I came in (obnoxiously) very close to closing time to get everything out of my unit and she was super kind and helpful helping me get my stuff to the trash, and helping me with my mattress and box spring because I was by myself. If you’re using this public storage location look for Carolyn and she’ll definitely help you out :)

I knew when I got to the storage 15 minutes before closing that I was cutting it close. when Britney informed me that theyd be closing at 6pm, I told her that I was waiting for someone, and that their ETA was 6:04pm. She told me that I had to at least be outside the gate. I mentioned that I not only had to move my car, but that I also had an electric car that needed to be moved. She was extremely helpful by pushing the electric car to the gate, while I got my car. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me. I couldnt have done it, and been out by closing without her help.

Honestly I was having a pretty bad day and went in to Public storage for some boxes and who would of knew that the young lady that assisted me (Brittney I think her name was) would change my whole mood. She was so helpful and pleasant and I needed that. If you want great customer service you guys should definitely keep her.

This facility is very clean, professionally managed and a great price. Located very close to 405 freeway - and the airport - there are indoor and outdoor storage units.I often go there alone - and feel very safe. They have cameras everywhere!!!And today - I was late returning my trailer - and one of the wonderful employees - Mark - stayed a little later for me!A great Public Storage!!!

I’ve been renting storage units at Public Storage for many years. Had the need to rent a storage unit at this location. The store manager, Karolyn, is probably one of the most customer service oriented Public Storage manager I’ve ever dealt. Exceedingly friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole rental transaction seemless from start to finish. Public Storage should be proud to have such a manager on staff. I rented an outside unit and the exterior of the property is very well maintained.

I honestly recommend this place it’s secure, staff are super nice and always alert yes homeless live outside but they do not interfiere with the gate or place Kaylon is super sweet made everything understandable for me took me thru step by step um male worker I think his name is mark not sure but he was the sweetest as well he noticed I needed to use the bathroom thru the cameras and let me in everything is safe key proof to open u need the app if you want but I recommend cause easier access especially during COVID .

I found myself in need of a storage unit for work materials after selling a home. It was a guess on the unit size needed. After moving everything into the unit at Century Blvd / La Cienega close to LAX I found it was too small. I visited with Karolyn in the office and she cheerfully helped me find another unit close to my original space so moving my supplies would not be too difficult. She escorted me to the available space to ensure it met my needs and fit my budget. I found her to be professional and she really helped me out of a tough spot. She turned what could have been a very bad experience into one that I felt good about. Great job Karolyn. Many have forgotten about good customer service but not you. Thanks much.

He helped me set up a unit with safe, socially distant practices, and was extremely patient and helpful when answering all of my questions. Ive checked out multiple other Public Storage locations but this one had the cheapest rates, but still felt as safe and protected as the other ones. Would recommend!

Someone broke into my storage, I lost some valuable items and they wont compensate me for my loss. I am not happy about that.

Im really happy with my past years hoarding stuff in my unit here. The place is super convenient for location as well as hours, very well kept and its a professional staff. Also despite the way things look just outside the gate, Ive never felt theres any safety or security issues.

LOVE THE RENOVATIONS AND LOVE THE STAFF-ESPECIALLY MARK! I have been renting from Public Storage at this location since August of 2016. I saw the new renovations for the first time in September of this year-the place looks amazing! I was even MORE amazed by the customer service rendered to me. My reason for being there in September was to downsize to a smaller unit. Mark went above and beyond to help me while I moved my belongings to my new unit. (Which was very close to my old unit). He even offered to assist me with the trash I needed to dispose of-THANK YOU MARK FOR MAKING ME FEEL SO SPECIAL AND TRULY CARED FOR AS A PERSON!

I have been using this facility for the last 9 months. I absolutely love it. I dont visit often however when I do the associates are so polite. I went in to pay my invoice and check on my things stored and Alex was super personable and professional. He provided me with all of the information that I requested in a timely manner and with a smile. No issues, no hassles. I know my belongings are safe with these people. I trust this location for my storage needs and would recommend this particular location to anyone. Ask for Alex. Trust me you wont be sorry.

I rented a storage space from this location for a month and had an overall great experience! I think Javier (could have been Jacob!) kindly helped me with all the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly and coherently. He was so helpful he even changed the original storage space I was assigned when we checked it out together because the hinge on the door wasnt working very well with the lock. Jacob and Eddie were also very nice and attentive when I was filling out paperwork at the front desk. The three of them really made this public storage office amazing!!! Very impressed. The actual storage units and grounds of the public storage are very clean and secure. I would highly recommend this public storage to anyone in the Los Angeles area!

I like to mention Mark, the young person with a nice attitude and patience that helped us choose an storage space. He really went out of his way to explain which doors and how are are supposed to get access to the property. Explained the charges for the remainder of the month and what the charge would be for next month. My wife and I are very satisfied with his service. Thank you Mark !!!

Nice spaces. Like the security. But if you need access to your stuff on a regular basis, especially outside of business hours look somewhere else. This place is on open in the prime hours of the day and they literally kick you out before closing time. You must vacate the premises.

This place is pretty sweet. Karolyn was nice, helpful and patient. She showed me the unit, tried to convince me to get a bigger unit and when I declined she didnt fight me and she was understanding and patient when I asked her to let me read the entire contract befire signing. The facility looks a little worn but what can you expect from a public storage place. Theyve got high security which provides peace of mind.
