Terrable customer service.. person had no idea what was going on and i had to chase em throught the stoor to get there attention.. completely clueless!

I went here for propane at 8:50, 10 minutes before they close. Im travelling from Michigan with a camper to visit family and then Im off to Florida. The person working there said sorry but the bay is closed at 8:30. I asked if he would make an exception this once because Im travelling to Florida tomorrow. He said let me ask my manager. When called the manager on the radio, he asked, there is no more propane tonight right? That was a loaded question to deter his manager from helping me. There was not another soul there and he was just sitting there at the register. I was a customer in Michigan for a while, and had great experiences there, but after this experience, I will never shop at Tractor Supply Co. again.

They have everything here. I got nice looking plants and food for my bunny. There is even live animals. Very helpful.

Found a kayak in stock at the Inver Grove location via their web site. Paid for it online and received my confirmation email stating I will receive another email when it is ready to pick up. Well, I received the next email stating my order is cancelled with no reason given. I can only assume that it is really not in stock. I wont be visiting Tractor Supply again.

Bought a 60 gallon Dewalt Compressor here that broke after less than a month of light use, and there is absolutely no warranty support. This broken tool has easily cost me a couple thousand dollars in lost work while waiting for the warranty support to not send parts. After weeks of waiting for parts and warranty support I called TSC, and they reluctantly agreed to take a return only after an extended conversation. At no paint has anyone from TSC said they are sorry for the inconvenience. Ill never get back the money in lost work as I have waited weeks for parts and spent hours on the phone with Dewalt/MAT industries. If I can help it Ill never buy from TSC or Dewalt again. I feel totally scammed by Tractor Supply and Dewalt. I worked a quality control and customer service job in a mechanical environment for many years so I usually have a fair amount of empathy for the folks on the other side of this, but I also know a warranty support shell game when I see one.

Its a good place to go for various yard and home projects without having to go to a big box store. It can be more expensive sometimes but the tradeoff is having access to items if you have projects on acerage. The staff is friendly and well knowledgeable.

It would be great if they posted on there store hours that there propane hours are different! I drove 15 miles to fill 2 tanks. Store closes at 8pm, I arrive at 7pm and am told that they dont fill propane that late. I have filled there for the last few years and have filled all the way up to closing so I think it may have been lazy employees! Either way it was a waste of a drive and time as he would not fill my tanks!

Very helpful staff! I went in to look at gun safes not knowing what I wanted. They took their time for me and answered all my questions. Not often you run into such a friendly staff! Thank you TSC

Not very happy. I ordered two kayaks and paid $160 in shipping to get them to that location, and then when I pick them up they were both damaged and missing parts. They gave me some money back for the damage, but now I’m sitting three weeks later without the parts that were guaranteed to be shipped to me.

The worker named Jessica is so rude and not helpful at all. We asked her for help and she I’ll get someone to help and we never got the help. Then after that she just had a horrible attitude and was rude to fellow customers as well. Many many people without masks in the store!!! Never going again! Wish I could put 0.

Great customer service. Unlike so many of the chain stores where the employees either avoid you, ignore you or cant help you, Bob and Matty were friendly and helpful.

So glad I didnt bring grandkids her to see baby chicks. They have them stacked in tiny cages, one above the other, like plants. No light, no room and quite a few dead ones. I told the clerk and all I got was, well maybe well get time to take care of it. They were wet and dirty and cold animal cruelty.

Its always clean and always has great deals on thungs I need and even stuff I didnt know I needed

Every employee except one (Jacob at customer service) wearing mask under nose. Several employees wearing types of masks known to be ineffective by the CDC (neck gaiters, bandanas). No one enforcing customer mask policy. Cashier coughed into hand and didnt sanitize before continuing to ring up customers. Absolutely awful place.

Love this store. Billie has been a long time employee and is one of my favorites! Store is always clean and well stocked, lately they have been twice as busy, if something is out of stock ask for assistance for ordering!!! Tsc is the bomb

I give it a 5 because there was nothing objectively wrong. Its a very farm-heavy store down to the music and apparel they sell. Not typically my kind of place but Im restoring a vintage lawn tractor and thier paint options were great! And one of the only place I saw that had paint hardener.

Staff is friendly and they have good prices. Always find my pet food, 4health, now diamod naturals.

I have always received great service every time Im in here. I usually come here to fill up my propane tanks as they charge by the gallon and only charge what they fill. Most places charge a flat rate for whatever size you have. Makes it tough when you want to fill up half a tank to go ice fishing doe the weekend.Besides the fantastic price on propane their supplies are always well stocked and prices are great. Next time Im in I will make more time to browse around.

Went in for some wading boots. Aside from not being able to tell what the exact prices were, it was worth the trip! $16.99 for the boots.

TSC is my go to store for all things pet related. They have it all and are extremely knowledgeable about critters in general

Absolutely horrible service!!! Do not expect any of the fat lazy guys standing around to help you with your grain or anything else for that matter!!! Really like this store but cant stand the rude,lazy employees!!! No wonder I tend to shop else where when I can!! Ridiculous!!

The chain store belongs to an earlier era, which has kept itself relevant by selling patently American fare, not available in other chain stores, like moon cake ( which is widespread in the South but not available in the North all that much) etc. Quality of the product is another winner when compared to other chain stores. Its medium sized, which means you dont have to spend your whole day in it trying to find things.

Store employee was VERY helpful, but we travelled out of the way to this store because the website said our item would be in stock ... it was not ...

Fun farm and Country store, with great clothing for Winter, and hard wearing Carhartt clothes. They also have a great selection of bird seed and feeders, and squirrel goodies. They also have toys, gifts, and tools! Wonderful staff, as well!

Billie (Billi?) at this store is AWESOME!!! She went above and beyond in customer service for me, and I dont even live close enough for hers to be my local TSC. She hunted down an item I wanted (that my TSC didnt carry) and found it at another store and made sure it got to where I could get it. Shes awesome! You just dont find service like that anymore. Id recommend this store to anyone in the area! Thanks Billie!!!!

The IGH TS was on my 5 star list until one of the workers mixed up which other TS, Prior Lake or Prescott, had 2 of what I needed waiting for me at the front checkout on visit #8. To the young helpers credit it was a long drawn out boring process of about 45 min to get people at the other TSs to confirm that the items were available & put them aside for me. But the attention to detail was lacking when I got sent to the WRONG location. Otherwise great services available (propane tank refills), selection (Walmart & Target were out of bark collars), & pricing. That dang attention to detail still sticks with me though, but theyre still getting my money.
