So went to this Hy-Vee to pick my antibiotics up for my tooth that was infected and needed because my surgery was tomorrow. I cant begin to count how many times Hy-Vee has helped me out if I was short funded to get me to my next paycheck for the medication that I needed either it be for my diabetes or my depression and anxiety, they have always helped me get by with that helpful smile in every aisle. But as for today I went to go pick it up and was pretty much to bad to sad there is nothing we can do to help you, or outta luck, SOL, up a creek without a paddle. Its had to be the whole thing or nothing were not parting the medication out to you to help you out. Today is the last day I use Hy-Vee for my medications. I can go to other places that will help me out.

Wide variety of foods and other essentials without the crowds and hassle.

This is a favorite store for our family. Its quite similar or FRYS in Yuma Az. I wish they would cater to the older crowd in some of their fresh veggies. You know where u can buy a couple of stalks of celery rather than the entire plant...we will end up throwing 2/3rds of it out.

I love the staff members of the pharmacy they are amazingly helpful in any way they can. Such as hurrying when phone was broken so had little time to tell them what I needed and they accommodate me like usually. Plus they delivered once a week to west branch at no cost. I truly hope they read this review so they know how great they are lol

Closed just as I got inside. But garden center was so lovely, I didnt have any reason to be grievously overcome....

They cant get medications in when they say then they always have to fax over to your dr or insurance and they try to help when they can but they dont always get help when they try but they do try its the best i can give.

Started using Hy-Vee Drugstore as my main pharmacy several years ago, because it was close to my doctors office. The staff are always pleasant and professional, and very helpful. Plenty of free parking, easy to get in and out, and Im impressed with their COVID-19 precautions.

Looks to be recently expanded with taller racks. The workers were friendly and the wait to checkout was brief.

Perfect for a quick run in/run out. Always seem to have what I need. 😊

Ive never had a bad experience here, even though its an older Hy-Vee building the people make all the difference I highly recommend chosing this location. I havent been to very many exceptional pharmacies but this one definitely makes you feel welcome and cared about and they are willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I need for nonprescription remedys as well.

This is our pharmacy, we went to get our second shingles vaccine. It was quick and easy to get it scheduled and done.

The blonde lady that assist me at the checkout was a sweetheart. People like her make the whole shopping experience less stressful.

Ive lived by this store for 2 years and it has had the same manager and a few of the same employees. They are always very friendly and very pleasant to talk to, every single time I go here. I love it.

Jake is a very friendly manager on the drug & grocery side while Mark provides excellent service, expertise, and great variety on the wine & spirits side. I stop at Hy-Vee Durgstore at least once a day. Only 2 miles from my home.

I love Hy-Vee Drugstore! It is closer and smaller than the big Hy-Vee. I can usually find what I need, and there is a conviently attached liquor store to lessen the despair if I cant find what I needed.

Brought perennials flowers for our garden.

This place has a huge garden center in the warmer months and an excellent wine and spirits section that can rival full on liquor stores.

Pharmacy Review ONLY: This pharmacy is awful. The service is horrible and there has been an issue every single time I’m there to p/u. They are either condescending to you, or have no idea what they are doing and make you wait 20 minutes while you are sitting there as they try to figure things out. Communication is non-existent. Plus, it’s not well taken care of. Moving on to a different pharmacy. Can’t take any more of this one.

Bought our $300 breast pump from this pharmacy. It was supposed be reimbursed automatically in 6-10 weeks after they process the insurance claim. After 15 weeks, two visits, and seven calls, no one at this pharmacy been able to give any information on the status is our reimbursement or provided a follow up call after taking our information.

We had to fill out some paperwork before we could get an appointment for our Moderna booster shots, but we followed through and got our shots a few minutes after 4:00 p.m., our appointment time the day after turning in our paperwork. My arm hurt for a few days afterwards but no other symptoms. Quick and relatively easy.
