If I could give this Walgreens a -1, I would. The customer service skills are lacking. Customers shouldnt go to a store and feel like theyre bothering the cashiers. Thats the impression I get from cashiers here. No greeting customers, long faces on display, and they seem irritated when customers need to be rung up. DO BETTER.
An absolute disgrace of a pharmacy team, as unhelpful a collection of individuals as have ever existed in the healthcare field. If you have any other option, I would highly recommend avoiding this team.
Horrible customer service. Worst Walgreens Ive been to and I love Walgreens normally. 😔
Staff can be hit or miss here. Some seem to have a negative outlook on things and carry themselves and their actions in that manner. Facing and inventory rotation is generally good here. The promo tags are generally in the wrong places, put out on the wrong dates, or are just overall wrong. See picture.
Cashiers always seem to disappear. The photo quality there is very poor.
They failed to inform me of the possible contraindications presented when using topical minoxidil and miconazole on the same area. The doctors nearly had to amputate. They did have an Icee machine though, so... 3 stars.
Went in here around 3 today to grab some sanitizer, half the staff were NOT wearing masks. Stared at me (wearing a mask) like I was the stupid one. Will NOT be returning here.
Good location, weekly sales & rewards program. Id like to see their closing times go a little later.
Waited six minutes in line to check out as I observed the manager stocking candy and talking to a female the whole time. The manager knew I was waiting and saw that I was waiting. I finally confronted him and asked if there was another register open and he said that there was no cash in the other register . By the way I was the only one in line for that entire 6 minute wait. Customer service is obviously not that managers priority
