexican music and I have not seen one african american working there when I was there today. The Spanish girl who took my payment was rude and unprofessional I will be calling corporate. Treat everyone with respect not just your own kind.

Took a while before service asked us what we wanted and then after that they recommended a phone for me didnt have it in stock really was not helpful at all Ive been to other T-Mobile locations and they were very helpful and had the phone on stock. Needs better management

Ive visited this location on several occasions. The staff is friendly and kind. They greet you immediately, solve and resolved the need quickly. Your in and out in minutes. Its always a good experience when I visit.

Noone greeted the customers as they walked In.nor advised them to sign in. Other than that everything else ran smoothly. Was able to upgrade(buy a phone) in matter of minutes.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for about 5 years. On December 31, 2017 New Years, I went into the customer service and reported to them that the chargers that I had purchased from Frys just over a week ago, which is the second set, are not charging any of my T-Mobile apparatuses9. The sales clerk told me that I needed a different a wall charger which I have and I asked her if they had it in a car version. She was telling me that the phones wont properly charge unless you use the Samsung charger. I humbly asked her to please put my phone on the charger because Im living from my car, I dont have a way to charge my phone, Im dealing with disabilities I added after she refused saying that it was against policy to charge a phone. Not believing that that someone could be so cruel and cold as to leave a homeless elderly woman without a charger or phone on New Years Eve I got Facebook live to prevent an overwhelming anxiety attack due to such a a gross Injustice. Once I got the Facebook live on they told me they were going to call the police and I said why need to have the Facebook live on so that I dont going to anxiety while I talk to you because I was trying to convince them to charge my phone and then I said well let me buy a cable they said the cable was $20 but they would not let me even buy the cable because I would not close my tablet notwithstanding that it was pointed towards the ground. They began bullying and intimidating me calling security and the police even though I had not so much as even raise my voice and that is why I wanted to keep the conversation being heard as proof because people embellished and create situations situations and call waste taxpayer dollars causing calling police unnecessarily and sometimes leading to unjustified arrest murders and 5150s this needs to STOP!

Customer assistant ( I forgot to asked his name) his was assistant me with my phone problem. A lady under Alondra Operations Manager, came and move out him from the pc and even say hi to me, the customer without saying hi or something. She worked in her issue and did not care about customer. I think she needs customer skills and LEAD BY EXAMPLE. I talked to the assistant and recommend him to not act like Alondra did with a customer. Other than that the assistant was great, I think he has a lot a potential with Mobil, not like Alondra. Thanks

Always takes a minimum of 30 mins to get in and out of there. The employees dont have a sense of urgency. Customers were getting upset. They can at least every once in awhile let you know they will be with you momentarily. Remind folks to sign in on their sheet so people wont cut in front of others. The Lakewood locations greeted me when I walk in. Another sales associate came out to assist me immediately. I was in and out within 10 mins.

I went there to lease a $150 phone because i broke mine. they wanted me to purchase a case and a screen protector witch added an extra $130 and told me that if i didnt buy them they would NOT sell me the phone?? TWF?????? whats insurance for?? end result i cancel my tmobile account and went to metro got the same phone for free!!! never coming back to tmobile buch of rats bad customer service too(black dude with tats and attitude) watch out sometimes they dont tell you that ur only leasing the phone they screw me over with that too but thats another story

I just called to try to fix my phone bill which by the way tmobile is clearly screwing me over with hidden fees. The guy that answerd was RUDE, AND THEN HE JUST HANGED UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK 3 TIMES NO ONE ANSWERED.......WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? ..NEVER GOING INTO THIS STORE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY SHOULD MAKE 0 STARS AN OPTION.....TMOBILE GET YOUR STAFF UP TO DATE. YOU JUST LOST YOUR SELF A CUSTOMER. I WOULD RATHER PAY MOREAT VERIZON AND BE TREATED LIKE MY BUISNESS MATTER.
