Disappointed to say the LEAST. I went in to get an estimate on my vehicle. Was told if I made a payment the part would come within a few days then my car could be fixed in A DAY.... I paid over $300 just to have to call THEM constantly to see if it arrived. After almost 3 WEEKS I get told their short staffed and my car was low priority what a waste of time. I was told I could get a refund OR pick the part up. I chose to pick up the part since I ALREADY PAID FOR IT and was told I owed another $60 due to Tax.... Right.... If I could I would give 0 stars for the low level quality of work I received... After EVERYTHING this place put me through I get a text the same day asking for my review so HERE IT IS. your better off going somewhere else that can keep their word or at least COMMUNICATE when they know something is going to be postponed.

We had a large job done. Everyone kept us informed during the whole process, and our car looks brand new again! Definitely recommend and would use LaMettry’s again!

I’ve used LaMettry’s three times now- once they replaced my front bumper and twice the rear. They are so affordable, professional, fast, and reliable. They even vacuumed my car this last time! I can’t say better things about Brian and the staff there.

I went to the Inver Grove location, and had a great experience. Jim was wonderfully helpful, prompt, and got my car in quick. Once in, Brian was awesome and kept me posted all along the way. Work is flawless, service was great. Front desk staff was friendly and always masked up. Dealing with car stuff sucks, these folks helped make it as easy as it could be for me. I hope for no future need for auto body repair, but I will be back here if I ever do, and will send recommend to friends.

Brought my truck in to have hood windshield and a few dents on top of roof repaired.Estimater wanted to repair parts that nothing to do with what I brought in for. Wanted to repair fenders that where not damaged wanted to replace wiper arm and blades. Wanted to put a whole new roof on the truck, instead of pooping the dents out and repairing them. There was no damage to the roofs integrity.So if you want to high balled on a quote, this is definitely the place to go!

Not Professional My Dodge Charger SRT was there for 2 months after what they told me. My trunk,hood AND bumper Alignment Was never Put On Correctly I payed over 15,000 Dollars to get Repaired and they Still Didnt Get It Right and the General manager Andy Tihanyi Didnt Handle The Situation at All. I Highly Recommend For NOBODY To Go Here.

Terrible workmanship... This all started when I opened the trunk of my Toyota the day I brought it home and found a brand new front stabilizer link thrown in there having not been used. I was charged for it...but it was never installed. Wrong Guy. I am a fully certified NIASE (now ASE) general automotive mechanic. My daughters car was taken to LaMettrys for repair.. Next thing I know its being towed to Burnsville for mechnical repair. I clearly specified that NEW aftermarket parts were acceptable for fender and cosmetic repair.. a re-manufactured strut assembly would have been acceptable for shock replacement. However, I also clearly specified that any other suspension and steering parts be OEM only.This is the junk they threw on my car.. a beat up old strut assembly from a junk yard - a what appears to be welded lower control arm (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) a torn protector boot on the old shock... basically all junk parts.. This is nothing short of fraud and misrepresentation and a blatant safety issue -not to mention the worst mechanical ethnic in the world. Paint dimples all along from of hood as well.. underside of hood left unfinished, heat protector pad not installed.This guy is a crook.. beware.. stay away - you have been warned !!!!!

The only thing I found that was a minor mishap was the installer forgot to screw in the screw that held the inside interior lights and cubby holder. The screw fell out just as I was parking at home. Otherwise the rest of the service was excellent. I have a new windshield to see through.

Overall, the quality of the repair was really good. You wouldnt even know it was in an accident as it came out looking like new.However, the actual repair process was stressful. It took 3 weeks to put on a bumper cover and a headlight which should have taken 1 week. My car was checked in on 1/29 but work did not begin until 2/10. I had to make multiple calls to keep the work moving. There was also an error made during the repair process where the painter painted over the grounding areas for my wiring in my car so it started having electrical issues when it was put back together and it had to be sent to my Mazda dealer to remove the paint from the grounding area. This delayed the repair a week.Overall, I am happy with how my car turned out after the repair process. I was disappointed in the length of the repair and the error made.

Awesome team at LaMettry’s in Inver Grove Heights. The work that was done was better than I could have imagined. The communication and almost daily updates were beyond what was expected. Russ (one of the managers) was very involved with organizing everything and keeping me in the loop. He went above and beyond every step of the way. For example, offering to set up/pick up my rental car for me to save me a step. Overall, great experience for an unfortunate situation. Will be recommending this collision center in the future.

I went to get my bumper fixed here and they did a poor job, I went back and they glued my bumper on and it pulled off the other side! I just literally gave up with trying, not only is there customer service horrible. My car is in worse condition from when I went in. I feel hopeless. I would never recommend this place.

My only complaint is the length of time getting the work completed. 3 weeks without a car is difficult. But, Lamettrys has worked on my car before and they do fantastic work!! This time was no different. They also called me every other day with an update, which is thoughtful and helpful. They handled all the insurance communications. Nice!!

Took two months to get a tailgate put on....So my tailgate was stolen and it took them 2 months to get one ordered and painted. That is just too long in my opinion. I was able to still drive my vehicle the way it was but had to go there 3 times to get the job done. Seemed like a lot of wasted time and procrastination. The people were very nice and thus the reason for 2 stars otherwise it would be 1.

Repair to a Tesla Model 3. Although damage was minor Joel did a great job of keeping me informed. Only thing to improve on would be to do a better job of keeping the interior protected and clean. There was white compound dust on the black Interior and the screen. I would recommend this company!

If I could give them Zero star, I would! Horrible service that I never ever get from the body shop! I called to make appointment with them. They told me they wont available at this date so I decided to wait since I got a good service from them last time. But for some reason this time, they took my appointment to get the car fix! But they never fix it! It has been 3 weeks that I drop my car and nothing havent done yet! I called them many times they never pick up the phone so I have to call the front desk lady to talk about! What kinda service is that?! One day I decided to stop by and talk with them and they told me they wont give the estimated of time when will it be done! But at least 1 week or more! So it mean just get the bumper fix it will take more 1 month? If they are full with the appointment, why dont they tell me that they are book and wont take any appointment anymore, better than let me drop car and doing nothing!Even I got my car from a small shop, it still get done faster than from them! Save your time and money find a different one!

Horrible service and took 3 weeks to do pdr for hail and a hood replacement. Service advisor didnt know where my hood went and confused my car with another car. I would not recommend the Inver Grove heights location. When I came to pick up my car, manager didnt know how to give me the run down on what work was done, etc. Stay away.

While unfortunate events led us here, they were amazing to work with. Our vehicle was being worked on for a whole month, they kept us up to date on all details and changes. If we ever end up with a similar situation, we will give them our business again.

Tore off the front bumper/grill area of my 2014 Ford Focus. Went into the Maplewood location and got an estimate. Had to switch over to Inver Grove Heights due to COVID-19, but was able to get my car in the same day that it was originally scheduled for Maplewood. Andrew was timely on updating me throughout the repair. Took just over a week to get my car back and my car looked as good as when I first purchased it. I appreciate the extra mile the staff went to clean the interior. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

It was nearly effortless on my end and when i recieved my vehicle it was a quality job well worth the visit of doing buisness with lemettrys collision. LaMettry’s in Inver Grove Heights completed repairs to my Toyota Prius in about 2.5 weeks which was quicker than I expected. The car looks great and seems to ride as good as it did before it was damaged. I was able to easily reach them to get status updates, and they answered all my questions after the repairs were completed.

LeMettrys was great! Quickly gave me my fear the best (and most affordable) quote of any of the 5 places i found after my window was smashed out. I had to wait a few days to get the window fixed but they were super nice, prompt and did great work! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Put a deep scratch in the rocker panel. Didnt install my mud flap correctly. Took my spare tire cover out and put it back in on top of stuff in my trunk . Told me 2X my car would for sure be done that day so I left work early to find out they didnt get it done . got stuck in traffic to pick my car up and they didnt want to stay an extra 5 minutes so I could get my car. When I got my car they just gave me the keys and off I went since it was 6:05. No walk around or anything.
