Poor customer service follow-up when I returned with an account issue less than 24 hours after account activation. I was provided with a number to call Customer Care because clearly the Inglewood store DOES NOT CARE. Currently at Spectrum. I dont do poor service.

Jesse was both attentive and informative when I stepped into his store. I came in for an EBB mobile hotspot I was approved for through a pell grant and left with guidance on how to get approved, as well as a great deal on a trade in (iPhone 8 to IPhone 12). Jesse exuded patience as I waited for funds to be transferred to my bank account & was quite encouraging as I expressed to him that I was moving from Florida to California though my car had been totaled in Texas. His positive attitude made waiting on that credit check less nerve-wracking. Haha. The service provided to me by this representative was one of the best and I was surprised to find on my way out that he was the manager. So whether you ask for Jesse the manager or the other employees character like that is contagious, so you can relax and know you’re in good hands.
Thank you so much Raul for helping resolve the transfer of my phone number ! He was very patience and friendly. He was able to resolve my problem although I had gone to other Verizon stores!!! We also had extra questions and he was happy to answer all of them.I will say I felt it was unprofessional for the group of 3 employees who were having a conversation about one of their pregnancy. Definitely should keep those conversations outside of the floor area because we were waiting and they were standing around chit chatting. It wasnt until Raul came onto the floor and assisted us quickly and gave up quality service that made me want to come back to this store!!!Thanks again Raul !

Customer for yeaaars. Service is terrible at this store. If you are trading in a phone just be aware they are not taking in store trade ins. You have to mail it out. Keep all your information and tracking number. Lucky for me I found my info and called customer service and they credited me my trade in value. But in store employees though helpful, not very knowledgeable and directed me to call customer service. Then customer service told me to deal with store instead. A lot of back and forth and no answers. After I presented my archived tracking number, imei, promo offer from purchase date only and only then did they help me out. Very bad service. I almost went to a law firm with my info to open a case against them for misleading info and fraud. Nonetheless my issue was resolved after I gave all my info. Next time though I will follow up sooner and keep my papers and documents.

Went there today to activate a new line, I was told by the (Hispanic Chubby) manager than I needed to wait 24 to 48 hours to activate my phone therefore I needed to go back another day. Went to a different Verizon that same day in Hawthorne and the phone was activated on the spot. I would give 0 stars but you can’t so oh well. Don’t come here.
Dont ever go to this store. Ive never had such bad service. And in my own neighborhood of Inglewood. The young lady was not only disrespectful. And rude to people that were old enough to be her parents. And as we watched the other employees at the store watch on as we asked questions and she said no one has explained that to you before we came to the store. The gave us our phone and the number and told us they dont do set up. Wow this is crazy we drove to Culver city where a young man named Tyler set up our new phone and ported all of our information. From out Tmobile accounts to our new Verizon account. We have to learn to treat people better in our own neighborhood.
I went in trying to get some help with a device that was stolen didnt want to help me they just gave me a number to call and said I have to do it myself I also went in trying to activate another device and it wouldnt help me so for that I will give him a three-star so in the customer for years and to go into a store for some assistance and the employees now wanting to assist you its not right I mean if I can do it myself I would have done it myself I wouldnt make line to try to go in to just say oh you know what you need to do it on your own baad customer service

Not helpful when there is an issue. Would rather push you out the door than help solve the issue. Unethical robots which are common, so they feel comfortable in their job since the company trains them that way.
Great customer service experience. So I recently purchased 2 Android note 9. Because of this I have made several trips inside this particular verizon store. I must say Im entirely happy with their service with each visit. Not to mention Im a new Verizon customer as well.At first I was only shopping and I didnt want to be in a contract. So I switched over but bought my own phones. A year later Im still a happy customer and now upgrading to new phones.

Shoddy products. Purchased a charger for my iPhone 7P. Two months exactly from the date of purchase the part that connects to the phone to charge it broke off in the phone. Rude Customer service rep would not entertain a replacement because she insisted I broke it and they would not replace it. I only used it to charge the phone how did I break it? This store needs to close permanently! I’ve visited twice in one week unfortunately for me. Today however I experienced the worst customer service EVER! This woman asked to assist me but would not shut up long enough for me to tell her the problem with a NEW IPhone I just received. In the middle of my sentence she’s literally rolling her eyes above her mask and proceeded to tell me she didn’t need to hear “all that”! Somebody help me to understand how are you going to solve my problem if you have no interest in what it is! It’s bad enough we have to stand outside, can’t go inside the store at all and in the heat you can’t get any help. If other stores allow a minimum number of people inside their business because of Covid, what, Verizon can’t count to ten! My previous visit I overheard another rep trying to sell this elderly gentleman a phone without even looking at it but at least the rep was kind about it!
The customer service here is exceptionally horrible. Kevin, the so called “manager” (I would name him manager of ineptitude), is extremely arrogant and very unprofessional. I recently purchased an iPhone 11 at an authorized retailer, while in a family plan. I paid off the phone and decided I wanted to transfer out of the family plan, and company shortly after. Long story short, I tried switching to T-Mobile, but the phone was not working (I was able to port the number, though). I spoke with Apple, I spoke with verizon customer service, Verizon tech support, and T-Mobile tech support, and we came to the conclusion that it was best if I took the phone to a corporate Verizon store to look at the phone. I walk in, and asked to speak to the manager to avoid retelling my story multiple times between store associates, managers, etc, and Kevin simple says (without even looking at the phone), “the phone isn’t compatible with T-Mobile, and that it’s no longer a Verizon problem, T-Mobile has to deal with that now. I can’t help you I’m busy” I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said “supervisor is a floating title that doesn’t mean anything”.This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any customer service rep, anywhere . Inept Kevin should be replaced with a more understanding, capable, and intelligent person. Maybe the corner man flipping the card board sign?

Beware of this store. I got hit by a SIM swap that originated in this store, and the perpetrator then went to an Apple store to spend $8000 on my credit card. This happened 2 weeks ago, and Verizon didn’t seem to care or follow up. And I tried repeatedly to call the store with no answer, just getting sent into the endless Verizon recordings. And I live in GA! Luckily, my bank caught the fraud, but it is a hassle to cancel and get new credit cards.

This manager had no sense of customer service. I was interested in home sound speakers and when I turned off one devices to hear another he came out of nowhere and turned it back on. No customer service!!! No warning no reason. Just turne it off on and left. My wife pirchased a new iphone and the associated offered no help.She snatched the phone out her hands stating she hadnt paid for it. Once paid she dissapeared, no help no nothing...took the cash and dissapeared.This is a reflection of management.This is will be the last time I come to this location.I hope verizon triand thier Manager better and show that customer they are appreciated.Manager need better training...

Yes they have the best coverage... but their prices are far too high and after 20 years being their customer, had to move to another carrier...also good to mention, I was given wrong information several times, meaning I was charge in excess of it was told to me. not really honest business attitudes...

Horrible experience. I didnt see the rating of this store. Its 1.9, and believe me I can see why its low. A store full of idiots who suppose to be professional. This is making me want to cancel my nine years of service and let it go into collections. On top of my issue with them, I needed them to fax their paperwork to the insurance company. I was told to take it to another store which is 10 miles away or go to staples. I dont work for them why should I have to go elsewhere. Why not offer to hand walk it across the parking lot to staples and pay to have it faxed. Uncaring staff and I asked to speak to store manager and they are off today. Whos supervisoring these seven clowns running around this store? The more I sit here the more I want to drop this service. Santa Clause will come to town if I pay off a smartphone and two tablets early cancellation fee

Make sure that you are not in a rush when you go here or you will have a bad experience as you will be annoyed from the start. But once they do get to you, they take great care of you.

Called in to see if they can assist me with picking up a 4g sim card at their store even though I didnt have the phone with me. Spoke with George over the phone and I clearly told him I called to verify before visiting the store as to NOT WASTE ANY OF MY PRECIOUS TIME!!! He even went as far as asking his manager SONNY about the matter and informed me that as long as my account was in good standing, they would be able to handle this; no problem! Upon entering the facility, I asked to see George and this rude and cocky dude; Sonny, starts asking if I had brought the phone with me without asking what I was there for, and that if I hadnt, theres ABSOLUTELY NO WAY they can do anything. WTH?!?!?! I explain the situation to him; that I wouldnt have driven over 15 minutes if this had been explained to me, rather than telling me that there would be no problem with my request. He continues to ask if I want my phone deactivated so they can activate the sim card for my use later. He then continues to refuse their fault for giving me wrong information over the phone.Their lack of knowledge and professionalism is unlike anything I have experienced from a customer-service business. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. I bought a brand new phone here three weeks ago and have been working straight through since. When I finally had a day off I went into the verizon store because my phone had been broken for a week, saying that I didnt have service, even though I already paid my bill ahead of time. They say yes the phone is broken, but I would have to wait for a replacement phone in the mail, because they said THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY PHONES THEY COULD GIVE ME, what with this being a phone store and all I thought that was rediculous. I had explained that I already paid good money for a working phone and thats what I expect to currently have in my possession. They said Id have to pay more money for a phone in the meantime, that there was nothing they could do. I explained that my phone being off had already affected my income for the month as I freelance and my phone line is my life line. Then I saw a man named nicolas who had a tag on his shirt that read solutions manager I asked for his help politely because it was a solution that I required. I tried to explain that I had already paid verizon for goods and services and I was being denied both. Some thugged out kid told him not to talk to me and that no one could do anything that wasnt already offered as an option. Still dont have a working phone, day 10. They send one idiot to go talk to you then they try to absorb the problem you explain to a bigger idiot, who explains their version to a final idiot, then they have a huddle in the back and decide how to help you the least. theyre shady here and the customer service sucks its always a huge wait and everyone in here should go to high school because it feels like they didnt. OH also the guy in there tried telling me I didnt buy the phone at that store, even though I got another one of his employees to verify that he did indeed remember selling me the phone at that location.
I am disappointed with Verizon. I plan to change my carrier soon. The bill keeps going up. I had unlimited service,THEY changed it to a limited plan and now each month they say I am over my limit which causes me to pay much more.

I go in to pay my bill, then since the store is empty, i decide let me make a claim for my phone iphone as the speaker is not working, so siri cant talk to me, my ringer does not work, no sound period, its stuck on headphone mode, after calling verizon customer service they say i need to take it in to a store. So I go to the counter and explain whats going on, they ask me if I have an appointment.....are you kidding me, no, since when do i need an appointment to make a five minute claim for my phone. They then notify me that 5:30 is free, which was an hour away. I ask why should I have to come back in an hour when there is at least 3 people that can help me as they are not helping anyone.... The response is more than annoying, thats the new policy they say. Then i ask if this policy is nationwide, they say yea it has been for years now. I wanted to slap her for thinking im stupid, I got my phone less than a year ago, walked in and paid for it, no wait, no appointment needed.I hope this is not a policy verizon makes for all stores, i will go out of my way to not return to this store, and i will go to att or someone if this policy becomes the norm for verizon. What kind of place acts like helping fix a product they sell is like going for a job interview, as if you miss your appointment time, i need to make a new one. You guys sell cell phones, basically small computers, not rocket fuel.
