If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bother picking anything up on clearance, every single time I have gotten something labeled clearance weather sticker says clearance price or not they do not honor it. This is very poor leadership at its best. If the management does not honor labeled price with matching numbers of item then why would any of the employees. Will not return will drive the extra 12 miles to go to harbison.

Very well stocked on products and staff. This is my favorite location. Employees were extremely helpful with price checks and locating the products I was looking for in the sporting goods and electronics departments without me even having to search for someone.

Staff could be a little more friendly. Young girl who works in the money center is cool. Really enjoy speaking with her. Keep up the good work

This is a very well run and clean store,the employees go out of their way to be helpful and respectful,th lines are short and fast service,I have been coming here for many years and I have always been pleased with the service I have had here,I recommend it to all,especially the old because their is not a lot of traffic especially in the mornings,God Bless u all.

The store itself is always stocked with goods, but the lazy sob,s that work there is overwhelming. You got to beg at express check out, crawl at.regular checkout and best have card not cash. Idk who the head dog is, but they need to exchange the slugs for better.performance. when things turn over again, those lazy low lights will be ready to step up.and jump thro the hoop to work. MAYBE ITS THE TRAINERS AND NOT TRAINEE.

I had been going to the Walmart on Harbison Boulevard but saw this one was only 5 more minutes away. Im glad I started doing my shopping here because this is a much higher quality Walmart. The shelves are well stocked (aside from the 60 count boxes of eggs which are frequently sold out) and the customers are also more respectful of others and their property.Edit:I tried the pickup option today and it was quick with friendly service. They gifted me a small, reusable Walmart bag that contained two coupons, a drink mix sample, and a La Croix.

Ive never reviewed a Walmart, because a Walmart is pretty much always the same Walmart experience, but today the employees at the Dutch Fork location were all just fantastic! All super polite and crazy helpful! Thank you guys so much for making a usually tedious shopping trip extremely pleasant, Im actually leaving in a better mood than when I arrived. Thank yall!

As far as the store itself, Id probably give it 5 stars. But they arent enforcing any mask policies and I felt like I was walking into a giant petri dish. Dozens and dozens of people in there, unmasked. My husband just started chemo treatments and I cant afford to bring anything home to him. Will probably not return any time soon, simply for that reason.

Best stocked and kept Walmart near me. I have to drive about 30 minutes to get here but its worth the drive every time I do go!

This location is great for online orders. This is my second time coming here and my ordering online pick up from this location. Once i called to inform them i was ready for pick up not even fives minutes later my food is packed in the trunk and im ready to go. All the team members are very professional and friendly. I can say out of all the items i ordered the moat was out of stock was one to two items which is way better than other locations.

Typical Walmart, not a big selection, no service, long lines and only self checkout

I recently purchased a $45 ink cartridge. I opened the packaging a few days after purchasing and the ink container was completely ripped open and the ink cartridge was empty. I called to see if I could exchange or return, to get the response “Yes, you can exchange it. But we don’t have anymore in store and I won’t be able to tell you when we will have them. But you can also just get a refund.” Great! So I drive 20 minutes to the store to get said refund only to speak to an extremely unpleasant customer service woman. She immediately refused to even hear what I had to say since I didn’t have my receipt. Cut me off while speaking several times. Told me “No I can’t help you without a receipt.” To which I replied, “well ma’am I didn’t think to keep the receipt because I assumed the ink in a closed package would work just fine.” She continually tried to get me to leave and FINALLY said I could put my card in the see if she could verify the purchase. Well guess what, she found it!!! Suddenly she can help me...then she says “I can’t give you a a refund only an exchange.” I told her that they did not have any more cartridges in store and I was told they “won’t be able to tell me when we will have them” so I would simply like my money back. She refused. Over and over again. Told me I had to go to a different Walmart. I was SO livid that I left the store instead of waiting to speak to someone. I call immediately to speak to a manager. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes, I have been hung up on twice, and still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

The woman manager on duty was very professional and very helpful. Another gentleman employee tried to help us find what we wanted as well. I was impressed with their helpfulness. Easy self-checkout.

If this is the one near Boyelston then this place is great. Harbison is closer but the attitudes, the constant you stealing stares, rude customer service, and customer service return area that tries to short you your money when they do give it back. Anyways this is about this wonderful Walmart.

Staff are very sweet and check out is decent speed for the volume of customers.

This particular store is hard to shop as there is always pallets of merchandise stacked in the middle of isles, employees are rude and talk on their cell phones while working. The best part about this Walmart location is their pharmacy. The pharmacy employees are nice, friendly and always helpful. Ive been using this pharmacy for well over a year with the same results. The pharmacy crew at this location go above and beyond while always wearing a sincere smile. I will continue using the pharmacy but have scaled back from utilizing the rest of the store.

Unless youve just arrived, you know what a Walmart is like inside. This one is pretty well maintained, with the stuff you need at reasonable prices. Its maybe better than average, but not excessively so. The staff are standard for a Walmart, meaning practically invisible, which is a convenient coincidence during the pandemic. You can find a little of everything, but no specializations. If you need to shop at Walmart, this place does the job.

Im beginning to dislike WalMart, they never have enough cashiers no matter what time of day. Now they have equipped all their self check machines to only accept debit or credit cards, and even they dont all work so they have 50 people standing in line waiting for and only 3 registers open, also they have stopped replacing the shopping 🛒 so a friendly reminder if shop at Walmart on Harbison Blvd just know you have to get your cart from outside before entering the store. Lastly, I asked for help and was told no one works in that department.

The Harbison Walmart. was missing many items and the checkout was ridiculous, only one or two cashiers the rest were self check out. Long lines even for self checkout.

After the Bush river road Walmart closed, I thought I’d have to go to harbison, but I’m glad I drove a little further to visit this Walmart! It’s always clean and well organized. Dawson was great when I did pickup, he was quick and efficient and made sure I was aware of things out of stock.

They never have anyone to help you find things. Whats up with the place looking ransacked Everytime I come in there? So tacky and nothing is ever where it should be. When we go camping seems we always have to go to Walmart at least once. And we usually find what we need. Also great cinnamon buns which we dont, but they taste great.

I am not a Walmart shopper, due to rude staff and never being able to find something or things being out of stock when they are in the back of the store and no one wants to help you by getting it (this has happened to me many times in the past at other Walmart stores). This is literally the only Walmart I will shop at because the staff is alway friendly, outgoing, and eager to help you with anything you need! I would highly recommend you to shop here if you had the same feelings about Walmart as I did. It will change your viewpoint on Walmart stores.

This is one of the worst Walmart’s around. I do shop here often due to convenience/location but I always leave frustrated. They never seem to stock the shelves and are out of most of my regular basic items. I have spoken to management on numerous occasions and they are aware of the issues...with that said, it never seems to improve.Their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you need help finding something you’re better off asking a fellow shopper. Their employees are so rude and seem to simply not care at all about their jobs.

This store is almost a 3 but not quite. Its dirty and congested many times I am there and does not have what I need or looking for. That is why I stopped shopping at Kmart. It is close so I will continue to use it for convenience.

Got shorted $20 after the self checkout malfunctioned. The manager would not have any of it and insisted that the broken machine was correct. Exactly what I expect from Walmart. At least youre consistent!

90% of employees are NOT pleasant - they seem annoyed to be there especially if you ask a question. Cashiers are stone faced like they rather you use the self check out. There are a few employees that seem happy not many.If you do need help,, look for Heidi she’s always smiling and happy to help!!

In general Im not a fan of Walmart, but this is a pretty nice one. I usually end up shopping here 2 or 3 times a year and the employees are surprisingly helpful. They have a good boat section too.

Never have been in a Walmart that was ran this well. Wonderfully clean, and organized. Very well stocked with a wide selection of products compared to alot of the stores ive been in. The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. Only downside is its not my local store, but this store is ran so much better than any of my local stores that its worth the hour drive.

When youre hungry, this place makes food that hits the spot.On another thought, I sure do miss seeing Dave Thomas in one of his fancy golfcarts out at Woodlands GC. Yes, the same GC that he traded his yacht for..... Thats why the GM at the GC had an Aussie accent. Dave brought new meaning to the phrase OJT. 1 minute youre sailing a yacht, next minute youre dodging golf balls.

Its a Wal-mart, meh. As for this one. Typical paucity of workers, great selection of cheaply made products and a produce section that isnt the freshest. Its not the best but not the worst. I give it two stars because theyve started closing at 11.

Always a very crowded Walmart and can be hard to get in and out of, but service is usually pretty good. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond. Storewide, customer service is better than most. Can often be slow to restock.

By far, the best Walmart in the city.

Online ordering was an absolute NIGHTMARE! I had to call customer service 4 times due to either dropped calls or they just hung up on me. Each time having to go through the same BS, finally I gave up and just accepted the fact that I was not able to change my shopping cart. Pick up, thankfully was MUCH easier. They substituted 3 items to completely unacceptable items, otherwise, the order was correct. They even went so far as to make sure the frozen items were in separate bags, making it easier to distinguish what needed to be put in the freezer first. Ill use the service again, but I will never attempt to contact customer service again.

So much better than Harbison! Stocked well! Multiple checkout options! I was in and out! Employees seemed happier and friendly. I will drive to Ballentine to shop there from now on!!
