Of all the pilots this is the worst I’ve ever seen. Place is a dump and under staffed. Toilets are scary more then usual. Washers and dryers don’t work.The showers are nasty I watched the guy come from the Mechanic’s shop to the showers. He wiped the floor with a nasty mop that was black then put the clean towels in there that was it and the towels are rank A on smells. Dry off on your dirty shirt. Parking lot is a dump if it looks this bad on the outside you can tell how it will look on the inside. I don’t see how they don’t get fined for all this trash. Subway is open every other three hours then shuts down after 10 mins. Doesn’t even deserve a star. How did this place get 3.5 stars what a lie.

Dirty truck stop and the People need to get a best costumer service, inside was dirty too i dont know what the managment do but im shure they are not doing their work

What an absolute dump. The place is filthy dirty. Nothing is stocked up. The management really needs training. The manager on shift when I was there has zero customer service skills. It seems that all the other bad reviews about this place are absolutely correct.

I am positive that this is the worst Pilot truck stop in the United States.Its filthy inside and out and not at all maintained.I know for a fact that management doesnt care about the mess in the parking lot (24/7, 365).This place is just a free parking lot for independent drivers who live in the twin cities area and dont want to pay for parking in an area drop lot.Theres usually somebody parked and sleeping in the way of the CAT scale (you guys are losing a couple of pennies there).And people will continue to park like that because there is no order or rule enforcement from management and thats a well-known fact of drivers.I simply do not want my drivers to use this truck stop any longer; its a high risk for damage to my equipment.Besides not being worth that risk, it is also a stressful experience to come to this location for my drivers because of the common chaos in that lot.Ill be removing this truck stop from our company fuel listThe reason for the satisfactory star rating at this location currently is because of the truck drivers who live in the twin cities to you allow to utilize the property for free. Theyre the ones that are giving the good ratings to make this location appear better than it really is. That way they can continue to abuse their privilege to park there for long periods of time.

I love the Pilot Flying J. So I hope to be able to change this rating one day. But for now, I have tbh. The truck stop is dirty yes BUT (they are short staffed, I get that). But the customer service is trash. I got rude and nasty service from some guy named Chris. He outwardly complained about working conditions. I understand not being happy with work, however, that is none of my business as a customer. AND customer service SHOULD NOT suffer due to it. I have been here for a weekend and Chris the cashier has made it very clear they need some help if possible and more customer service training. Us truckers deal with alot too. Dont need stress at the truck stop. Thats our refuge. Thank you.

This truck stop is deteriorating everyday.They hire too many good-for-nothing slave left over of America. Employee counting clock in hours for pay check .not really doing any essential work done in timely manner.The amount of contempt those employees show for their employment is amusing.My advice for this place is to get rid of everybody that work here in higher college student either Spanish or white only.Otherwise expect nothing other than being robbed, lie to, by your own employee on daily basis. The business will eventually go bankrupt.

One of the worst locations Ive been to yet!My shower (#1) had no fan so as Im getting dressed I had to stop multiple times to re-dry myself.At 6pm the roller grill was empty and there was no food at the registers. No pizza, chicken, sandwiches etc.At the same time, Subway was closed. But no one had done their job so the floor, tables, chairs etc were covered in trash and bits of food.To top it off, customer service is closed on Sunday. So I cant even call and make a formal complaint.Ive learned my lesson. Im never stopping at this location again.

Worse place no fountains drinks no hotdogs.nacho cheese and they said they are not putting hotdogs or drinks and thats wasnt their job and showers been waiting for 2 hours drivets come hete for food and to get clean up and all u see is lazy people that wont do their job

This truck stop is disgusting. The garbages are all overflowing, the bathrooms are disgusting, the card readers at the pump dont work, 2 of 5 fuel islands are closed, the pump handles leak fuel on your hands and on the ground but at least the boss has a brand new Jaguar 🤷

No excuse!The only break Ill give them is the fact that when i pulled in at 9am on a Monday there was absolutely no parking available! They super busy! The store and bathrooms are very nasty dirty! Im currently parked on top of a huge pile of garbage!!!😡😡😡😤😤😤

Despite some truth to the previous poor reviews, I have to give these folks some credit. In the span of 10 minutes in the store I witnessed 2 of the least among us verbally harassing and being quite rude for no personal reason. Those folks were not the ones who peed in their Wheaties yet they got the brunt of it. Some of you truckers out there embarrass the hell outta me. It takes no effort to be kind to another person. Being rude does nothing to improve anything. Shame on you.

Its a truckers paradise. There is hot food and cold food. I mean basically ..... What can I say?.... You can have your food and get your axles greased at the same time.

I stop here often and Im usually not someone that wrights a review, but today there was someone new that i havent seen here before. His name started with a Q. i was not able too catch his full name. He was extremely slow and mumbled his words to the point where the young lady at the register next to him started to answer my question after the 3rd time i said that i couldnt hear or understand what he was saying. Im not one against medicating with gods green gift to the world, but when someone is at work and so high that they could grab me a rock off the moon i would say it is a bit inappropriate. Now no i dont know forsure that my observation of him was the situation at hand but i would put money down on it being the case.. the young lady was awesome! helping me understand him all while helping multiple people at her register. I will be back but i will specifically not be going to his register again.

Noticed they sold beer while going to the restroom. Since I had a long stressful day I attempted to purchase a tall can of budlight. I was told they couldnt sell it to me until 10am. I asked if it was state law. She said yes. I said then why is it unlocked? She said its state law. Google it and found out it was indeed 8am not the 10am I was told. I decided to call corporate and double check. They took my info and called the store. They said the managers name was Jennifer who may or may not be the same girl. I dont know. Corporate told me it is indeed 8am and Jennifer said I was ok to come back in and purchase a beer. I declined because I felt discriminated against. Corporate customer service was very kind and helpful. Not purchasing anything from here tho.

Very limited parking but I found a spot at 3am, thats good. I need to shower after my 10 and I peeped inside 5-6 showers, they all had dirty towels on the floor and looked dirty. No late night hot food choices just typical snacks. I came here bc of the good reviews but learned fast this isnt your typical Pilot.

This is the lousiest excuse of a pilot that I have ever seen! Nastiest store I’ve walked inside of! Dirt all over the floors, showers have soap scum all over the walls! The food in the hot case looks like it’s been in there for days. Honestly disappointed I spent money at this store!

Only 4 fuel islands and inevitably always 2 taken up by someone who wants to use it as a parking spot so make sure you have plenty of time to wait if you need to come here for fuel. Didn’t need to park here but it was early afternoon and already very full.

Man this place rocks and the employees are great especially tiffany, cj, summer, jamie and jessica. Also the big dude is a cutie patootie.

The pilot itself isnt bad the parking lot is beat down and trashy cars speeding through better really pay attention youll get rocked if not however there was one employee male at the subway that seemed bothered when you are trying to place an order could have lived without that when trying to spend my hard earned money you know so I didnt but anything.

I have been in a lot of worse places than this, I took a shower and it was clean as any other Pilot/Flying J I have visited in the last 5 years, the food is good, the store is clean and organized, the staff is friendly, yes the parking lot needs a bit of attention like install more trash can and pick trash more often, maybe some line painting to indicate parking spaces but it is a 4 stars from me. Non standard and older Pilot IMO, has a large subway (not 24hr), massage chairs, credit card laundry, decent selection of items. Maybe 40 truck w/trl spots and half that bt spots, once full look else where no experimental parking spot.Shower left me wanting, the water pressure was really low 😒, but had super hot water ☺, area was not really clean, smelled like toilet cleaner 😒, there was some nasty stuff in the shower 😒, towels were clean, had a fan and 5 areas to hang up clothes and bags ☺. All n all the water pressure really ruined the overall ok trucker shower experience.Coming to a 2 / 5 shower experience.Wish I wouldve gone somewhere else 😕

Parking is insidious. If youre low on hours dont even pull in here if its after hours. The guy the counter was nice and helpful the two girls were doing their job well but seemed rather miserable, I would be miserable if I worked there having to deal with the kind of people that I saw.

The shower was horrible! They didnt clean out the poop dots from the toilet when I came in, and the soap stand along with whole shower was not cleaned!

Pay at the Pump never works so everyone is forced to go inside and the staff refuses to wear a mask to cover both the nose and mouth. A young lady working there flat out refused to cover her nose because she doesnt believe in it. Its a COVID nightmare there. Go on to the next exit north for your fuel.

Normal truck stop.DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!Very clean inside and a welcoming staff.Bathrooms were clean.Stayed there the last 2 nights and there were always plenty of friendly staff working.Hot food was available around 8:30 pm both nights. Well stocked other items as well.I have no idea why all the negative reviews, but they are nowhere near an accurate depiction.GREAT PLACE THAT SERVES ITS PURPOSE!!!

The place is not being kept clean. The bathroom was freaking atrocious. Toilet and urine on the floor. The outside parking does not have enough trash cans for the garbage. The parking spots are the the garbage cans. Especially during a time when cleanliness is vital, this place reminded me of a staff that does not have any drive. Not necessarily the leadership, but the workers. Need to hire some people who understand a clean place will invite more cleanliness.

Absolutely the worst pilot I have been to. A manager named summer was incredibly rude and should be fired. I would recommend staying away from this place if you are an OTR professional driver. Most disrespectful people I have ever encountered.

Dirty truck stop restrooms, dirty parking lot, needs to be rebuilt because this is pilot is in poor condition compared to most pilot/FJs, also, diesel pumps are garbage and either dont work or missing the tab to keep the diesel flowing without holding it. staff is nice and the food is hot though

Friendly overnight staff... I flew in from Idaho, and stopped for a few beverages... and was greeted with that midwest hospitality... helped us find beverages we couldnt locate, and welcomed us to the midwest... It was a bit odd getting to the gas station but it was dark out... would reccomend stopping

The restroom was disgusting. One clerk and quite a line. Another giant corporation cutting corners with understaffing and a minimum of concern for customers. I actively avoid Pilot/Flying J and this is a good reminder to continue staying away.

Love this Truck Stop. The showers are always clean. Staff is welcoming and very informative. Gas prices are competitive... and theres ALWAYS parking, FREE PARKING, FREE BASIC WIFI, and FREE SMILES!!!

Rarely any semi parking spaces available. The bathrooms are clean. The subway is eh. They are out of something, including bread options, often. The have limited snack and drink options. The trucker supplies area is well stocked tho.

Right now Ms Jessica was the very greatest Im new to area she made me n husband confitabl e n I felt so relieved with my cell phone problem she made the not smoothly and may God answered all her pray n her lovely personality was awesome good luck to her we have been in truck for almost 30 yrs n she made our 2020 yr so much easier thanks a million

I dont smoke, and Im a retired firefighter, Ive sucked down enough smoke, and Ive seen enough torched people for a lifetime. Having an employee puffing away in your bubble as youre trying to fill your truck isnt right. Having him dump ash and ember on the fuel soaked ground at your feet is rather shocking and disturbing. Other employees out there working with him acted like this was the cultural norm for the place approved by management. He did loose the cigarette, but Im sure another appeared when the crabby truck driver moved on.

Bathroom was completely filthy. No toilet paper in the stalls, no soap in the dispensers. Obviously not maintained regularly. A direct reflection of poor management!!!

High volume store. Stays very busy. Store is clean and organized. Parking lot can use some up keep. Womens restroom is clean. Havent used shower so I cant comment on that subject. Employees are nice and helpful.

First off let me start by saying I love Pilot. The staff is always friendly and it is unusual that we encounter any issues there. However, my experience with this specific one was not so good. The shower was utterly disgusting! Im not so sure it was even cleaned. There was mold and hair in the shower. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned. Nothing looked like it had even been wiped down. If it werent for my husband and I being so exhausted we would have demanded a clean one. The parking is just ridiculous. The food in the store looked like it had been there for days!!! This store gives Pilot a bad name. If you have any other option for a place to rest, my advice is, utilize it!

This is always our must stop on the way in and out of the Twin Cities. We love stopping here for snacks. They have good hot food here too. Prices are reasonable. There bathrooms are usually decent. They have a bunch of fun knick knacks here to browse through. We love their corn dogs, pizza and burgers. Having a Subway attached on is always a plus, great for lunch.

Very clean and very modern. Has showers for truckers, a Subway, and a huge convenience store as well! Huge selection of food, snacks and drinks.

I stopped here around 7:00 pm to grab some Subway. After 15 minutes an employee came from the bathroom to help myself and the other customers. Nobody was really upset, as she was apologetic and helpful. We found out from one of the gas station employees her two coworkers that were supposed to cover for her had left the premises ON THE CLOCK! When they finally came back, I felt even worse for her. Her coworkers were legitimately angry with her when she politely asked them to help her. Shout out to this girl for dealing with these terrible coworkers so patiently and professionally.

Fuel island isnt the best.... public restrooms could use some attention.(stop here atleast 3 times a month. Its always the same thing but theres no other pilot around for a while)today however I grabbed a shower. The wall is pretty much alive.

Parking ok, I parked there with a bobtail. I took a shower in #1, water never got hot. The shower was out of soap. Water goes all over, no curtain. I ate soup there, was very watered down. Wasnt hot, either. Probably not to standards.

Not just for truckers. Pilot has everything you need if youre local or passing through on a long trip. Subway restaurant inside. They have a fountain pop machine that dispenses crushed or cubed ice. Courteous staff, clean amenities.

Im going to start telling it like it is. Im forced to use pilot and flying J. Thats who gives my company s discount. These places are filthy. Greasy. At the pump, on the pump. Garbage everywhere. We are left to fend for ourselves in the ice and snow at the pump. Diesel everywhere. The worst, slow service at everyone of these places. You got one person serving cash advances, people who want to gamble, fuel receipt, food request. These places are making money hand over fist. Forgetting about who is making them rich. You people need to hire more employees and clean these places up and give faster Service. Thats my story and Im sticking to it.

Good spot to stop and stretch your legs if you’re traveling for a long time on the road. Not as great for getting a meal necessarily.The subway we inside only had flatbread left and no chicken, which was bizarre for dinner time. No problem though, just had a flatbread BLT and was on my way. Again, not a bad stop!

Awkward parking, with bloody bobtails everywhere. I’m doing custom critical and expedited delivery CONUS and this is my last resort overnight stop.

Gas is usually cheaper than anywhere else in 10 miles. Good truck stop; easy off, easy on hwy.Subway at the stop doesnt follow national advertisements so is overpriced.

Trouble at the pumps with technical errors. First pump would not work. Second pump would not give receipt. Had to go inside to get receipt. Literally had to wait in line while cashier flirted with man for an additional minute in front of me after his transaction was complete. Content of the flirting very inappropriate. Thought I was overhearing a sex chat line. Garbage cans outside by the pumps overflowing with trash, and spilling onto the ground. Totally gross experience. Will not return. Nothing about my experience here was positive.

Gas was a good price! It was there cents cheaper in the afternoon than the morning. Nice!

Cold dirty shower and the pizza looked like it had been out for 5 hours.The young girl helping me finished off a few texts before helping me. No small pump for diesel cars or trucks. Ran by a bunch of moody women that hate there jobs. I am going to cancel my Corp. Card. Warren Buffet I use to like you until now.

I felt comfortable spending the night in my car there. I thought it was well lit, and the people were all friendly.

I happen to be at this place quite a bit due to my husband being a trucker.....and the only thing i have issue with is that they have decided to place massage chairs right in front of the womans bathroom... So everytime ...no matter what time of day...when a woman goes to use the facilities there is some man staring at her as she goes in and out of the bathroom.....its very creepy and uncomfortable.....other than that ...its a really nice place👍👍

Staff at Pilot does an amazing job. Theyre friendly, helpful, and professional. I am a frequent customer and have never had a bad experience.

The store and showers were clean, the people were friendly and the parking lot was big. It was a nice little travel center. The only downside was the wait for a shower. When we paid we were not told how it works or that there is going to be such a long wait. We waited almost 2 hours which cut into our stopping time .

Always a good experience at the pilot flying j usually things are kept up nice clean and well-stocked I believe the other day the paper towel dispensers were all empty. Cashiers are always friendly and delighted to greet you to the store

Worst pilot Ive ever been to. Two and a half hours waiting and still no showers ready. 3 people working with only one register open. Not many people in here. You ask about it and not one of them can give you an answer. Never even noticed them clean the showers before someone went in. Terrible terrible service

Womens restroom was clear on other side in the restaurant away from mens room no signs indicating this. Staff was busy goofing off on the other side of store by the restaurant entrance. Never even noticed me walking all over looking for ladies bathroom and unisex room was locked.

This is often a pit stop for my family to use the bathroom. We have discovered they have pretty great chicken wings and pizza here too! So now we pick up a snack as well!

I give the parking lot a 0 star huge pot holes and not many places to park. The showers a 3 star clean but the water got very hot when someone would flush. 5 star for the store clean and friendly

While traveling down the interstate I saw the sign for the Pilot. I thought to myself great, those are never sketchy and are clean neat stores. Well I was wrong. This one was nasty. The restrooms were disgusting. Looked like they had not been cleaned in days. One stall was out of order. The store in general was dirty and unkept.

Showers are clean, however the cold water at the sink was not working. Only 4 fuel pumps, so be prepared for a long wait. Got a slice of pizza at 2200 and it was pretty terrible...like it was stitting too long. Parking is crazy, cars and trucks operating in the same parking area so be careful.

I was stuck at the Travel Center after I got a flat tire. I went inside to speak with the staff about what options may be available. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my tire, however, the employees were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make phone calls for me and offer suggestions about where to get the tire fixed. They had several food, snack, and drink options to choose from. We bought a fun book while we waited too. Im thankful we were stuck at such a nice spot.

Definitely not the nicest Pilot truck stop Ive ever been to, also not the worst Ive ever been to but its close enough to see the worst from here. The parking lot is in dire need of repairs, the showers were given a quick wipe down after each use, not cleaned just wiped down and not very thoroughly at that. At least the restrooms were recently remodeled.
