Been coming here as long as I can remember! They charge fair prices (when it comes to your safety while driving- you get what you pay for!), they do what it takes to get you back on the road safely -without up selling-, and they are always friendly! When I was looking at finally upgrading my old vehicle they even helped me consult and decide what would work best/be the safest for my little family. I trust them whole heartedly and I recommend to all my friends and coworkers!

Didn’t actually perform the requested fuel filter change. Took much longer than anticipated and told. Then they didn’t actually perform the alignment, but charged $135 to look at the front end hours later. I’d at the minimum expect a full inspection for that amount of money. When I asked about the fuel filter, they said yeah we did it. But wasn’t on the ticket. Then was transferred to another department and they said that they didn’t know they were supposed to. Not happy with my experience. An oil change and control arm inspection shouldn’t cost $302 period.Edit - they reached out to make this right. Working to get the truck back in for the work requested and had a good conversation. Happy with this result.

Ive been a loyal customer of Kremer Services for several years, and I am always impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Their customer service is also top-notch. They were able to fit me in for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection even though they were busy, and their service advisor was happy to give me advice for buying a quality used vehicle. Kremer Services also stands behind their work--if youre not happy with it, bring the car back and they will fix it until its right. Their prices are also competitive. Definitely recommend.

Generally please with Kremer. They do good work and are know for their service. They need to work on their communication with customers though. There have been several times where Ive had appointments (set appointment time) and planned to wait but was told they were going to need my vehicle the entire day and were going to work it in even though I had a set appointment time for a service that I was told would take about an hour. Another time, I had an appointment, and even though the person with whom I had made the appointment with a couple weeks earlier had my phone number, when I arrived for my service I was told they had two people out sick do I would have to reschedule. The next available appointment was two weeks later. The quality of work done at Kremer has always been good.

Kremer was referred to us by our mechanic of over 30 years who recently retired. Ryan did an excellent job replacing our catalytic converter that was stolen from a very old vehicle. The Kremer Team are very easy to work with, do very high quality work, and charge resonable fees to maintain my Class A RV. The only downside is it can take weeks to get on their schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend them for RV service!

Was told by Ryan he would call me with appointment for an ailment over 2 weeks ago. Never called. I called him, he now says booked up for a month. Not worth it. Going someplace else

I had to get an alternator here and then they also told me I needed ball joints- which I was grateful for Them letting me know. They had me back on the road the next day and the customer service couldn’t have been better. Really nice people. Definitely recommend.

I dont write reviews but these people treated me right! They know Subarus in and out. They dont over charge and only do the work required not trying to sell you more than you need. Work done at a big savings from what a dealership would charge yet they know at least as much as the dealer about what is needed. Ill go back anytime I need work done. Friendly and helpful over the phone too.

Very professional. Their tech guys are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. For about 2 weeks I was worry sick bout my car since it was making weird noise I never heard before, even with previous cars. Then I decide to take it in to a different shop and they couldnt find the issue. They recommend I take it to Kremer for a check. The next day I felt like I wasted my time worrying for so long. They found the issue and took care of it with ease.

Took our 21 year old RV there for exhaust work. They fixed it quickly and at a lower price than I anticipated. They also found an engine knock and cause and repaired that. Felt like we could trust them in all of their recommendations and enjoyed working with them! Looking forward to the summer and getting out with the improved motorhome.

My family has been bringing our trucks to them for years. I would always boast about their great service and I could trust they knew what they were doing, but the way I was treated on my last visit has me questioning whether Ill ever go back.On my personal truck, I had my alignment done and tires rotated.An unfortunate mess-up on their part caused one of my tires to loose air without me knowing and my tire shredded.Instead of accepting the fault and putting the customer first, the GM of the store BLAMED ME for not catching their mistake and said stuff happens.When I said thats not how a good company does business.He said we look at our customers and see how much business they do for us to decide what well do...Pretty much he said that because Im not a big company and Im just 1 guy, he didnt care.Again, thats not how you should business.Hey, stuff does happen, but when youre a business and your mistake causes stuff to happen to your customer, a good company should accept responsibility and try to do whatever they can do to fix their mistake.Instead the GM treated me like it was my fault and he got upset with me that I was even bothering him about the problem.If he had adjusted his attitude and just put a little effort into solving the problem, his guy created, instead of blaming me, this post would probably be a 5 star report.

Ryan is a very nice person and suggested air shocks when I couldnt install lift kit on my van. They replaced all 4 shocks and did a front alignment. My van looks like it has a lift kit. I am very happy with work they did.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I am beyond pleased with the service Ive had here. Ive been dreading taking my car in to get my brakes changed because I usually get the wool pulled over my eyes at auto shops and charges for a lot of what I dont need. I checked the reviews here and the 5 stars are all right. Ryan and Tracy were so friendly and helpful with getting everything lined up to get my car worked on and squeezed me in on a Friday. With this kind of service, Im surprised you dont have to wait 2 weeks to get in. At first I was a bit disappointed in my first visit. After talking with Mike, he was great to work with. He made everything right and I was extremely impressed with how well they take care of their customers. They were very understanding and willing to make sure the customer was happy. Only place in town I could find the front leaf spring bushing for a 97 Ford Ranger. Prices were a little high, but not crazy. The receptionist was nice. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was because they said they would have the part waiting for me up front. They didnt and I had to walk through the shop and track someone down to pull the part.

Kremer does excellent work! They recommend only what needs to be done; they dont do unnecessary work that doesnt need to be done and theyll tell you if something they found needs immediate attention or if it can wait. You can trust them! Prices are very reasonable and staff is very friendly.

While diving to the airport to catch a flight it was obvious my car needed help. Upon returning from my trip I drove it to Kremer to help me get it fixed so I could safely drive the 2 hours home. I arrived unannounced when they opened at 7am. I was ready to wait all day if they could work me in their schedule. After telling them my situation they worked me in and I was on my way home by 9am. I was referred to Kremer. I have had multiple vehicles serviced here. One day I had one car in the shop, and my other one broke down at the same time. They prioritized my other vehicle, and finished it before their toetruck could come pick me, and alls I had to do was switch vehicles.They also took care of an accident claim for me. They protected me from my own insurance company who wanted to use poor conditioned parts for repair to save costs. They refused and replaced with better parts. For ever grateful for their integrity.I only have to visit a few times a year, and even with a facemask during covid, Im remembered there.Great service and people.

I have been to kremer on three different occasions each time they have out performed any and all mechanics and Ive ever taken my car to. I am very happy to hear that this shop is a Union shop. It means the employees are paid a livable wage and will take extra pride in their work. Union pride is what sets American business apart from the run of the mill mechanic shops. Ryan is honest with you, hell tell you if a repair is worth the money or not, also if you ask him to fix or replace something, hell let you know if it isnt necessary or not. Other mechanics will do the work whether it needs it or not however as the customer, if you insist hell do it despite saying its not necessary. Kremer is very efficient when it comes to getting the work done and never make a move without communicating with you.

They were good to me

My car was making a bad noise brought it in. Found out I need a new brakes my car was in and out quick and the quote he gave me was not bad at all and he called me back to let me know my quote was actually cheaper. Did not try to sell me bells and whistles did not try to say I needed 50 things done. Just need a new brakes got them done in and out. It was great. Will go back there again.

Had my Roadtrek campervan get hit by a trailer while filling up with gas. Right front tire took the brunt of the impact damaging the tie rod and shaft. I initially took it to the near by GMC dealer but they didnt have the proper lift because of the water tanks underneath. Kremer took care of it, did an alignment and everything is back like new again. Thanks guys!

I have gone to Kremer twice for repairs. The first time, they fixed my camper which had been damaged in an accident. It looks amazing and works flawlessly. The second time was for rear spring re-arching and repair. On both occasions, the work was done on time and for the price quoted. Everyone there was very helpful and answered any and all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use Kremer again, and would wholeheartedly refer others to them.

I have been going to Kremer Services for years. I have always received excellent service. It is not often you get and estimate on the work that needs to be done and when you get the final bill it is actually 1 CENT less. My vehicle is always well taken care of and I know if Ryan says my car needs something done that it is necessary. Living on a tight budget it is good to know that they can work with you. For example: Ryan will say this repair needs to be done for safety reasons but this other item can wait a little while.Also the girls in the office are always friendly and helpful. Kremer Services is great! On Friday, we had a truck with a water pump go out and we needed the vehicle for the weekend. Ryan went above and beyond to get it completed that day. We take all of our business vehicles there and they have done everything from leaf spring upgrades to oil changes and tires. Highly recommended!

Super happy with the spring shops service. I needed some U bolts. Brian was great to work with and bent up the exact bolts I needed and passed along much wisdom.

Finally a shop that understands RV tires. RV dealer and AV Ford both useless in getting new valve stems installed. Found Kremer and now have accessible valve stems on my duallies. This is simply the best repair shop I have ever encountered.On my last visit, I actually had to have them come and tow my dead truck to their facility, and they did so quickly. As it turned out, my truck, due to its age, posed a bigger than average challenge, and it took a couple swings before they got some wood on the ball. But with solid perseverance, and a gotta win attitude, they were able to conquer the old girl, and fixed her up, and back to running like new.This will be my go-to shop for the foreseeable future, and I suggest the same for all my friends and family

I brought my motor home into Kramer to have the batteries load tested. I was on a tight schedule and needed the work done promptly. Darren fit me in and found the engine starting batteries needed to be replaced. The job was completed promptly and the price was fair. Darren as always was great to deal with.

I was in to get some Front end work done on my truck, Ryan was great saved me time and a bunch of $$ by being honest and up front with me.
