Had a great experience here today. Came in and was needing help with a car I just bought used. Elena was very helpful and showed me what oil Id need for the year car I had. All they have to do is take info and read the book,how hard can it be,and get wrong parts,I gave a two because there was someone there on sunday!!

Got new windshield wipers. They installed. When asking for inexpensive wipers I was shown a $10 set saying they were the cheapest. When looking for something else in the store, I found others at $6. Felt I was misinformed.

Which my Windshield wipers for me. Bought the wrong one exchanged it without too much hassle.

Love this place! Every time I go in I get excellent customer service. I dont know much about cars but the staff here always helps me get what I need and Ive never had them steer me wrong. My car battery died in their parking lot last time I was there and one of the employees even jumped it for by hooking it up to his car (they didnt have a car battery charger at their location). Wonderful service every time!

I brought a battery in to get charged oer there advertised free charging in an hour. I gave them 4 hours first time. They tested it and said it was only at 12.25 vdc despite having 4 hours to do a charge from 11.8 vdc. I explained that i was camping and needed it fully charged for power. So i left it another hour and when i came back they told me it was fully charged at 13.0 vdc now. When i tested it the battery was only charged to 12.25 volts still. Out of 5 hours i waited i probably got a 15 minute charge and needed to recharge it again the next day. This wasted most of my day waiting and than i dont know why they lied to me and said it was fully charged knowing i needed it for power while camping.

I always go to AutoZone for all of my car needs. I recently learned that theyre not simply just salesmen, theyre also very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles unlike their competition who could hardly point me in the right direction when asked about a car part. Also I really love their prices, I changed my brake pads for a little over $50.00 I cant say much more than these are great people who know their stuff.

This is an okay place as long as u talk to someone who has a clue of what theyre talking about!

Purchased wipers and as I attempted to install, one of the staff members came out and assisted. Mind you, it was pouring rain. Very commendable.

Use to be an o’Reillys auto parts guy but the staff here is nice, and always willing to work with you and help out! Great people!

Went into the Ionia store during this covid 19 pandemic to get oil for my tractor and only half the employees were wearing masks and they had employees having conversations with customers with no masks 12 inches from each other. Very ignorant! Will never be back!

The service was great. I or my husband couldnt put the new light bulb in and the gentlemen and lady said no problem we will install it for you. They are very curtious and cost minimal for bulb. Thank you AutoZone fir your product and installation.

Junk Chinese parts. Lifetime or not. I dont want to have to change parts every couple weeks. Staff is lazy and automotive ignorant. Cant get a phone call answered. It just rings. Class a down the road is the place to go.

As long as you get a worker that has knowledge of the computer system and a little bit about vehicles..this can be a great place to get parts..and they do price match! :)

Only one guy there knows about cars i think they should only hire people who know about cars all in all a good place but i try to only deal with the one country like guy with the glasses

The Place to go

Trying to find a hard to find tool. Service was good. Nothing of the ordinary.

They need more staff, or at least someone just for running the cash register. I have gone in there 3 times the past few days and each time I have had to wait to check out for 20 minutes minimum. I am going to be doing business at Napa or OReilly from now on and so will my family.
