Experience was alright. Not much help for no one, other than myself, knowing about items. Employees seemed as if they could not hear me. Always had to track them down for questions. Found tons and I mean tons of CDs and DVDs that where stolen! Showed several employees and they did not even care! Made no sense to me at all. But also who in their right mind steals from the Salvation Army of all places? The CDs and DVDs are only 75 cents! I dont know who all those people are, but I know that they all will definitely have to answer for that-that is so stupid to have! But that is the world we live in! I had no problem checking out.
Organized and clean. Great customer service!!
Always have whatever Im looking for great store
This would be a great local thift shop but, they have one problem...they are ruining all of the clothes by puncturing the clothing with their sales color tags. I mentioned this to an employee months ago and the man laughed a bit and said Well this is the Salvation Army he did tell me he would mention it to the main office where the employees/ volunteers tag the clothes but, I went back this week and nothing changed everything I wanted had obviously holes. I wont be shopping there anymore or donating. They are ruining great clothing. Hopefully, they will actually do something about this instead of brushing it off.
Many good finds here with some things being higher end. Staff is courteous and helpful. It’s a smaller sized store with a decent selection of women’s items. Not a lot of selection in terms of toys and baby items. Everything organized by color like other Salvation stores. Go around to the back to drop off donations from you car easily. Don’t forget to bring your rewards punch card. Military and students get discounts. Two suggestions for management:1. Please invest in more shopping carts. I couldn’t shop here with my young children the other day because all carts were in use.2. Please do not put price tag holes in leather, silk or fine fabric items. I bought a beautiful suede jacket from you and it has a hole in the sleeve from the tag.
Cool little store! Just went into browse, put was very pleased. Staff was very friendly.
Ive found several good deals here.
Great deals and good folks
Clean, organized store with great pricing on quality goods. :)
Good bargins
We moved here with almost nothing and I was planning to get very familiar with local thrift stores. After checking out several others (including my back Home favorite, Gw) I was SO disappointed! Then my husband and I went into this store on a whim and it was exactly what I was looking for. Just like back in Idaho, everything we looked at was individually priced (and priced at good, low prices). I found 2 nice, large pans and they were $3 and $4. Pans I looked at at GW we’re half the size, rusted, greasy and priced for $9. Will be back over and over again.
I love how clean and organized this store is and I always find good items for my boys and myself!
Loved the store so much I volunteered!!!!!
